Service: 0 stars. Food, drinks, and atmosphere: 4 stars. Get it together, BDubs. A lot of people want to love this place, but your poor service is pushing everyone away.

Let me first begin with the fact that I don’t write these unless warranted by something that was really wrong and the fact that for the first time in my life I got up and walked out without eating or paying says something. I had two experiences that went from bad to horrible. First issue was on Fri, 1÷22÷16 when I called in an order for pick up. When I placed my order, the young lady read it back to me correctly and I went to pick it up when it was supposed to be ready. I waited for just a few minutes but when Baylee brought it to me one of the sauces was missing. She offered to run back to the kitchen and get it but I told her it was alright, I assumed this was the only thing incorrect, but I was wrong. When I got home and opened everything the order was missing items and one item was completely wrong. I called to speak with a manager to explain what happened and he was nice enough to offer a credit toward a future order. I thanked him and said that I wasn’t trying to get anything, just wanted him to know so he could correct it for future patrons. Now last night, Fri 1÷29÷16, I take my family here to dine on. We know it was a Friday night and that there would be a wait but it was only about 10 – 15 minutes, not too bad. We were seated at 6:54pm, I know this because the young lady told us about happy hour and that it ended at 7pm. We quickly looked over the menu to try and get an order in at the happy hour pricing and began waiting. We watched as other tables were seated and their orders taken but no one approached us. At 7:14pm my wife got up to speak to the ladies at the front desk and then a server came over. He apologized and said he didn’t know what happened. At this point we were ready to order and placed it with him. As he took our drink orders I told him I wanted to order something from the happy hour menu and he offered to pay the difference. I declined and thanked him. Again we waited and watched and waited. Other tables seated after us had gotten their food and their servers checked in on them, ours did not. I don’t know if he was nervous because of the original wait or if it was something else but he never checked on us. Finally at 7:57pm I said that’s it, we’re leaving. This wait with no explanation was ridiculous and we did not order anything complex. It was 1 orders of wings, a grilled chicken salad, wedges, pickles, and a kid’s mac n cheese, nothing crazy. Here’s when things went from bad to horrific. As we were leaving, I had the kids while my wife went up to the desk to tell them why we were leaving. The lady she spoke to was named Shelley. She was telling her what happened and Shelly’s attitude and responses were that of she could care less. Shelly offered an insincere apology, stating that she was just made aware that the kitchen was backed up on orders. If this were true then why were other tables getting their food that ordered after we did. She responded in a very rude tone of voice and had a very bad attitude, she acted as if she were irritated with us and that she could care less of how we felt about service. We left more furious than ever. I called to speak with a manager and got Shelley on the phone. I asked to speak with a different manager and was placed on hold. The manager named Amanda picked up and I told her what happened. She said that they’d had a lot of turn over in staff and apologized for the experiences. She took my information to pass to the GM who is supposed to call me. This is a restaurant where aside from good food, good service is a key component but where was the service? I hope this is reviewed by someone that actually will take note and try to make changes. This is all around unacceptable.

love this place! me and my boyfriend go here about once a week, or at least every other week. It gets pretty busy but what do you expect at a sports bar on a sporting event night?

Tessa was a great server. I always love the food here but sometimes the service is hit or miss. Today was definitely a hit. She was pleasant engaged us in fun conversation and always had a smile. She also seemed to know what we wanted even before we asked. A+ server can’t wait to come back. Thanks Tessa!!!

Been here twice now. Both times service was horrible. And they weren’t even busy. Too loud! My husband, boys and I love sports, so BWW is the perfect place for us to have a meal and watch soorts. But seriously, turn it down a notch. We still like to be able to converse and hear each other. Food is okay, just okay.

Horrible service, and the wings are microwaved. I know someone that works here. 2 stars for their TVS and nice bar.

First time ever going to to BWW, took my wife with me, our waitress was extremely helpfull and could not have been more great. Had a great time playing the trivia game on the tablets they hand out. Although a little pricy for small portions, I would definitly go back again with some friends.

I think it’s a joke that they now charge $.60 for ranch. Ranch is a staple with wings, Mexican restaurants do not normally charge for chips and salsa. Lame

We had Erick. I really don’t think he got even one single detail correct. Completely screwed up one of our kids his order. Didn’t seem to never even check on it. When the manager finally went to go look at it, it was there ready to go. The biggest part that upsets me is what manager said after. «I’m going to take his meal off. Also I will take an extra 10% off your meal. Just pretend you are military. « Pretend? We are all military. I don’t know why but it really offended me that he said something like that.

This was our first and LAST visit to this establishment. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. My wife and I came here for lunch today. We went in and they told us it would only be a couple minutes for a table. As we waited I looked around the restaurant to find there were more than TEN cleaned, available tables and booths. 20 minutes pass by before our name is called and we are led to a table right in front of the servers’ station. My wife told the hostess she would prefer not to sit there and asked if we could sit in the open booth a few feet away. The hostess told her«No, it’s dirty.» I said, «So wait a minute, we wait 20 minutes for a seat and they can’t even give us a decent seat? Do you want to go somewhere else?» My wife said yes and I told the hostess her customer service sucks and we walked out!

This used to be the closest BWW to us so we’d frequent this place quite a bit. It’s definitely a popular place. They tend to be packed most weekends and, of course, any weekday that a sporting event is being televised. The food is consistent with any other BWW. Nothing incredible here but the wings are decent and you pretty much know what you’re getting every time. My gripe here is with the service. Usually it’s not all that great. On occasion you’ll get a really good server. But for the most part you’ll get seated, wait, order, wait, get your food, then never see your server again. We usually have to flag some random worker down to get our check. Again, not always… just most of the time. So just be aware that the service here isn’t the best.

Service can be a bit hit or miss, depending on when you go, but it’s usually a fun atmosphere for kicking back and grubbin with a few friends. Their Boneless Wings deal is where it’s at, and you better make sure to try the Blazin’ Wings at least once(if you can handle it), just don’t eat it all at once. Small bites. Oh, and have a drink nearby. I wish they’d turn the TV’s down a bit, as it seems to add a lot of chaos to environment, but it also kind of makes it Buffalo Wild Wings I guess. Santee location is nice and new and the staff has been great. From the handful of times I’ve visited it really seems like management is proactively trying to improve on the things people have complained about here on the Unilocal page.

Just about everything we’ve had has been tasty. The desserts are definitely delicious. Cons: slow service every time we’ve been regardless of the time of day. Expensive, expensive, expensive, except the desserts which are inexpensive.

Subtract ½ Star. Used to be here a lot. Been a while. Things ain’t what they used to be. In the spirit of trying to improve, they seem to be going the wrong way. I was in early for a short lunch. I eat at the bar. One other man there as I sat. The bartender Lexi(rhymes with Sexy) stopped her garnish prep greeted me pleasantly and promptly. She confirmed the availability of Sam Adams Octoberfest served it and introduced me to the new lunch menu, and answered and suggested. I placed my order, really simple, traditional bone in wings, medium sauce, and a bowl of chicken tortilla soup. I am enjoying my Sam, watching two or three of the twenty TVs in my scope of vision. Beer level is down a third and Lexi apologizes for the slowness of my order. ” Don’t worry” says me. «Just let it happen. I’m in no hurry.» Besides, I’m checking out the traffic starting to build up. Eventually the food appears. I’m slightly disappointed. The bowl appears to be a cup. My bad. Maybe I didn’t understand the menu. OK, let’s give it a try. Oops, no spoon. It took a minute to get Lexi’s attention to ask her for a spoon. There was a flatware set wrapped in a nappy, sans spoon. Four or five minutes later my spoon arrived. The soup has obtained room temperature by now, but what the hell. Let’s deal with it. The soup is two thirds gone when Lexi stops by to check if every thing is OK. «No not really. This spoon is not a soup spoon, it’s not even a tea spoon. I believe it’s a demi-spoon». Lexi responded with something like, «Yeah I know, but what can I do?» My reply, «stop serving soup.» Enough of my diatribe. The food was only fair. Soup sucked. Price more than appropriate. Octoberfest as expected. Had a second. Lexi alone would have earned 4 or 5 stars. Not fair to punish the help, for fault of the house. She got a fair tip.

Tried the new Boston Logger Burger but with a black bean patty(I don’t eat beef) the staff was happy to accommodate and the«burger» was amazing! I did take a star away because of the noise level but it really is to be expected in places like this; just not that loud. Otherwise I highly recommend!

Love the food, but the music is beyond deafening! Be prepared to scream across the table at your friends because the decibel ranges at an unsafe level of 85db to 90db. My ears ring for an hour after leaving. Wings n things down the street is quieter, might just have to go there from now on if things don’t change.

Service was great today. Our waiter Taylor kept our drinks full and was constantly checking on us. We ordered the large traditional wings, half mild and half honey bbq. The mild were great, nice and crispy with a great kick. The honey bbq also had great flavor. The wings aren’t super tiny like you get at some other places. We also got a spinach and artichoke dip and that was really good too. The chips were warm and fresh. I’m confused as to why the reviews are so bad, I had a good experience.

Awesome wings, great service and we love going here on UFC Fight Night! Shout out to the server we had she was great, even though we got a bid rowdy and left a mess(and a great tip lol). Love this location & now it’s the only one I will go to, why? Because it’s the best! :)

Reviewing this place again after going here atleast 10 times since my first review. What keeps me coming back? The service. We’ve consistently asked for the same server B-Rad and he’s great! He’s friendly, attentive, funny, and he remembers us when we come in. The only thing lately that we haven’t likes is that they advertised some new sauces and within a week they ran out. I wish they were better prepared for the new sauce roll out. It’s always clean, the manager and the sauce experience girls always check on us and see how everything is going. The food is good but honestly there are healthier options out there so what keeps us going is the ambiance and the staff.
