Subway

Not a good experience. Bread was stale. Skimpy on condiments (onions, pickles…). For a restaurant looking to put its emphasis on Fresh, this sandwich was not.

If you’re in a hurry, don’t go here! The service was so slow that my husband looked at me and said «Is this for real?»…no hidden camera’s, it was for real. We were the only customers in line and it took about 20 minutes for her to make a kids sandwich (Meat & cheese only), a six inch and a footlong. There were two other girls working… or should I say, there were two other girls there, one was making a sandwich for herself and the other one was stocking the chips. I think the girl (Brianna) that was making our sandwiches was new, but she wasn’t getting any help from the other girls. Everyone was rude & acted like they hated their jobs. By the time we left there were about 6 people in line, there was no sense of urgency by anyone working.
I gave it two stars because the sandwiches were actually pretty decent, but horrible customer service.

I’ve always been a fan of subway just because you get what you want. I love the options and the stuff you can put on it. My thing was the fact that the guy was extremely quiet and no eye contact which is fine but not good for food places. He got my bread then placed the meat on it then walked away for 5 minutes and he made no eye contact or never said anything like, «do you mind waiting a minute please?» Which isn’t nice at all. The bread was extremely dry too. I won’t be back.

I agree with most of the reviews. This subway definitely needs new management. My fiancé walked in there 45 min till closing and the two employees acted as if it was 2 minutes till closing. They continues to roll their eyes and did not say one word to him. No hi, thank you… Just plain rude. Then he went to buy a drink and he only had a debit card so they said they have a surcharge at the liquor store part of the subway. He was buying a dollar Arizona so he felt that wasn’t worth it. So he put it back and as he walked out the clerk proceeded to talk about him as he was walking out. Then, very loudly the subway girl said I know right. Sorry it was too much for you! Seriously. You guys need to learn customer service. It wasn’t that it was too expensive, it just wasn’t worth a Arizona. Geez. Although this place is literally walking distance from our house we will drive to the next liquor store and the next subway closest to us.

Wow, this place needs a new manager. Passed between 3 sandwich makers, had to tell 3 people what I wanted, Let their friend cut in line. Took 25 minutes to get my kids and i a sandwich. If my little boy didn’t like subway so much, I would have walked out. Will be going to the one on bradley from now on.

This subway is in a convenience store type place. Not your normal subway location. But…
…this location was clean and what you would expect from subway. The ladies behind the counter were very polite!
My sandwich was delicious and was everything I would expect! Plus when I went during lunch time during the week it was totally dead there. I hate waiting behind indecisive people who somehow, although being to subway many times, act like its their first time seeing which veggies/​meats/​cheeses/​breads are offered.
All in all Great Service and Location!!!

This subway is a good one. If you have never eaten at subway before then all you need to know is you order your sandwich type (chicken bacon ranch, meatball, roast beef etc), then you pick whether you want 6 inch or 12 inch, then you choose your bread (wheat, white, Italian, flatbread, etc.), and then you choose what veggies and condiments they put on it.
This subway has good customer service and is always clean. There is not a lot of seating but they do good on to go orders. Parking isn’t really an issue since they share a parking lot with a bank and a pet store.
They also now do breakfast with a lot of flat bread subs. They have good coffee as well.

My favorite Subway. Super nice staff and located in my favorite convenient store. Low prices on everything. Always fresh and always clean. Love this Subway. Thank you for being close to my house!

Left the Subway on Wintergardens Friday afternoon because the two guys behind the counter preferred to be without any business. The staff at th Mission Gorge location more than made up the time for us. Welcoming us warmly and getting us our sandwiches quickly so we could get to the homecoming game on time. What a difference good management makes!

This is such a great Subway. The staff are super friendly and the avocados are always fresh!
