Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered six wings extra crispy. The server did not tell me that it would be more than twenty minutes. The manager walked by and I asked him politely to check on my order. He said did you order extra crispy? I said yes and he said that takes twenty minutes and walked away. For wings that cooked for twenty minutes they weren’t even hot.

With so many options in the area, don’t choose this one. Took OVER an hour for them to bring us our wings. Manager came over to apologize and gave us a $ 10 gift card. Seemed like a nice gesture since we did wait an hour and a half for wings! When bill came, we found out we couldn’t use it till our next visit. We protested and the waitress said the manager finally took it off but «yelled at her» at her because he wasn’t supposed to… Sounds like management needs some training in customer service AND employee relations classes might not hurt either…

Dinner here was a fiasco – took 1 ½ hours and they weren’t even busy. Meal was wrong multiple times and restaurant was dirty. There was a scene with the manager (?) and other customers at a nearby table. I was embarrassed for this place. Waitress was apologetic.

This place sucks and the food will give you diaherra! I am a nurse and refuse to eat the food. Drink the beer only!

Horrible if you have nothing better to do but waste hours and get ignored while music is blasting so loud you cant hear the person near you then this place is for you. Food is decent but by the time you get it you are ready to walk out. Manager is useless amd it is poorly managed. Skip it and go to the next restaurant.

I am here from Arizona, have been to many BWW’s. This place was the worst. Service was ok. Ordered xtra crispy wings however, when they came out they were regular wings. The carrots & celery looked like they had been sitting out on the counter for a week. When I spoke to the manager his response was, they are fresh out of the bag yesterday, are you looking for something, I replied no. He could have cared less & implied this is the way it is. I would not recommend this place to any one. I should have read the previous Unilocal before I went here.

Service was great. Ariel did a great job. Manager however, was very rude. When asked why he would serve dried up shriveled carrots, he asked us if we were looking for something. He said they were fresh out of the bag, but they looked horrible. REALLY. Needs to go back to customer service school.

Food is ok. There is plenty of healthy choices. Very spicy.
I wouldn’t come next time

Food is just ok. For a place with «buffalo wings» in their name, they’re not all that good. This is easily the noisiest restaurant in town. The service is intermittent at best, and the prices are high for a glorified fast food place. if the food was actually fast, that would be a plus but it has been very slow the last few times I’ve been here.

The worst wings I’ve ever had in my life. We waited 25 minutes for food and our wings were cold. There was barely any sauce on the wings, they were dry and hard.

Food — A-​O-​K. Know your sauces or get burned (like my friend I was with). Honey BBQ is quite good though I don’t understand the ranking up hotter than others. Otherwise, most everything’s deep fried, so what do you expect?
Would have been a 3*, but major «ding:» $.50 for extra salsa for a wrap and chips? Charges for celery with the blue cheese sauce? Basically, first one’s free, but you get nickle and dime’d on everything else.

Just left — the wings were as expected but the service was terrible. Slow and rude. All the tables that came in after us got their food long before we did. When we gave the waitress our cards to pay we waited 15 minutes and were told the machines were down. Took them that long to figure out to just do a hard copy.

OKAY so we where all out to get sum wongs after we left 1 night and my boi, lil Kevin (kevvy kevs) decide to order sum xtra spicey bunless wangs but our watetress (name withheld) sed they wuz out. We’ll check it out, the CEO of the compeny, Scott!!! Heard her from a crost the room and wuz like NOO. THIs my compeny And the custumer is all wayz right. So SCRott, go back in kitchen and make lol kev some wings!!! He’ll yea That wut I call consumer service.

Never been here my daughter begged for it so we came. Wings were good. The best thing was our server Brittany. She came to our table for a drink order before we was seated. I like this because im impatient having to wait for water. Got our order promptly and returned with food. Checked on us once. When we finished she cleared the table as we was done with wing bowls. Brittany was on top of her game…

First time we had ever been to this chain. .very enjoyable! Good food, fantastic choice of sauces for the chicken, relaxed atmosphere and good service from the lovely miranda. would highly recommend!

This place is near and dear to our hearts and is definitely our favorite wing place and a weekly trip is a must!

We used to be regulars but this place has taken a huge tumble. The bartenders are Sooooo slow and always seem to have a bad attitude. This would be halfway tolerable if the wings where good but even they now seem to come out, generic, small and anemic with absolutely no consistency. Add to that that your going to spend for 2 people over $ 50 to get 20 wings and two beers a piece and it simply adds insult to injury. Im over it. Later BBW, its not me its you!

Been to this location twice. Generic food and poor service. Do yourself a favor and go to Ale House just down the road.

Wasn’t a good experience tonight!!! Always loved BWW before! Got an order to go & the bartender acted like I asked her for a million bucks when I asked her for some sauces to go with my 3 orders of mini corn dogs & 3 orders of fries, guess she expected me to eat them without any sauce!!! She kept repeating the sauce doesn’t come with it!!! O.K. Got it!!! Told her that several times, I don’t care what it costs, just want SOMETHING to dip my fries & mini-​corn dogs in!!! The mushrooms came with a sauce & the wings have sauce. Everyone else was very friendly, just the girl bar-​tending here on Thursday night!!! She was very rude & not helpful at all!!!

I’ve been here about four times and have never heard of 45 cent wing Tuesdays.

— Caribbean Jerk: Full flavor and decent kick
— Asian Zing: My favorite. Has the same amount of kick as the Jerk but more sweet.
— Honey BBQ: sweet and similar to the Asian Zing without the kick
— Spicy Garlic: did not get a chance to try this
— Hot BBQ: did not get a chance to try this but my buddy said it wasn’t hot at all. After he tried the mango habanero followed by the hot bbq, he said the hot bbq was spicy. My guess is that you need the mango habanero to kick start your taste buds haha
— Mango Habanero: had a hint of mango flavor. I was expecting a bigger fire in my mouth but it was moderate. I only ate one though, I’m sure if you ate 6, your mouth would be on fire.
Service was great. The manager came around asking if everything was fine. The waitress came by with a new glasses of water before we were halfway done with our original glass. There is plenty of space between the next tables and plenty of elbow room at each individual table.
There is a small section of arcade games as well as table games (I did not get a chance to play with either). There are ALOT of TVs all around as well as at least 2 projectors broadcasting various sport games. There is also a full bar and full menu if wings isn’t your thing.
