I was there earlier asked the manager if she could scan the barcode of my DunkingDonuts reward card in my phone! She quickly replied «we are not allowed to scan bar codes in phones» I done it in other DunkingDonuts around Boston?! I guess she is not up to date with technology?! I am really upset they should be trained professionally before been in charged of running a place!

I go here because it’s convenient, but there has been an issue getting food or drinks right, or done in under like 20 mins every single time I’ve been here.

This use to be my go to dunks. But for the past week the customer service here has been horrendous. They don’t ask of you want a receipt and seem bother when you ask for one. They use to tell me my total at the window but I haven’t had someone tell me in a month. When I went a few days ago the guy at the drive thru window just put his hand out and wanted my card without even saying a word to me. Then me made a hand gesture like I should have known to just hand my card over without hearing the total. I will be driving down and around the highway to another coffee shop from now on.

The people who work at this Dunkins are great. They are so nice, courteous and efficient and they always greet you with a Goodmorning and wish you a great day with a smile! :)) That is great customer service in my opinion! I love coming here to start my morning off right! And their coffee is always fresh and delish! :))

The coffee from here is actually one of the better ones in the area. They do charge extra for the styrofoam cups for your iced coffee, but otherwise I have no complaints.
Also, the exit is a bit hard to get out of seeing as it’s right next to the Lynnfells exit off of Route 1, so cars with bad pickup beware.
