Dunkin’ Donuts

So I come to this Dunkin Donuts every morning Monday through Friday because it is convenient on my way to work. However in the past few weeks I can tell they have had changes. I wish I knew the woman’s name that used to work there about 3 to 4 weeks ago, she was very attentive and caring and compassionate when it came to what you wanted and how you wanted it. One morning a customer was talking to this worker and she was having a hard time doing a refund or something of like that, and she kept calling for the manager and the bookkeeper. After several attempts for the worker to get her management come out of legit hiding in the back laughing. It was me and about four or five other customers at that time. The girl manager didn’t respond to anything that she (other worker) was saying and she kept apologizing to the customer. I noticed that now a few weeks have gone by and this worker is no longer there, I think she got let go. This is unfortunate because these managers that are in there right now I believe it is two girls, don’t care about what the customer has to say. I asked my bagel double toasted and it came out black Blackburnt. She told me this is what double toasted does look like. I told her this is not true because every other Dunkin Donuts I go to knows how to toast a bagel not burn it. Who wants to eat a burnt black bagel? To the owner of this Dunkin Donuts establishment, it is very unfortunate that you let that good worker go, I wish I knew her name I can’t find a receipt with her name on it. The manager and they bookkeeper? and you’re young workers are not professional at all. I would highly recommend that you look into the situation because you lost a great worker and I know that day the customers that were in there we were all on her side. I wish I could send a picture of this toasted (burnt) bagel. Waste of money. there are better dunks elsewhere.

Great establishment. Today they were giving out samples of the cider and giving away K cups at the drive through while you wait. My bagel was ACTUALLY toasted not just warm. There was a worker sweeping in the parking lot. Very clean and friendly here!

They don’t offer tap water and the breakfast burrito is so small for the price they offer.

The guy at the window was so nice even though they messed up our coffee he was nice and peasant.
