This place is great! I’ve been going ever since they opened up at their old location on Abercorn. The service is always exquisite, they pay attention to your every need. The food is phenomenal and they have a great selection of wines and beers. There’s really nothing not to love about this place!

After reading the reviews we decided to try this place. Terrific service, very personable girl. We had the Tom Ka soup(a little watery but extremely tasty). We then had chicken and shrimp Pad Thai. Both very good. A few more shrimp would have been nice(only 5). I like hot food and ordered the chicken pad Thai«hot». It was good and hot. I can’t fathom how there are three levels above that(Thai hot, Scorpion and Ghost), so if you like serious heat, try it! Of course the Singha beers were the perfect complement.

The fried rice and soup are delicious. And their sake too. Good ambience and friendly wait staff. Certainly a good place for Thai cuisine in Savannah.

One of the best Thai food places! Their curries and noodle dishes will make your taste buds go crazy. I love the ambiance with all the Asian style decorations. Fast and great service, good prices especially for the lunch menu, amazing food… what more can you ask for?

Simply amazing, I’ve passed by this place many many times, finally stopped in last week. And I had to come back. The kalua pork & cabbage is incredible. The curry is outstanding. My wife gets the curry. This is definitely a spot that more people need to hear about They have these really comfy seats. Which is perfect for leaning back because you’ll eat everything on your plate The wait staff is really nice and friendly

We came here on a date for my birthday and it was lovely! The food was delicious. We had a curry and grilled romaine salad. I’m glad we weren’t in a rush because it was a bit slow, but otherwise I’d definitely recommend going here for Thai. I want to go back just thinking of it.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I came to Chiriya on the first night of our honeymoon and it was the perfect choice. We started off with a grilled romaine salad. Who knew that you could grill romaine? It was tossed in a house made lime and lemongrass juice and sprinkled in parmesan cheese. I didn’t think we would finish the big serving of romaine but it was so delicious we couldn’t help it. I ordered the chicken massaman curry and let me tell you, WOWZERS. I am thoroughly impressed. The curry was deep and smooth, rich with flavors, and the vegetables(a combination of carrots, potatoes, green beans…) were also delicious. My wife got the pad thai with beef and that was also delicious. Plenty of noodles, sprouts, and peanuts. The sauce was not too overwhelming(you know how it goes, sometimes the sauce turns the dish into a big pile of mush). My wife also ordered the Hawaiian iced tea which was pineapple juice, lemon juice, a little bit of ginger, mint, and crushed strawberries. I barely got a sip in before it was finished. We would return to Chiriya and actually considered eating there a second time during our vacation. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was great, too. The server was very responsive to my shellfish allergy and made sure that the food would be safe for me to it. I find that this is rare in most restaurants. We were charged $ 3 to replace the white rice with brown rice which is not something I would do again and in general, the food is a little expensive but we have no regrets. Thanks Chiriya for a great meal!

The chicken pad thai I had last night for take-out was probably the best I’ve ever had, but it’s hit and miss. There are times it’s really heavy on the sauce, and times it’s really good. I keep going back simply because it’s the only place to curb my thai cravings that’s remotely near my house. Spring rolls are very good – fresh – but my husband did not enjoy the beef bulgogi, not traditional at all. Everytime I go in there it’s empty so I hope they are able to stay open, as I will definitely keep ordering out…

Chirya’s is definitely the best thai food in the area. Green curry and drunk noodles are exemplary. The Hawaiian dishes are unique and flavorful. Chirya is a lovely lady who is genuine and warm to her guests. True thai style. I hope they move to a better location — it’s easy to miss the sign as you zip through thunderbolt on victory.

Excellent ! Great service kind owner. Try the Grilled Romaine Salad. Penang curry with shrimp was great. The pork larb was seasoned to perfection. Give it a try.

One of the top Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to. Not to mention the Hawaiian meals they offer are also amazing. Their phở is by far my favorite. Get it!

This is the same Hawaiian/Thai fusion place that used to exist over by the mall years ago. Same menu, same food, even some of the same staff believe it or not. I almost always get the Thai fried rice with beef here and I get it as spicy as they will make it. By Thai food standards, it is not all that spicy, but just enough to wake you up a little and get your nose running a bit. Anyway, they still have both the Thai and Hawaiian sides to the menu. Prices are good and service is fine. Pleased to see they are still operational and doing well in their new space.

Every thing on the menu is how you imagine, if not better. It’s made with love, with weirdly favors and of course, with love. I come here any chance I get!

Had lunch the other day and was really pleased with the entire experience. The food was really good and the price was less than I expected. The service was good and the atmosphere is much better than the previous location. This will be my regular lunch destination with friends and company and I can’t wait to try more menu options. We all absolutely loved it!

Great ambiance, great service and great food. The menu has a good number of options, both traditional Thai and some Hawaiian. There are 6 levels of ‘heat’ for the food: mild, medium, hot, Thai Hot, Ghost Hot, and Scorpion Hot. I had my curry hot and it was a great flavor and the heat was perfect. I would highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

This is my favorite place to eat in the Savannah area. We have been coming here for years and have never once been disappointed. The owner is super nice and remember me every time I am there even though I only get in every other month or so. We started eating there with my kids and they weren’t too keen on the idea of Thai food so we ordered them the special noodle, they are a terriyaki style noodle stir fry. Very good but pretty basic. They still like them(I do too, I always had some) but they like to order curry as well. I can’t really recommend one curry over the other, I love them all.

This place is awesome!!! From the moment I walked in I knew this was a special place!!! Even the bathroom was pretty! We had the spring rolls and edemame and they were fresh and vibrant! I had the green curry w/shrimp… WOW!!! It was so good. I could’ve handled and little more spice but, it was by no means mild. For dessert we shared the fried bananas and they too were very fresh and delicious! I can’t wait to come back and explore this menu again.

Okay Thai food. I got the pad ke mao with chicken. It was good, but it was almost too creamy and they used cilantro instead of basil. They also altered the spiciness with chili powder which I thought was a bit odd… but they did have the traditional chili sauce on the side for me to add which was nice. For appetizers we got the shrimp egg rolls which were also just ok and kind of greasy. I know I shouldn’t be expecting the most authentic stuff in Savannah, and I might be too picky, but I will probably only come back just to try the Hawaiian fare.

Hands down best Thai in Savannah area. Super friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. Delicious menu packed with flavor… and not just bland one plate one flavor, every different piece on your plate has a distinct flavor. Very fresh. One of my friends in our group needed gluten free and they are very attentive to Gluten Allergies.
