I dropped a leather purse off to them on Thursday and was told it would be ready Saturday. I called on Monday and they kept me on the phone while looking for ten minutes saying they didnt have it. Once they found it, i retrieved it on Thursday and i was disappointed by their quality of work. They were supposed to clean ink off of a cream and blue leather There is still some ink, which i had expected but in the process rubbed off the blue leather dye. Im sure they
havent been in business this long without some quality of work, but my experience was poor.
