We order lunch for the office every Saturday. Today we ordered from Ozzy’s, and I regret the decision. Three of us either didn’t get our food, or we got the wrong item. I ordered a cheesesteak with fries and ended up with some unusual looking sandwich that wasn’t a cheesesteak. I sent the food back to the restaurant with the porter — along with the other incorrect orders — called the order back in over the phone, and waited. When he returned with the food, I opened the box and found a cheesesteak with no fries. They had the opportunity to correct a mistake and only made another one. By this point, I was hungry and didn’t feel like waiting another half hour and sending our porter back out to get another sandwich. The sandwich was okay, but nothing to write home about. The chips that arrived in lieu of the fries were overcooked and left a burnt taste in my mouth. I won’t order from there for Saturday lunch again, as I had several unhappy colleagues and I expect some degree of precision in our orders. I might stop by an Ozzy’s if I’m on the road somewhere and I am overly hungry and nothing else is available, but it won’t be this one.

Nasty, nasty, nasty. Food was greasy, but that was why I went there in the first place. The problem is the staff. I don’t have a problem with an overweight waitress, but when she is wearing spandex pants and chewing gum with her mouth open while taking my order and carrying my food is where I draw the line. Simply gross.

Great Cheesesteak sandwichs. Unfortunately, I always eat the same thing. Chicken cheesesteaks with mixed peppers and mushrooms. For appetizers, I love the brew city fries.

Good basic food with a twist. Grouper sandwich with homemade chips– yum. Others had giant sandwiches. friendly service, yummy tea, and a good value. Not someplace I am going to crave, but good solid food when I am working nearby.

I had my first cheesesteak at this restaurant when it had different owners and was called Charlie’s. I’m not sure the exact details of the switch to Ozzy’s but everything is exactly the same. It was obviously an in-house thing. The cheesesteaks are amazing and be sure and order the brew city fries. Don’t share them! They are too good for sharing. Be greedy and eat every last one(like me). I can’t say much about anything else on the menu because the thinly sliced steak smothered with cheese, peppers and onions is too good to order something different. If you like having leftovers then order a whole sandwich instead of the regular. The restaurant is in a small strip with neighbors like Jalapeño’s, Heiwa’s and Papa John’s. The parking lot gets pretty crowded at night mostly from people visiting Jalapeño’s.
