Alex and Miss Betty are awesome! Super inviting and really know what they’re doing, and I’ll definitely be back for future cuts!

One of the things that is hard for me is to find someone who can do a great fade. Betty is that person. Every time I go in, she absolutely nails what I want whether it is a shorter or longer cut. I will never go anywhere else in Savannah and neither will my Wife! Alexandria and Betty have done fantastic work on her hair while she has been growing it out. Truly a great place to go!

Betty is a perfectionist! And she always gives me advice. It has took me years to find a hairstylist like her that really cares and takes her time and does a fantastic job !

I recently moved to Savannah from Texas and was looking for a new salon. I read good things about this one online, so I decided to give it a try. I am a stay at home mom and never get out to do anything other than get groceries, so I was excited for a hair appointment. I went in and met with a girl I had spoken with on the phone. I explained what I wanted and was immediately told this wouldn’t be possible because my hair was so dark; that I would need to reschedule if I wanted to lighten It up, as it would take at least 4 hours. Even though I had lightened my dark hair plenty of times before and knew it could be done, I know I could reschedule and just told her to put an all over color on. I was feeling very uncomfortable by this point and didn’t want to do anything too different, as I wasn’t feeling very sure of this stylist’s confidence. She did the all over color that I normally do at home and a trim… Which ended up being the choppiest, most uneven haircut I’ve ever gotten. After 3 hours I was ready to go and, when she asked if I wanted her to dry it (which I had never been asked), I said I would do it at home. When I did, I was in tears. I did give them a call and they did offer to fix it. But I was 35 weeks pregnant and knew I wouldn’t be able to make it back. So I will be getting my hair fixed by my previous stylist when I make the trip home to Texas. Two months later and still very disappointed and unable to wear my hair down :(
