I arrived for my 8:00 appointment on Wednesday, 9DEC15, at 7:55. TRICARE referred me to Biomotion for physical therapy to assist with my ongoing back pain. An employee arrived at 8:00 and opened the door promptly with most of the staff arriving at 8:05. As the staff tended to the returning patients, it wasn’t until approximately 8:15 when I was provided with six pages of information to provide. At approximately 8:40 an employee informed me that the physical therapist was«stuck in traffic on 1604» and was unsure as to when she would arrive. I fully expected Biomotion to call/email/text me with an apology and an offer to expedite an appointment for me — they did not. Additionally, there will be no reimbursement to me for the two hours of sick leave that I took for this non-appointment. I guess my only recourse is to contact TRICARE for a referral to a provider that will actually see me. Veterans deserve better.

Everyone here was extremely nice, but I was diagnosed wrong from the beginning. I was told I had micro tears in my meniscus and didn’t require imaging and put on the same exercises for weeks straight before having to ask for better ones myself. I rarely saw the same person so it was hard to understand if I was improving or have everyone on the same page. The exercises they moved me into eventually made my injury worse now costing me more money, time, and pain in my knee. I went to a specialist and got an mri Because me knee was worse off than before I went there and found out my meniscus was perfectly fine but I had torn 60% of my PCL. So I would not recommend this place for my experience is one that is frustrating, time consuming and worse of made my knee worse.
