Poor customer service. No quality control on paperwork. Loan reps don’t know what they’re doing and inconsistent with procedures. You never can talk to the same person twice and you have to start from scratch everytime. Loan department makes constant mistakes with loans. They never have valid excuses other than they’re sorry or put their hands in the air and say they don’t know. It took 5 different trips to get paperwork right and then only after raising hell with the corporate office. This Institution has gone to the dogs and is nowhere near where they used to be. A 1.65% rate is great but not worth the headache and having to deal with people who don’t know what they’re doing. Consumer Beware! Check BBB, I’m not the only victim.

They are unable to stop my emails about statements, otherwise I’ll get paper statements. Unsafe for my travels to have statements sitting in my mailbox. I don’t want my emails full of rbfcu info either. I just want to check when I want to. It’s like I’m being set up to be kidnapped or hacked. Very unhappy! I would be glad to change the rating if this easily correctable issue is taken care of, but so far I spoke with employees not interested in ratings.

They are so great!!! I love RBFCU. This branch in particular get so busy! If you go north about 3 exits there is a branch that never has anyone! Go to that one to get everything done quicker!

I have been a member since 1995. RBFCU has been a very good bank that has financed my car and helped me manage my money. The staff at this location is very helpful and friendly. Lines are short to nonexistent and the drive thru is pretty quick as well. Great banking location.
