Well, it’s not the most capable facility, as it is a clinic and not a hospital. I will say what they CAN do, they do well. I’ve always had good experiences. Normally, I am here for the random drug test or they need some blood. The optometry unit is great with hooking you up with new glasses — even when you have numerous pairs at home! I finally decided I wanted a cute pair of glasses to wear in uniform, so I won’t be getting the issued glasses anymore unless my vision significantly changes. The women’s health unit is also very attentive to all of my female needs and were super helpful getting me on the right form of birth control. The biggest props have to go to immunizations and the blood lab. I HATE needles(never mind all of my tattoos) and they are always so great with me – willing to take my mind off of the needle currently sticking out of my arm and engage me in conversation. They make the whole process so much easier.
