I highly recommend Daryl/​Moldex! We had a suspected mold issue in a condo we were trying to sell. Daryl was on it quickly and efficiently and explained to us what was going on with the wall and why. He fixed the problem so well we couldn’t even tell the drywall had been removed and replaced. Then he went well above and beyond by explaining to the landscapers what needed to be done to keep the water away from the building in the future. Thanks Daryl!

Excellent experience! I had called Daryl a couple of times before having him come out, and he immediately relayed a wealth of information that helped me decide what actions to take, how to handle our insurance claim, and what the potential problems could be… all before there was any indication that there would be a job involved. When we did ask him to come out, he came the very next day, and put us at ease that the suspected problem was not actually a mold invasion. He explained his reasoning, recommended products for us to use, and told us what to look for in the future. Having successfully handled a mold problem with another company previously, I am pleased to say that Daryl was far more informative, responsive, and caring than the first company. I would not hesitate to call him for anything in the future, and would loved to have had that peace of mind the first time around.

Moldex is highly recommended for any mold remediation/​restoration. Immediate response to our inquiry online yielded a same-​day visit from Daryl, who thoroughly explained their process and procedures, along with initial costs. From there, we had an air quality sample done and our lab work came back quickly on the mold sample. We used their services to clean and repair the affected area, and it actually came in under the projected cost, not to mention looking fantastic! Definitely a fan and while I hope we’ll never need Daryl’s services again, I’ll enthusiastically recommend him to anyone.

Daryl visited a house I rent out where a termite contractor suspected a mold problem. He was able to make an initial visit almost immediately. He determined the issue had nothing to do with mold and was able to explain what was going on. He didn’t charge me anything for the visit since it was on his way to another call anyway. Rather than take advantage of the situation he was completely straight with me. On top of it, no bill was above and beyond the call of duty. I have no doubt he treats all his customers fairly and wouldn’t hesitate to call him in the future.

My husband and I used Daryl/​Moldex for our mold remediation and couldn’t be happier that we did. Not only was he very fair with the pricing, but he was a wealth of knowledge on the subject of mold and best ways to remediate it. The testing offered by Moldex is less expensive than many of the other companies and all around he is great to work with. I highly recommend using them if mold is a concern at all, even if you just want your home tested for it.

We just moved into an older home that had some pretty extensive mold damage. We called Moldex to come out and remove the mold and repair damage. They did an amazing job. They were completely professional and their drywall work was perfect. I can’t even tell that there was ever a problem. Great Job!
