This was my regular Starbucks for a long time. I used to go here in the morning a few times a week. I always got great, friendly service. Even where there were lines, it always went fast. I don’t think they ever got my order wrong once.

Standard Starbucks.
Lots of seating, same olé’ coffee. I almost always get the Blonde roast ’cause someone once told me it has the most caffeine.
I never get pikes anymore — terrible.
I got a scone. I was so happy to see this starbucks — i didn’t want to have to go to the coffee bean place again. Believe it or not, this is better.

Well it’s just a basic espresso over ice. Not a bad drink most of the time but every now and then I have no idea what they do.
It taste sorta burnt and either not enough ice or to much ice.
The wait can’t be helped but sometimes a little hustle wouldn’t hurt
Always friendly though and while not always impressed, it works

Love Starbucks drink it all the time, but today when I was ordering, I asked if I can do my 3 drinks deepest so that I can earn my starts and the guy made it obvious that he was irritated… Was not pleased with the service overall the drinks were good

This Starbucks is in the Seville SC in Scottsdale. Has outdoor patio seating with nice view of back side of Camelback Mountain. Came here with friends after night at the Birdsnest

GREAT friendly service the two times I have gone thru the drive thru the past couple of days. The drinks were perfect and 2 different guys waited on me that they were so happy and smiling I couldn’t help but have a great day from their positive engery they showed. I think these two guys… I’m not sure their names… Should get some sort of reward. I travel a lot and only give reviews to the places that really truly stand out for me some how/​someway. I will make it a point to go into the store tomorrow instead of my driver using the drive thru so I can put something possibly about the inside of this Starbucks. Like I said, the two guys that waited on me before left such a happy positive impression. Keep up the good work!!!

This is consistently one of the slowest Starbucks I go to. There seems to be constant turnover in staff. Quality of products are similar to all other Starbucks

I understand that this is a laid back area but this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. We were behind two people and it took 15t minutes to get two lattes. We were in turn late for our meetings. There is absolutely no sense of urgency here. I will always avoid this Starbucks when in Scottsdale for Business from now on and tell everyone that works for me to do the same.

Typically I have a great experience at this Starbucks, but today, my bacon Gouda egg sandwich was without bacon, and this is the second time this has happened this week. I need my bacon!

Friendliest staff lately! I’ve been fortunate enough to come in while it hasn’t been busy. Actually had a chance to talk to the baristas and they introduced me to the clover! They’ve been training new employees and everyone is kind and fast. Thank you for making me a regular again.

I’m not a regular coffee drinker and usually only have beans when I’m with my fiancée who is an Espresso lover. I’m definitely a light-​weight (or should I say my stomach is, don’t want to give too much information here), so I go with a mocha or latte. Now, if my life depended on it, I couldn’t tell you the difference between a good cup of Java and an excellent one. The service at this very convenient location was quick and friendly.

We have been coming to this store for many years. It was one of the first stores in Scottsdale. We often drove from Peoria on Bell and Scottsdale roads before the 101 freeway was started. It does not have a drive thru but it sells the products. I like the coffee and my wife likes the ice tea. We have never had a problem with service.

Urgency and customer service is not one of their strong points at this location in the afternoon. Waiting in line while someone was figuring out what to order. One gal at the cash register and 3 baristas just talking while there was a line. It’s kind of annoying when you see employees just standing around talking while customers are waiting. They could have opened the other cash register or started making the drinks for the others in line that knew what they wanted; just like they do in other Starbucks. I will say I’ve been to this location a few times before and have had great service. The gal working the register was very kind and said thanks for waiting. If you’re looking to get a quick drink in the afternoon, try a drive thru location.

Every so often a business closes for remodeling and then snap; reopens.
In the process, it also looks like my old review has been misplaced. This Starbucks use to be much larger and was an ideal setting for client meetings. Sadly, no more. The new version is much smaller, with an angular setup. It looks as if part of the old space has been acquired by Jumba Juice.
The Baristas who work here seem to be the same happy group, while it looks like no one has been displaced due to the store’s downsizing. Note, the outdoor seating now overlaps both the businesses on either side.

Don’t really review chains unless they knock it out of the park, and this Starbucks is one of the most efficient I have ever been to around the US. The staff is always cheery and the service is great. Even though it gets crowded during peek hours, I never seemed to wait that long for my coffee. Good place to start the day off right.

Incredible customer service. They are very friendly and go out of their way to learn the names of all of their regular customers.
There is a good patio for sitting, which attracts a large crew of regulars who spend a good part of the morning there.
A line does sometime form around 8 – 9 am, and I sometimes wonder why they don’t do more to make sure during their super rush hours they aren’t better staffed.
Overall though, this is my favorite Starbucks.
