Awesome service, and the coffee was very, very good. Clean, quiet and calm coffee shop atmosphere & bathrooms super clean. I’ll definitely be going back.

I’ve been here twice and loved it both times. The coffee is fresh and flavorful. I’ve also had macaroons and a wrap: also delicious. I especially love the ambiance here! Very aesthetic and great for working(I’ve seen folks on their laptops) as well as a get together with friends. I wish I had something like this where I live!

Very cool space. Modern but cozy. I’m a coffee novice, but the latte I had was pretty good. The desserts looked awesome and I’ll definitely stop back to try some sweets.

Great hidden gem in downtown Scranton. Very easy to find. Perfect place to do work or hangout. The coffee and tea is really good and the atmosphere is relaxed and chill. They use local coffee which is awesome because they support local businesses. I sat here for hours with my friend while she did school work and just hung out. They have lunch and breakfast items as well as packaged wraps and a great assortment of cakes, bagels, and pastries. All foods are packaged and can be taken to go. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. Prices are very reasonable. Absolutely love this place!

Spectacular coffee shop hidden in the middle of downtown Scranton. Very good updated urban city feel which was much needed. This place is always fast and good. No complaints. Also they are dog friendly which is nice if I’m walking my pooch downtown.

The décor is on point, and the staff is great. I’d want nothing more than to see this business succeed, but I think the price point is too high for the area. Bummer.

The staff is super friendly and the music was completely hip. The coffee is superb and the desserts are extraordinary. This is a gem in the center of the city providing a nucleus that is perfect. You can sit outside on the patio and you can ride your bicycle here if you have one!

So I came to the fine city of Scranton as an entire noobie. It has a small town feel with an interesting mix of locally owned shops with commercial chains. Walking around town, I stumbled on this unique coffee shop right near the center of the city. Lo and behold a diamond in the rough. Stepping into the coffee shop feels like you’re being transported to an industrial retro spot straight out of Brooklyn. The outdoor seating is reminiscent of the«secret gardens» oftentimes found in NYC. Service was solid and the barista was friendly. Fresh coffee and tea are available as well as a small selection of desserts and snacks. The very berry Napoleon was awesome. The décor and atmosphere really set it apart. Don’t expect any of today’s hits to be playing in the background. Instead keep your ears peeled for relaxing and soothing music from around the world. Free wifi is available so it’s a great spot to meet up with friends or to do work solo. When I’m in Scranton again, this is gonna be my go to spot.

I visited Adezzo today, two weeks after it’s grand opening on First Friday. Overall, I really liked the atmosphere and I was a huge fan of the décor. It gave off the vibe of a hip coffeebar for young professionals. However, aesthetics makes not a good cup of coffee. I’m mostly a tea drinker, so I was extremely disappointed when there only options were caffeinated and decaf black tea and green tea. All in a bag, no loose leaf. The green tea was palatable, but I wouldn’t exact go back running to order it again. We also tried their regular brew. They only had one option of roast and nothing else, but a good cup of coffee nonetheless. We didn’t try any of their specialty drinks(ie espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) so I can’t comment on them, but from what I could see, there was a limited specialty drink menu, not too much variety from the typical coffeebar menu. I believe the only syrups that can be used to add to the brewed coffee or specialty drinks are vanilla and caramel. Of note were their food options. They have their sweet goodies driven in from New York and you can tell with the variety that they offer. We sampled the brownie with bits of walnut and it definitely satisfied the sweet tooth. They also offer soups, salads and sandwiches catered by a local favorite, Zuppa DelGiorno. Soups, salads and sandwiches are catered every morning, so expect something fresh if you don’t want to make the extra walk to the Zuppa mother store. Overall, really nice and cool atmosphere, but their drinks were not terrific and I probably won’t make the trip downtown just for a drink.

Oh my Ghandi!!! I was so lucky to be invited. The Napolean cake, Tiramisu, chocolate chip cookie(EVERYTHING in the dessert case!!!) was delish. There were people from all over the world at this soft opening. The service was friendly and excellent. Fast WiFi. This will be my new favorite spot to write and read.
