Always serving up consistently good food for a great price! i am lucky enough to live down the road from this place. Also, open very late which is convenient.

After hearing from my niece how great Tripoli’s pizza and canolli are I figured I’d give it I try. First of all I must say I’ve been a Christy’s pizza fan for years, but I thought maybe the pizza got better over the years at Tripoli’s, wrong. The sauce is too sweet and there was way to much of it. The crust was nice and crisp but flavorless. Before going there I checked out there website to see what other dessert items they carry. Not everyone in my family likes canolli. Being satisfied that I’d be able to get something for everyone is why I decided to try them. They do have a nice selection of cookies and pastry but no prices listed anywhere. I like to know the prices ahead of time. Also the website stated they have cakes in all locations except Salisbury. I was in Seabrook and I didn’t see anything that looked like a cake. I bought 2 canolli and 1 éclair. I don’t know about the éclair but the canolli is also too sweet. So if you want a sugar overload this is the place but I’ll stick to my occasional trip to Christy’s and make my own canolli.

Best beach pizza and the bakery is great… doesn’t get more Italian than this. Special orders shipped to Seabrook from the main bakery in Lawrence.

I love beach pizza! Tripoli’s and a few other local bakeries have been making this special cheap square pizza with a sweet sauce for decades. No other places that I have been too have this regional style of(square) pie. I am also partial to their bread. I get the half stick. Take out at the window, with sand in your shoes.

Not sure what the fuss is about this place. My friends love it… but I grew up on the Jersey Shore… and any of the pizza down there seems superior to this pizza. Now Lombardi’s in Little Italy… amazing. Frank Pepe in CT… perfect. This… not so much. First of all, the sauce is sweet… way too sweet. Authentic tomato sauce is not supposed to be sweet… way too much sugar is added. When I make a sauce, I add a ¼ cup of sugar for 8 quarts of sauce. But I use good tomatoes that don’t require much sugar to offset the acidity. This seems to have cups of sugar in it. And the crust is kinda flat… it does not have that yeast bite that good pizza crust has. Pizzeria Regina is pretty close by… go there instead.

LOVED the bakery items. Completely authentic Italian standards — cannoli, lobster tails, cookies, cakes. All delicious and delivered with a smile. The pizza? Not so much. They only serve«beach pizza,» i.e. sweet sauce pizza. I didn’t care for it all, which was s shame because the toppings, cheese and crush were terrific. Note to customers — it comes in weird sections inside a pizza box, not like a whole pie. That being said, that’s a personal preference and doesn’t really reduce the rating since the bakery side is AWESOME. :)

I’ve tried their bakery three or four times now; only because my friend seems to think he wants fresh bread or desserts and I”m sorry, I just can’t say anything good about this place. The bread is stale if you don’t eat it that same day and the eclairs were so hard I couldn’t eat more then a quarter of it, say two bites, plus there was hardly any chocolate frosting on top. The cream in the middle was the only good thing about the eclairs. The pizza’s tomato sauce is filled with sugar and the rest of the pizza isn’t great either. There’s hardly any cheese and when they didn’t add the pepperoni I ordered, they just stuck a few pieces on top and handed me back the box. t can’t understand how they can stay in business for so long. I hear things are delivered from the home bakery in Lowell or Lawrence, because I saw the delivery man arrive in the morning. Maybe they got the day old stuff from the home store? Market Basket has a better bakery then this place.

The pizza here with extra cheese is good but if you want to eat right out of the the oven you’re going to have a bad time, the cheese slides off if you try to eat it also you’re probably going to burn your tongue. The workers can really keep calm and do a good job under a busy hot summer day. The sauce is very sweet sometimes too sweet. Would definitely come back.

Hands down the best pizza in the world. Every time I’m visiting back home I must get at least one tray. I don’t know how they have not been featured on triple D. Beach pizza is to die for.

Now finally this is an Italian bakery. Maybe not as big as their other locations but this location doesn’t disappoint at all! We ordered two regular cheese slices, and of course enough Italian bakery goodies to make us a pound or two heavier. The pizza here is delicious. Crunchy crust, a sweet sauce and cheese. For me the regular amount is perfect but you can certainly order it with extra cheese or pepperoni if you like. The cannoli’s were fresh, stuffed to order. This is the stuff! Ricotta filling, and crunchy shell– perfection! The pizzelle cookies were good, they tasted a lightly drier than normal– but still good. The cookies were okay– also a little drier than normal. I came in off season– April by the ocean– this could have been part of it. This place is great and worth a little trip too.

You have to like sweet sauce for sure. I think it is amazing and unique to have beach pizza, it is something to enjoy as part of those awesome beach nights.

Ok, it’s a cheap beach pizza, not expecting much but I was actually impressed for such a simple pizza! I also had a piece of cheesecake-OMG! Very good! Nice treat if in the area.

I gave Triploi’s a shot on 8÷12÷2013 against Cristaldi’s and Cristy’s. Now I remember why we never ate there, terrible sugar sauce I am sorry guys! I wanted to toss it out, I compared them back to back at Salibury, no comparison. I tricked my wife and got her another slice from Tripoli after eating Cristy’s, she said what happened to the pizza?

Really yummy pizza! Small place and no seats inside. But when the weather is nice, sitting outside at the benches is well worth it! There was a wide variety or pastries and breads. From what my friends and I got, everyone seemed happy with the dessert they picked!

Was so excited to see the sign for gluten free pizza! It was amazing and delicious. The staff were amazingly attentive to my needs and even showed me some gf dessert choices as well as explaining that their dough is frozen and I can take it home for later. Will be back for more every time I’m up here!!!

How this place got 4 ½ stars I’ll never know! It must be the bakery side, the pizza was awful… the sauce was sweet, the crust was fair, and the cheese was not melted. I ordered bacon and I swear it tasted like lobster. I love lobster but not when I’m supposed to be eating bacon! Forget about calling in, the people who work there barely speak English and do not understand simple sentences. I’m truly not trying to be negative but the pizza was bad and the service on the phone was sub par. Once in there the guys are super nice but that still doesn’t make up for the pizza… The bakery looked great however and I will be returning to try that!

On a whim last night driving to see my fiancé’s parents he asked(once we passed their location) if I wanted some Tripoli pizza. At first I have to say I thought he asked me if I wanted some triple e.(as in the mosquito disease) We chuckled and then he explained the pizza and pastry place he has pointing out to me since we first bought our home in Newburyport. I figured why not? After a long evening of food shopping who doesn’t need some more food? We stopped in and I’m glad we did. The gentlemen behind the counter was very nice and the pizza well, perfect! I loved the sweet taste of the sauce, the perfect crispness of the crust(I love my crust!) and the perfect amount of dough. We even left with some desserts for the in laws which were devoured in minutes. I have to say even on a «diet» I’d go back for more! Keep it up!
