Attention everyone who likes free beverages and a place to hang out! Well this Carl’s Jr. is the place for you to hang out. On Friday evening around 6pm, I went into this Carl’s Jr. I ordered something a combo to go. I waited 10 minutes for my food. During this time a homeless man(who obviously frequented this place) walked out to the counter said something to the employees then walked over to the soda machine and filled up HIS cup(not a Carl’s Jr. one). The employees just waved to him. He then walked over to a booth, plugged his phone in to charge, and pulled out a cribbage board. So, why pay for drinks when you can get free ones here?!

You know when they say that bad service spreads. It sure does and unfortunately it was on me for the third time at this location. Consider i work nighta and have only a 30 minute time span to eat I figure carls jr the only thin close why not? That was a bad choice and here is why First time It was the manager talking shit to his employee about some nonsense he could have been very formal about. Plus they did it right in front me. What are you doing ??? Second time couldnt make a burger with no sauce. Had to send it ba k three times to get it right. Employees gave me dirty looks the whole time which was very disrespectful. This final time i order a tex with no sauce got it and of course it had sauce on it go figure. I sent it back and as the gentleman dropped it off i go dude this is like the third time this has happened! He walked away laughing at me. Are you kidding !!! If I was a regional manager I would be very dissapointed. There is a good reason this place is failing. Someone needs to change things up or let it fall. Horrible location

Despite the fact the sign at the drive-thru seemed to be out of a lightbulb and I couldn’t read the menu well in the dark, and the weird homeless guy flailing his arms all over the place and being obnoxious… this place is alright. Order was right, food was prompt, and the drive-thru girl was friendly.

I rarely do a write up for fast food joints but this ones a little different… this Carl’s Jr. is always busy and filled with old people. Blame it on Leisure World which is down the street. Nothing wrong with old people, there’s just a whole lot of them here at lunch time :) This is just like any other Carl’s Jr. slash Green Burrito, they have a great little salsa bar inside –well, I have not been to all of them but I’m assuming they all have a salsa bar. Choice of salsas, pico de gallo and yellow peppers, super hot or jalapenos! Have you tried jalapenos in your Double Famous Star w/cheese? AMAZING. Jalapenos on everything bitches!!! Oh and their staff is some of the most courteous I’ve ever experienced anywhere –very well trained and polite. I’m sure it’s due to the Leisure World invasions that they’re trained to respect the elderly and that kind of flows into all aspects here. Eat here for the Jalapenos and to feel young again!

Oh man Carl’s, ughhh… I love their zucchini, unfortunately almost everything else tastes like its been sitting for a while. When their food is fresh(or freshly cooked) you can tell and it’s decent, but when you get not so fresh cooked, not good…

The food is as bad as the customer service. It trickles down from the poor manager. He clearly has a poor attitude while in the presence of the customers. There are many mistakes made each time I have«dined in» I have had it happen to me many times and have a watched the same for others who eat in the restaurant. Maybe they feel they can get away with this because the majority of the the patrons are older from Leisure World? Very sad to see the way All the customers are treated. I work nearby and it’s convenient for lunch but NOMORE! The Carl’s Jr enterprise should be ashamed of how this particular location is representing the image.

So annoyed, why are you charging me a dollar to use a debit card. That is a cost of u doing business. You are also ripping people off. As a business owner I know for a fact all debit card transaction cost a business 25 cents. On top of that u are sneaky your employees give the food total and than your receipt has a different amount than what you were told.

Then she was rude when my son was ordering his turkey burger and did not want all of the toppings rolled her eyes at him when I spoke to clarify She cocked her head and said YESMAM!!! Rolled the eyes again. Will never come to this place again. Do not treat people this and will not be treated this way !!!

I haven’t had Carls JR in a couple years. Was driving pass and just wanted something small so we got 2 spicy chicken sandwhich was and bacon ranch fries. We go to each the fries and the bacon is COLD. My girlfriend goes back inside to tell them. And the guy heats the fries up for is. I guess this is better than nothing. My girlfriend speaks Spanish and she hears the girls in the back calling the guy at the counter a faggot and all these rude things. This Carls Jr sucks and now I will never go back to Carls Jr again.

Sometimes, when we’re craving fast food(like last night), we go to Carl’s Jr. This location has never messed up our order or made it terrible. We’re always satisfied with the service, timing, and food. Last night, we ordered spicy chicken sandwiches, fried zucchini, a western bacon cheeseburger, and an Oreo milkshake. It satisfied our hunger. I take away one star, because one time we came here during the middle of the day… and they were closed. What’s up with that? Otherwise, four stars! Thank you, Carl’s Jr.

Dirty lobby and dining. Fried food was dark and tasted of over used oil. Sodas. I tried three major brands and all tasted too watered down. This is below fast food.

This place claims they charbroil their burgers but I have not seen any evidence of this my past few experiences. I was very disappointed when I purchased two of their promotional six dollar burgers(with a coupon) and find nothing but a cold«pale» patty of meat with missing promised ingredients and a drop of sauce. I had one bite and became sick to my stomach. I have also tried the Famous Star here and it’s hit or miss. Not so good…

I try my bestest to eat healthy, but its the end of the year and i’ve been really good for the most part! While driving home it struck me how yummi it would be to have a Famous Star with cheese(no onion) and some golden brown cripsy onion rings with some ranch sauce! The Carl gods must have heard my thoughts because to the left of me was a Carl’s Jr with no line at the drive thru. Service was good(the cashier was a little snappy while i was ordering). When i got to the window service was fast and my order was correct and everything was made to order! Famous Star was tasty and so were the onion rings…

I’ve tried to limit my fast food intake the past couple of years. I try to avoid it if I can. Carl’s Jr. it seems is a little harder to avoid than Jack In The Box or McDonalds. I’ve had food from Carl’s Jr. at least four times this year. Once after a big night of drinking, second… after another big night of drinking, third… yep, more drinking. Oh well that one time I ate there because I saw their new chicken tenders and I just had to try them. I like to switch it up as far as what my «main dish» is. Usually a Southwest Chicken sandwich or a $ 5 Western Bacon Cheeseburger. The last two times however I went for their new chicken tenders. The first time I saw them being hand battered on the spot and they tasted so good and were of decent size. The ones I had just a few days ago(at this location) didn’t look or taste as great. The one thing that never fails are their fried zucchini. They require a couple of minutes for them to cool down a bit before eating. They are usually hot enough to burn your face off. So warning to those who want to pop one in your mouth as soon as you get them. Not sure what else to add. I’ve been here a few times and haven’t had anything really that negative to write about.

You know nothing is more disappointing than having a serious craving for something over a couple of days, finally giving into that craving and then having a place normally known for consistency screw up your much anticipated meal… Yup, I was craving a Big Carl Burger and an order of Onion Rings, yeah I love Carl’s Burgers but his fries, well… Not so much. So I get my order in the drive thru and drive the few short minutes home reach in to find the onion rings cold… ok I can get past that with a short trip to the toaster oven but then the first bite of burger is met with a mouth full of charred dry burnt tasting meat. I know that they can’t sell burgers rare or even medium rare any more but why… why… for god sakes to you have to burn everything to a crisp? This is the second local fast food chain to disappointed me in about a week and I am really bummed by this. It will be some time before I give these guys another chance. I am so bummed out by this. This should not
