These guys just cant get it right through the drive through. Ive had a conversation with Scott after my last visit about a completely mixed up order — he stepped in and corrected it. But here we go again tonight, asked for crispy fries (well done according to Dean). Got home, 6 and ½ blocks — under cooked and soggy fries. Stuck between a rock and a hard place — love the food, better choice for better quality. But it is more pricey than others– so when a mistake occurs, I must comment. But tired of my calls to the store only to sound like a broken record. Guess its time for find another — maybe Long Beach on Carson.

This place is great. The food is tasty, and reasonably priced. The staff is on it, and they are extra friendly. I have a feeling that the crew all go to church together, because they seem to have this positive vibe thing going on, and every once in a while you’ll see them hugging each other. Now, for a minute I was boycotting Chick-​fil-​A because of it’s owners anti gay marriage comments a few years ago. But i guess everyone has an opinion, and in America, we do have this whole freedom of speech thing going on. And although I don’t agree with Chick-fil-A’s ultra christian conservative views, I’m not willing to give up the delicious, reasonably priced chicken treats.

I come here sometimes when I am in the area and the staff is very friendly especially Aaron! My food is always warm and seems fresh! The store is always clean from what i have seen and it has a very good atmosphere.

Dual drive thru for quick service. Had a minor delay ahead of me and they compensated me with a free chicken sandwich for my next visit. I didn’t even have to mention anything about the delay. GREAT customer service!

Just a tip if you have them deliver… If they are late, please call them. I confirmed the day before and stressed to them that it was important that they are there at 4:30 as the party was at Gymboree and only a 2 hour party (4−6pm). 4:30 came and went. I called at 4:45 and the «manager» pulled up my order and stated it was an oversight, they had not yet made it. I had 20 starving toddlers waiting for food! He said he would be there as soon as he could. I gave 2 stars only because they were quick considering the situation and they ended up comping my entire order. They apologized profusely, which was nice but still didn’t change the fact that they almost forgot my order (which I had placed a week prior). I appreciate their efforts to make it right, however, beware of their delivery practices.
P. S. The day before I went in for a pick up of a medium platter of nuggets to be ready at 11. They started making it at 11:15. Get it together Chik Fil A.

Can’t say enough about there amazing staff. They are so friendly, caring and willing to help. Love the food too.

This isn probably the worst CFA joint I’ve ever been too. (They are privately owned) I walked in the restaurant and only one person was taking orders while three other people were behind the counter talking and laughing. After waiting to place my order, I waited. I specifically asked for a different kind of chicken in my wrap because I have done that before in different CFA restaurants. I know it usually takes a little longer, but I waited 15 minutes for my food. And when I got home, the food that I got was not even mine. I will probably never come back to this joint every again.

Amazing place! Andrew was friendly and kind. Everything was super clean. The chicken was great tasting. Recommend it highly.

I usually love this chain but this location in particular is lacking in several areas. The burger was cold and soggy. The staff was very unenthusiastic and ready to get out of there 2 hours before closing. An employee asked us to sit in one of the tables by the front because he was closing the whole area in the back. I was walking towards the bathroom and he asked us again. I know he was in a rush to get out of there but making it so obvious makes the restaurant and company look bad. Employees were also yelling at each other to shut up while moving chairs all across the restaurant. So unprofessional.

My mom and I had lunch here on Monday during Holiday shopping. The center was quite busy, but we were able to park in handicapped parking right in front here at door. This was our first time at Chick-​fil-​A and the customer service here is excellent. We were politely greeted coming in by an employee. I had a question regarding menu and employee came to our table to answer our question, very polite. I noticed coming in that the establishment, everything was very clean and neat.
We just ordered the chicken sandwiches and split an order of waffle fries. The line was long but the cashiers moved everything along speedy, I was also surprised how fast our food came to the table, served hot. I really like the chicken and the waffle fries were served nice and hot, the waffle fries were good. I like the condiments offered, the basics along with buttermilk ranch and also honey mustard.
An employee did come to our table and asked how our food was while dining. This was a nice place for a quick lunch that hit the spot and not overly filling or heavy. This will be one of our places for quick lunch when mom and I are out shopping.
This Chick-​fil-​A has employees here who are polite and efficient, every employee we interacted with was exceptional, great customer service!

They ALWAYS screw up the order in the drive thru. Every single time. They rush you thru, hand you your bag and dont even ask if you would like sauces. The worst ChickFillet I have been to in the entire country. Either dine in and order from register or avoid this place altogether. Disorganized and some of the employees here are rude. Chick Fillet has great service at all of their locations EXCEPT this one!

Extremely good service and very fast. I like their customer service. I’ve only been here once and it was by drive through order so I don’t have much to say about this place but their Asian chicken salad was delicious.

Superior service! Clean dining and my kids love the playground. The hospitality at this location would make S. Truett Cathy Proud!

Breakfast chicken minis is an absolute must.
I would have to admit that 95% of my visits to Chick Fil A have been for breakfast and that is for one main reason, the Breakfast chicken minis.
The chicken mini which is battered chicken fried and placed between two small pieces of bread that is brushed with a buttery flavor with a touch of sweetness. The chicken mini’s can be ordered as a 3 or 4 piecem and served only during breakfast hours. Asides from minis are breakfast plates, sandwiches, nuggests and more. The lunch menu is even more with plenty of items to choose from including grilled chicken sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, salads, fries, shakes and list goes on.
Prices are a bit higher but quality is there, service is great and food is great.

Chick-​Fil-​A is always consistent and you know the staff will be friendly and polite. I actually ate dinner from this location last night and because I was getting an oil change next door, I went inside and ate breakfast there this morning. The inside was clean and they told me to go sit down and they’d bring me my food (which they promptly did) I love their lemonade. This location doesn’t seem as crazy busy as other locations I’ve been to anywhere else in the country, which is nice from my perspective. I wonder if that’s a Cali thing. I would go back for sure.

Always a pleasure going to any location. The people are always friendly, and seem to be well trained. The only thing, I wish I would remember they are closed on Sunday, before I get half way there. Once you eat their nuggets, you won’t go anywhere else.

Unlike my other reviews, where I normally jump right into the food, I will start off with the pleasant customer service I experienced at this location. I was greeted immediately after walking in. One of the things that really stood out was, an employee sat down to eat his meal (pretty sure he was either off or on a break, but still had his uniform on). He noticed I was walking toward the registers to ask for a refill with the cup in my hand giving it away, he got up with his food still on the table, and asked me if I’d like a refill. I nodded and he was more than willing to refill my sweet tea as his fellow coworkers were helping other customers. This is not common, as I have been to other establishments where it’s obvious when an employee is on their lunch break and they don’t bother greeting you or simply try to be invisible (in a way I don’t blame them because sometimes you just need a break from work), but this guy clearly exceeded my expectations.
Although this place is still considered «fast food» it is my most preferred fast food restaurant because of the delicious, fresh chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Oh and did I mention I love their sweet tea?! :)

I live a block away and come here a lot. The food is always good. The employees are very friendly. The kids do well, but on occasion, my orders are incomplete. A little more focus and I’ll throw up that last star.

I have yet to review one of my favorite fast food chicken sandwiches. If you are familiar with this review, you should recognize that I have a fond appreciation for Chick-​fil-​A grub. The fast food spot that claims «We Didn’t Invent The Chicken, Just The Chicken Sandwich» has made me a believer. The Chick-​fil-​A Chicken Sandwich review is long overdue, but better late than never.
Let me admit something here right from the start. When I first had Chick-​fil-​A about 10 years ago, I started with their original Chicken Sandwich and wasn’t overly impressed. I found it way too simple and plain. Blame should go to my lack of familiarity with a «southern-​style» chicken sandwich. Something else I’ll admit to, I grew to LOVE this sandwich and have probably made it a twice-​a-​month habit since. There must have been something to draw me back in again and again… you really just can’t deny the quality of Chick-​fil-​A in the quick-​serve industry. Let’s take a look at how the simple Chick-​fil-​A Chicken Sandwich can be dressed up to satisfy those looking for something a bit different, while still keeping the chicken patty the star. A lot of these are no-​brainers, but they’re still fun to look at.
