ADRIANISSONICE. So I went to Chipotle to get my food because I was hungry. LOL That’s self explanatory. Anyways when I was checkout I couldn’t see the juices because it was far away. So he gladly read the names for me and didn’t give me any attitude. I was so amazed because if I was him and was having a bad day I probably would have given attitude. I sound like such a terrible person, but yet. He is such a great human being. I love this chipotle so much. He is so high spirited. It’s cute. :) well yea that’s my review. I’ve been to numerous Chipotles and every time I review one, it’s only because I advise my fellow Unilocalers NOT to go to the reviewed location due to, unsanitary workers, sick after effect, or skimpy portions. However, this location being in my 10 mile radius of shops, have WOWed me and did not violate any of the above conditions and provided service with a smile. So, just to reiterate, NOT all Chipotle are made equal but if you want to go to one that should be the model of other locations, come here. They have comfortable seating made for large group with short stumpy chairs upon entrance. The black beans and steak’s texture were made correctly, slightly spicy and slight firmness. Shared parking in the lot. Will be back, when I have a craving for Yogurtland next door.

Chipotle has typically been very consistent. All of the locations I’ve been to offered fresh, somewhat good, Mexican type food. Not much changed for years and years. I actually don’t dine at chipotle often because I felt that the food was too bland and some of the food quality(steak) wasn’t that great. Things may be different now… FOOD I got a bowl today and it had a lot more flavor than the bowls used to have. The chicken quality was also noticeably better. Was this due to the whole food safety situation they had a while back? I’m now curious to see if their steak is any better. SERVICE Typical assembly line service. Nice. Efficient. PARKING Large shared lot. No problem

Very disappointed in the decline in quality of Chipotle. I bought a burrito it was steak and there was fat which is nasty there was no flavor at all either price seems to have hiked for what they give me I definitely will not be going out of my way to grab a burrito again

I love chipotle and unfortunately this one is closest to where I live because every time I go there they either get my order wrong or are rude. I have been to many branches and this is by far the worst. Save your time and sanity and go to a different location.

I WILLNOT be coming here again. I will be complaining not only of the service, but the quality of food. The guacamole was brown on the surface. In addition, the quality & flavor has just gone down tremendously and it’s so disappointing. The crew is not very polite either, they take forever to refill ice, napkins, forks and when asked to check the back for chipotle hot sauce… He never came back out so… that was that. Do not come to this location for quality food.

This is a follow up to a not so great experience two weeks ago at this location. I contacted corporate and I’m happy to report the following update. WOW! What a difference. The second we walked through the door, we were cheerfully greeted by all four team members(this is not something we had experienced at any Chipotle before today — we loved it — and they did this with EVERY customer who walked through the door). I introduced myself to Sammy and he generously treated us to a wonderful early dinner, clean tables(and no Chipotle University going on at the usual table) sincere smiles, and a very enjoyable atmosphere(the music was a lot lower in volume, which was a nice improvement). Everyone was working very hard behind the counter while paying attention to their dine-in customers, and one of the gals checked in with us mid-meal to see how everything was going(I didn’t get her name, but she has purple-ish hair and cleans a dining area like I’ve never witnessed before!) and if we needed anything else to add to our meal. Today’s visit was a complete 180 degree for us experience compared to two weeks ago. Whatever coaching took place with Sammy and his team was taken to heart and implemented immediately. I have to say that as someone who makes a living managing customer service, Team Chipotle Seal Beach has risen to to the occasion and should be commended for their positive efforts. Oh, and our food was fabulous too! Thanks for renewing my faith in this location and team — they CARE about making things better!

They didn’t have any brown rice ready. Waited more the 10 minutes and still not ready. We were there for our FOIL burrito. The very nice management offered us free sodas and chip and guacamole. We declined so he gave us a free meal card. Even after we told him we were there for the FOIL offer. This is what customer service is about.

I absolutely love this place! Sooo tasty! I get the beef bowl, with brown rice, steak, mild salsa, corn(the corn is to die for), sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guacamole. Deeeelicious!!! Then to keep the calorie count down a bit, had all that without the sour cream and cheese, it’s just as yummy! Did I mention that I love this place!!! :D

I love Chipotle! I understand there’s been a health scare, but I’ve went anyways. First off there’s this radiant bubbly fohawk Queen who compliments everyone he sees. First it was my smile, now it’s my blue dress! I think that’s something we should all put into practice, because you never know what type of day someone is having l, and that seemingly unimportant compliment could mean the world to someone. I know both times he’s complimented me, it helped. I found just a little more patience for that nagging customer, or just smiled for no reason! I legit have to resist the urge to hug him! The food is just like I like it. I mainly wrote this review for him. Keep doing what your doing! m, and hopefully if for some strange reason you wake up not feeling flawless, someone’s there to compliment you for a change!

Greeted upon walking in. Every worker acknowledged my patience as I waited. Everyone is friendly and genuine. Extremely surprised at the high level of customer service I received at this location. I definitely want to come here more often. They didn’t hold back on my steak portions at all. You guys are the real MVP.

Oh Chipotle I love you! Seal Beach Location is in a great spot at the shops of Rossmoor. I enjoy the outdoor eating area. The store is always clean and the décor is contemporary. Staff is particularly friendly at this location, but beach cities generally are more laid back. Chain in general — I love the Sofritas even if you eat meat I would highly recommend that you try this awesome vegan option. The grilled peppers and onions add so much flavor to their food they are something I now make at home and add to just about everything. The corporate policy of locally sourced and organic makes me fine with paying a little more for the higher quality. Oh and the Phone App is the freaking coolest thing ever, if you haven’t downloaded it yet it is a must. I only take a ½ lunch so I refuse to spend it standing in line. order, pay and tip online and them walk in the store skip the lines and know that your order will be as you ordered it. No confusion!

I’m pretty sure the whole world knows how awesome Chipotle is, so I’m just going to touch up on the location itself. I work relatively close by, and of all the times I’ve been, whether it’s lunchtime or lunnertime, it’s never too packed. The staff is always friendly, and they do a great job of keeping everything fresh and in stock. They’re also very generous with their portions as most Chipotles are, and are more than happy to give you that little extra scoop that you know you probably shouldn’t have gotten; food coma always gets me so good, but it’s worth it! They’ve also got tons of Tobasco bottles available, I prefer the chipotle version myself. Pretty sure I go through half a bottle every time I stop by; sorry Chipotle. There’s a good amount of seating inside, but I prefer the outdoor seating. The weather is always perfect in Los Al.

I absolutely love the staff at this location. They have exceptional attitudes, great level of professionalism and they make you feel SO comfortable! I especially want to emphasize on a specific staff member named Pricilla… I can’t explain how great this girl is! She makes going to Chipotle such a pleasant experience and ALWAYS makes sure my boyfriend and I are well taken care of. On a sour note, I have experienced this sweet girl get trampled on a couple of times by a very awful women who I believe goes in every Friday night. This women shouldn’t be allowed at any restaurant! She speaks to the employees as if they’re not worthy of ANY respect. It’s disgusting to watch. Next time I experience this, I’ll be sure to speak up for the staff!

So we get there for dinner around 6 p.m. The line was to the door and there were only 3 people behind the counter — 2 assembling the food and 1 cashier. The line took a very long time as they clearly did not have enough people working in prep for the dinner crowd. They did add a couple of people while we were line, but they seemed to be training and one employee had to have all his burritos rewrapped by another person. We finally get to the cashier and my husband complains that the line took a very long time to get through as there did not seem to be enough employees. The cashier offers for us to talk to the manager, but then tells us to write our feedback on Unilocal.Well, you asked for it, so here it is. There clearly were not enough people working at dinner time. Not enough people in terms of numbers, but also not enough in terms of competence. The line took way too long to get through. The portion size was small and when you ask for extra rice, they look perturbed, as if you are asking for their first-born. The food was cold when we got it. I don’t know why, but cold food seems to be consistent here. The cashier seemed new and didn’t know how to do a proper refund after she erroneously rang us up for kid sized chips. This added to the already excruciating long wait time. We ate outside on the patio because every table within the restaurant was dirty. The floors were not clean either. Yikes, Chipotle! Unfortunately, in reading other reviews, it seems like my complaints are pretty standard and the problems are ongoing. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I’ve always loved chipotle and I want to say I still love it. But I do NOT like this location at all. Started coming when I moved here as it is within walking distance from home. My number one complaint with this location is portion size. At no other chipotle nor any other restaurant for that matter, have I ever had this issue. But here, I never get enough food. I’d have to ask for extra everything in order to get what I find to be normal. I always get a bowl and between two people it is not enough. Whereas at other locations I’ve gotten bowls that can feed three people. Aside from that, the meat tends to be chewy, the service is bad(rude). If I dare ask for extra I don’t get much more. When I have ordered double meat, it’s basically the same as half and half so I don’t know why I even bother. I kept coming here since the location was so close for me but I can’t come here anymore. At this point it’s worth the drive somewhere else. I don’t know what’s up with this location but I can only guess this is what happens with bad management. Extremely disappointed.

Gluten-Free Customers are Welcome Here As soon as I mentioned my wife’s gluten allergy to the host/first server, she immediately and with a pleasant response changed her gloves and explained our eating options. As the food was heading down the preparation table, I was quietly concerned about the other servers, but our gluten allergy requirement was passed down to all the servers where they all changed gloves without argument, hostility, or frustration. Last but not least, our gluten-free bowl was delicious. We will definitely be back.
