This place is the best! I love the service and people here! My favorite bartenders are Matty, Maggie, and Kris… This 3 pack makes the place… Keeping it a fun and festive environment!
I love the hook game and dominate on the giant connect 4… Lots of locals frequent this place and is refreshing to meet all the new kids on the block.
There’s always a nice overflow of hotties in this place!

Best chill bar that I keep coming back to, back to back to back to back! I feel at home love the bartenders here always making me laugh, it’s a great ambience there is no judgment here, everyone is friendly even the loyal customers. I like having my pbr here and I wish they would micheladas but it’s no biggie, bartender just attempted to make me one hahaha A for effort not too shabby tho! juke box is on point just feed her!

Stopped here with the boys for a few beers and some golden tee. Nice dive, clean with lots of games. two pool tables, Jenga and other board games.
Nothing special in the way of a drink menu and the service was neutral. But between the awesome juke box and overall nice vibe, this joint is a keeper.

Not a bad environment but not good that the bartender is drunker then I am. Couldn’t read my card and said they lost it and to call and cancel it cause they can’t find it. I found it in the stack the drunk Bartender was holding. And apparently I was being rude.

I love this dive bar!
This is a DIVE BAR … so its the right place to sit relax and have a few drinks with friends. The music is always awesome and gets everyone to get in a better mood.
The bartenders are always nice and great conversationalists!

Historic Bar. Home of the St. Patrick’s Day riots and the Love-​Ins of the sixties. After Clancy passed away, things weren’t the same but his sons have taken over and done a good job of keeping tradition alive. Clancy’s used to be a beach bar but now it’s a beach dive bar. Bukowski would be proud. Crazy locals combined with party-​on inlanders make Clancy’s a lively place to have a good time. In the old days the some of the Rams would come in here on their practice days off. Rams cheerleaders too. Then one of them opened his own place in Belmont Shore and the Rams left – except for a few who got to know us and preferred our sense of crazy. Get there in the morning for a shot of Irish in your coffee (or two) and then take a walk on the pier. Best way to start the day.

This is one of my favorite bars to go to in the LB/​SB/​HB area, it is small and divey. Maybe that is why I like it. Well, i really enjoy it because they go the extra mile to make it a personal experience there. As a previous resident I always love to go see people I know there, drinks are made properly and service is always top notch.
Another great thing is they provide various BBQs, food events, and so on each weekend and do not charge patrons.

I’d hand this place ten stars if I could, great bartenders, always friendly, willing to conversate with customers, good music playing, they have giant jenga, giant connect 4, golden tee golf, and a game in which you have to hook the ring… oh and big buck shooting. the beers on tap are good this is the only place I can get ballast point on tap but like the irisher they have no irish beers on tap, thats really my only complaint, if your gonna have an irish name you should have irish beers on tap but hey I’d rather have ballast point pouring any night

We were next door for a girl’s night out, some great Thai food, and live music.
One of them decided to do karaōke and the rest of us needed liquid courage in order to do so.
This is a dive bar. Very small. Staff is friendly. Drinks are strong.
We got a few shots all around — different variations. Pretty much whatever the bartender recommended and whatever he decided to pour. We took them all down, said hello to the locals, and then hustled out.

The owner was our bartender and he was super rude making comments about us to the other female bartender. First time was when we asked for extra limes and the second time I had apologized for the broad comment about making a «Tasty shooters» since I know any bartender hates those girly orders. He proceeds to make comments about it to the female bartender in ear shot range.
We have a strict policy of leaving a good tip regardless. We were highly disappointed in the fact that the bartenders were talking about there customers in front of them. So unprofessional.
Also, drinks are weak.

I love country music, hanging with cool people, and not paying a ton for my drinks. This place has done an amazing job of getting rid of all the troublesome people over the years. Not to mention keeping their décor up to date along with the pool tables.

Any bar with pickle juice on hand, is good by me!
I love to drink Pickletinis at home (dirty martini with pickle juice instead of olive) and have only once found a bar that makes them. That bar was in San Diego, so not quite handy since I live in Orange County. Clancy’s has pickle juice on hand for Pickle Backs; but the bartender has gladly made pickletinis for me each time i’ve come in. Heaven!
It’s definitely more of a dive bar; not dirty, but not ritzy. But who doesn’t love a good dive bar?!

I LOVE CLANCYS! Best bar in seal beach hands down. I spend many, way too many, nights here.
Great place to come to play pool, watch the game, I even had my bday party here and they were very accommodating and just plain awesome.
The bartender Matty is AMAZING! Love him!
