I make sure to stop by when I’m traveling to get something to eat while I’m here at the airport because they have the best mac&cheese I’ve ever had! The service is quick and the staff members are friendly. I tried both the original mac&cheese and the mariachi. I loved both of them but didn’t want to order two separate ones. So they combined it for me. Their cheese blocks are worth it! I love eating with with an apple. Makes a great snack on the plane.

Great cheeses… yum yum. Do I need to explain further??? Heheh. Okay if you happen to stop by Seattle, do not forget to grab the Mac n cheese and any of their hot sandwiches. They also serve cold salads and sandwiches. You can get a try of the Mac n cheese of you ask. They definitely offer cheeses to try don’t be shy and take some. They also offer THEO chocolates here which are to die for and they have a coffee/espresso shop as well. It’s the perfect stop to grab your food for the plane. It’s across C2D.

Located in Terminal C of SeaTac, I demand you come here if you are stuck in the airport in Seattle. Their food is pretty similar to their Pike Place location and you can even sample some of their cheese. Their sandwiches are really good, though I don’t recommend the dungenese crab sandwich — it always seems to fall apart and doesn’t quite live up to the expectations. Pro Tip: I always recommend getting the macaroni and cheese with a cheese twist(or any sort of side bread). The mac n cheese comes with a lot of cheese, so when you’re done with the pasta scrape the rest of the cheese sauce with your bread. Mmmm… While you won’t see the cheese making equipment, at least you can expect a good meal here that won’t break bank. Even better is that you can take your food on the plane to eat, and bring home some of the Flagship cheddar!

It’s super convenient to have a Beecher’s at the Sac-Tac airport for any visitors who might not have gotten the chance to try it at Pike Place, for those here for a connecting flight, or if you’re like me: here for another chance to eat the world’s best mac and cheese once more before leaving Seattle! I actually arrived at the airport 3 hours before our flight just to get a chance to stop by here before leaving. They have samples of their cheese for you to try as well. I ordered the 16oz. of World’s Best Mac and Cheese(~$ 11). The best part is that their price is the same as the one at Pike Place. The fact that they’re located in a airport and didn’t raise their prices is awesome. Also, the service is great and workers were smiling and friendly.

Stumbled upon this spot when I sought out breakfast before a flight home. It was conveniently open and there was a small line. Was it mind blowing? Not so much. Did it hit the spot? It sure did. Was it good as airport food? Yeah.

Almost missed my flight trying to find this place and when I got there, it was packed! I bought 3 wedges of their cheese: Marco Polo, Just Jack, & Flagship Cheddar! They threw in a free cooler, which is great because I wanted to take it home anyway. I also got a cute little cutting board! Love Beechers Cheese!

Yummy yummy Mac and cheese! Warm and definitely cheesy. Highly recommend. It’s a little strange that airport food is actually good in Seattle but I would definitely recommend. A little pricey but it is the airport!

Beecher’s was on my to-do list for my short trip to Seattle. I didn’t get a chance to make it to the Pike Place location. Before we left, I found out that they had one in the airport and decided to stop there before my flight out. I had to get to a different concourse, but it wasn’t too far. The place was packed, but the whole visit took about 10 minutes. The order pick up could probably be organized a bit better. They have samples of their cheeses. We ordered their regular«world famous» mac and cheese, even though the spicy one sounded delicious. We wanted to experience the true taste. I also ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese. The mac and cheese was good, and I regretted not getting a bigger size. But it’s expensive. It was good with hot sauce added, so I’m pretty sure their spicy version is good. The sandwich was okay, I felt that all the flavors in the sandwich overpowered the cheese, so you couldn’t really taste the«flagship» cheese. That was disappointing. An extra slice would be good.

They claim to have the best mac n cheese… good but closer to penne alfredo. The spicy version was better. The grilled cheese sandwich was very good. They offer a variety of cheeses and the house cheese is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. And the tomato soup was very good as well.

An absolute life saver amid horrible food options at seatac airport. Variety of grilled cheese sandwiches, breadzel, soup and Mac n cheese option. You can also buy cheese and crackers or even yogurt from another popular Seattle institution ellenos.

Oh Beecher’s Handmade Cheese — you are literally the greatest thing to hit Sea-Tac! And to Sea-Tac airport: thank you so so soooooo much for having cool, amazing, local Seattle shops, like Beecher’s Cheese, available to occupy space in the airport. Too many airpots have nothing but airport food & retail over and over — which is so sad. So when I walked by and saw Beecher’s, I was beyond overjoyed! Not only is this the BEST cheese, and you can take a chunk home with you. You can also order sammies to go! Yummy, super yummy, Beecher’s filled sammies, or cheese boards to devour on your flight. To all those wandering Sea-Tac pre flight: seek out and destroy your diet at Beecher’s — you will not be sorry!

If I were a mouse or a rat and I believed in mouse or rat heaven I believe it would look like a Beechers Handmade Cheese. Holy Fontina Batman! Our way back from DC involved a stop on Seattle. Long enough for lunch but not long enough for us to want venture out to Pike’s and have to come back through TSA again. Where to eat in SEA-TAC? Unilocal to the rescue! The obligatory fast food burger and«Chinese» joints. Bagel shop. Coffee shop. Sports bar. Wait… there’s a BHC in the airport(terminal C)! We’d been to the one in Pike’s Place and lived that! Yay! You are first greeted by free samples of cheese. I’m not going to lie, instead of being dainty and poking my toothpick through one block, I lined that sucker up and skewered four in a row! Yeah! Just call me Lancelot! I had a grilled cheese and turkey. Their signature Flagship cheese is out of this world. I don’t know a lot about cheese but dang my toes were curling on this one. Bread is fresh and perfectly grilled. Sweetheart had the Dungeness crab sandwich. The crab spread was yummy with a lot of real crab. She also got the French onion soup with croutons. She gave me a spoonful. Explosion of flavor! Turned on that ol’ Jeffster charm to get a few more spoonfuls. «Hey baby where you flying out to? Clearly you don’t need a plane because your an angel.» Oh yeah, the«R» stands for Rico Suave. My little darlings had a grilled cheese finished in 2.5 nanoseconds and the other had«her best ever» Mac n cheese. The container was so packed she couldn’t finish! Hey, snack on the connector to SD! Treasure of a find in such an unlikely place! Hint: bring your food to the food court with the massive windows overlooking the runways with the mountains in the background. There is also live music!

Bummer — all good things come to an end. The previously excellent Hummus to-go plate is now a rip. Price jacked up to about 10 bucks, tax inclusive. Cranberries now replaced with raisins. Hummus was watery and portion seems smaller. Crackers broken into pieces and not crisp(stale). And to top it off, not great service. I skipped the coffee due to the price shock of the Hunmus plate, out of principal.

If you are a LOVER of cheese, BEECHER’S is the place to be. I love the one at Pike Place Market, but it’s nice they have a small store inside the airport. Nice little one stop shopping before you get on your flight. Grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing flavor. Love Beecher’s!

I’m always reluctant to try different foods and drinks at the airport because you just never know what you’re gonna get. Well, thank the heavens for Unilocal because for the most part, they find me all the good stuff! I used the monocle on Unilocal to find this gem and it looks like they only have two locations: one in Seattle and the other in New York. Before I bought anything, I tried their seasonal soup which was a lentil soup and it was yummy! Based on that sample, I got the Dungeness Crab grilled sandwich. I figured, «heck, if the sample is good, maybe everything else for the most part will be good.» I know, I’m taking a risk but I’m happy I did because it was good! The crab sandwich was mixed with a remoulade sauce. I do wish they added more crab to the sandwich. I believe the bread they used was sourdough and it was perfectly grilled. It wasn’t too hard and had a perfect combination of both crunch and soft texture to every bite. Just to let you know, I normally try to eliminate the carbs from my diet, but the way this bread was prepared, I just couldn’t deny its goodness. It also contained their infamous«flagship» which I believe is their handmade cheese, also yummo! Need I say more?! If they had this place in California, I’d go back!

If you want to grab some cheese as a souvenir of Seattle, this is the spot for it. The smoked flagship reserve has a light flavor, not overwhelming, and would go well with apples or some Italian cured meats. The cream cheese, made without the usual gums that commercial brands(think, silver paper wrapped) contain, was sweet and fresh tasting. You can also visit their website for a large selection to have shipped. If you’re dreading airplane food, the cold case also contains some prepped food plates with cheeses, fruit, and hummus.

I’m a fan, except for today. I decided upon the large tomato soup… I’ve had this before and it is yummy. Time to pay and I had ordered the large size, but the server has to scrape the pot for all its worth and then only gives me half a bowl… oh there is «room» for croutons… Sorry, I am not paying full price for half the drippings you we’re to scrape from the bottom of the pot. Sorry he said… Yep, pretty sorry indeed. Two thoughts come to mind… training ans supervision. Apparently there is an opportunity for improvement!!! :-(

Loved how this was located right by my gate! The best gate at Seatac in my opinion. lol. I had to try their FAMOUS Mac n Cheese. The line wasn’t long & you can see the mac n cheese as they scoop it into the container for you. If you order something besides the mac n cheese, you will have to wait a little longer. OMG, that mac n cheese was BOMB. It is one of the best I have had & believe me, I have had my fair share of mac n cheese. How many times did I say mac n cheese in this review? lol. Well, I totally recommend!

If you come to Seattle be sure to stop by Beechers! If you miss it at Pikes Place Market, have no fear! There is another location here at the airport! Same quality and same menu(or at least it seemed to me). The Beechers is close to a large open dining area in the center of the airport so you don’t have to travel too far with hot Mac n cheese. We shared a medium sized mac and a crab panini and it was delish! The crab had their signature cheese, so good! That was plenty of food for my husband and I to share but after we were craving something sweet to counter all that sodium we ingested. But hey, we’re on vacation! Throw caution to the wind if only just to enjoy the mac n cheese. I don’t recommend bringing the mac n cheese on the plane as it is very messy, speaking from experience.
