This is a review for the customer service of the leasing office staff and not of the actual building since we did not have an opportunity to see it. My husband contacted them to ask about pricing and availability and received two very dismissive and frankly rude emails from a leasing consultant named Maurice. We understand that there may be no availability but there is a professional and courteous way to respond to inquiries and Maurice was totally off the mark. Even if there had been availability we would have turned down taking a tour based on these responses.

The facilities are very new and clean. The staff are trying their best to fill residents’ needs. Coffee shop and lounge are available for events. Also some weekly events hold by staff are interesting. Easily take 74 route to downtown, but far away to the light railway station.

The rooftop deck is very pretty. Unfortunately, the common space is more often than not completely packed and people often leave messes behind. On top of that, the apartment we have is directly below said common space and quiet hours are almost NEVER observed. We have had several instances of really large, loud parties late into the night (I’m talking like 2 in the morning when I have to be up at 5…) with extremely loud music, what sounds like people jumping up and down and yelling. One particularly bad event, my boyfriend went up to see what was going because it sounds like there was a keg rolling around and a bunch of drunk people yelling. When he checked the room was entirely packed with over 100 people, and there were people being let into what is supposed to be a secure apartment complex to attend said party. When we asked the staff about these parties they told us to call the on site security guard after hours to quiet things down. We did and he never went up to check or break up the party. Finally, after hours of laying awake with our apartment roof shaking we called the police with a noise complaint. It finally quieted down, but the experience was awful and it has been repeated about once a month for the duration of our living here. The staff has done very little about these complaints. The apartment is very expensive, likely because we are paying for these common spaces but it turns out that we almost never are able to use them and they create an unfortunate living situation for us. On top of this, the apartments themselves still smell like… well… new building materials and they have bad ventilation. Our water tastes like chemicals, likely because of the new pipes. The water in our shower is lukewarm at best, but when we push a little bit on the handle it gets warmer, which tells me they have it locked so that it wont turn up all the way.
Its a okay apartment and the floor plans will lure you in, but the price and the negative experiences associated with it aren’t worth it. It seems like the staff has been a little better recently– they’re trying and a lot of the people in the office are very nice but still we’re still frustrated.
