Dealership Glass

This was by far one of the worst automotive repair related experiences of my LIFE. I found this place on Groupon and they had the best price in the area for a windshield replacement. The tech I spoke with over the phone was helpful and friendly and even got me a next day appointment. The place is easy to find and the waiting room is decently comfortable.
However. I was quoted a 45 minute total time frame for replacing my windshield to driving off the lot with it good to go. When I arrived they changed it to a 2 hour time frame. After 2 hours were up I was told just 10 or 15 minutes more. Then again, another 15 more minutes. This happened 2 additional times. They finally finished after a 4 hour wait. Absolutely unacceptable. I could never get an update when I requested one– the front desk is too lazy to call to find out and sends you to the service bay where no less than 5 people saw me waiting to speak to someone and was ignored out right.
The final price did match the quote, and so far the windshield seems to be of good quality and installation. But the hassle and time wasted do not make up for their low prices. I drove 90 minutes to this location just for this and now a small repair has cost me the better part of my day mixed in with traffic that I would not have hit going home had their time frame for repair been honored.
Never going back again.

I’ve had a lot of trouble finding a factory windshield replacement for my Mustang at a reasonable price. Most places I called had a similar part in stock, but were either aftermarket or ridiculously expensive.
When I called Dealership Glass, the manager, Dieter, was able to find the part and have it installed on the same day for over $ 100 less than anyone else I called. The installation took less than two hours, and it was refreshing dealing with someone who felt like a genuine human being. Kudos to Dieter and everyone else at Dealership Glass and Pierre Ford Service who helped me out!

I wish I could give them 6 stars! Seriously. I was so impressed.
I accidentally backed into a branch and shattered the back window of my Nissan Xterra. I called Dealership. Glass since they had the lowest quote and was told they could have a replacement window within the hour. I had to work in just a few hours, so Thomas graciously offered to drive my keys to my work so that I could go pick up my car whenever it was convenient for me.
I dropped my car off at 2:30, and Thomas had my keys to me less than three hours later. I went to the dealership as soon as I got off work and there my car was, with a shiny new window. Not only did they flawlessly install my window, but they vacuumed up all the remaining glass and took care of the disposal. My car looked GREAT!

I own multiple vehicles and as we all know, rock chips are gonna happen. Thomas Owens the window tech has always been the one I have called to do my repairs. They are done right the first time and I have never had an issue afterwards. He has been doing this for many years and his experience shows. Always with a smile and small talk, Thomas Owens is the man to help you !!

This company is great the performance of the work is definately 5 star quality they car for vehicles as each is there own. I will be referring friends and family to them for repairs or replacement installations.
