Bill Pierre Ford

A few months ago we took our daughter to Bill Pierre (Money Mart) to look at cars and were very pleased with their information, program and professional approach. Later my granddaughter went in and also bought her car their as they worked very closely with her financial boundaries and got her a great car that she loves. Later, I recommended to a friend of mine to just go in and check them out to see if they had what he liked or if they could get him a great deal… Of course he also bought a car.
When I decided I wanted a new car my husband said we should check our Bill Pierre Ford. It was the first place I actually drove a car and within a few hours I was a proud owner of a great 2015 Equinox.
I took advantage of the Costco connection there (if you have a Costco card just ask for Theo) and they really worked hard to get me all the discounts that were allowed. They were professional, friendly and helpful. I had a long list of things I needed and a specific amount in mind. All of that worked out and I couldn’t be happier with their service and their commitment to help me get what I wanted.
I added heated white leather seats and a sunroof. I love it! It is so professional and I am now the talk of the service department!
I have bought a few cars in my lifetime and I hate that whole ‘negotiation’ process. This really was the most painless purchase I have ever made.

I received excellent help from Robert the sales person although my new explorer needed a minor? Repair, which was taken care off right away I did not receive the work order or the service order from the shop. I asked for a copy and was told that it was going to be emailed to me the following day (2 weeks ago) and after one personal visit and two phone calls… I’m still waiting!

The worst dealer ever. They are so aggressive that even force you to buy and leave no space for second thought.

Over the past 28 years, I’ve purchased many new and used cars from dealerships. Bill Pierre Ford has been hands down, the best experience I’ve had to date. From Jessica Doyle, the very new sales person that listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to up-​sell me, to Mason, the sales manager that worked numbers and availability for me over several days until he came up with a perfect fit for what I wanted and the price I wanted it for, to the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with an F&I guy at a dealership. Not only did the F&I guy, Darren Faller, not push me on any extras, or hide total costs by just talking about the monthly payment, he brought me a huge value that I couldn’t even have asked for…
I can say with confidence, that I WILL purchase from Bill Pierre Ford again simply because of their outstanding personnel!

I have nothing but excellent things to say about the team at Bill Pierre Ford. They helped me with a difficult leasing/​selling situation and then when I had to reverse the deal they once again went above and beyond to help me figure it out. Thanks to the entire team but especially David (Frank), Joe and George. If you need great customer service with compassion towards complicated financial needs this is where you should go to purchase a vehicle!

I am a 3-​time return customer to Bill Pierre Ford in Seattle, WA because they always treat me like a valued customer. No kidding. Also I prefer to buy Ford vehicles exclusively (the only U.S. car maker who did NOT take or request any bailout funds from the govt), so when the dealership continues to treat me that well of course I’m going to return to them. They’ve definitely streamlined the buying process over the years, especially the credit part at the end. I can’t say enough good things about Bill Pierre in Seattle!

My husband and I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi from Bill Pierre Ford and we were very happy with the service! Our salesman was Troy Johnson, and he was a lot of fun to work with!
We had just come from shopping for a Chevy Volt at the Bill Pierre Chevrolet and honestly had no intention of buying that day or buying a Ford in general. We were pretty sure we wanted the Chevy Volt but my husband convinced me to just compare at least one other car before deciding on the Volt.
Immediately upon pulling up we were greeted by Troy and his positive attitude. We told him what we wanted to see and what options we needed in a car, he began rushing through the lot to find the options and color we wanted.
Once we found the car, he started to give us a tour of it before the test drive (a very entertaining tour at that) during that time we found that the trunk space might be an issue. Troy quickly suggested the Ford C-​Max with more trunk space. We shot that down because the Fusion had more of what we needed.
After the test drive we were sold! Troy was very knowledgeable, fun, and did a great job showing us all the features!
While we were waiting for the finance department, he took us out on another drive to show us more features. He also helped me pair my phone and charge the car for the first time. The other unexpected thing was when he asked if we wanted anything to drink, my husband joked that he wanted a RedBull, Troy walked to the gas station across the street and got him one!
The finance department was also very helpful because there was a Packer game on and he helped to speed the process along so we wouldn’t be late!
All in all, everyone was so helpful and we will definitely be back!!!

Was with a friend who bought a car here awhile back. Sales people were pretty nice. I guess they should be since after all they are trying to make a buck. Anyway, after She bought a vehicle, they totally changed. When she called to ask questions, they acted very annoyed and not helpful. Wtf. Anyway, she’s never been back. Not even for service. She wishes never bought anything from them. They should always treat old customer like new. Really reminds me of used car sales people. She’ll still support American car to help build our economy, but will never buy anything from this place. I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a vehicle here to go with someone. As for me, because of her multiple bad service after she bought her car, I am sure I will not want to do business with this place. Btw, this was a close friend of mine whom for the most part I was with her at all time when she had to deal with them.

I’m not much for writing Unilocal reviews, but I am so disappointed with an interaction I just had, that I felt I must.
I am new to the area and looking for a good, trustworthy, and reliable place to start taking my car for its regular servicing. It’s a Ford, so I called Bill Pierre.
My car is due its 100,000 miles service. I have taken it in EVERY 5,000 miles. It is in great shape, nary an issue.
Each service has cost somewhere between $ 50-​$ 250. So, I was a little shocked when the service agent gave me a quote around $ 600. When I suggested to him that that seemed a bit high, he immediately got defensive. When I said that I might have to shop around, he simply hung up on me.
Totally unprofessional and exactly what I wasn’t looking for in trying to build a relationship with a company I will be working with for the life of my car.

Salesmen really make or break a car lot. Unfortunately, while looking for a Ford Edge, the team at Bill Pierre fell a little flat.
They met me at my car, so points for that. Introduced themselves and offered to help — also good. Then when I told them I’d like to see a Ford Edge, they started asking me how much money I had, what monthly payment I could afford, and all that.
As a salesman myself, I know you don’t lead with cost. You lead with what you can offer. Bill Pierre team doesn’t seem to know this. I bought an Edge yesterday from a competitor dealer who was more focused on finding out what features of the car I liked and highlighting them which is the way I like to buy.
I plan to buy an F-​150 in a month and will not be going to Bill Pierre. I think I’ll stick with the competitor.

Recently bought a 2015 Ford Fiesta and had a very good experience here. Angel Lakey, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable about the car and not at all «hard sell». Once he knew what we were looking for he went our of his way to find what was available not just in their stock, but in the area. Mason Parker was terrific with providing us the best numbers for our deal. In fact, after having been agreed to a price, upon returning the next day we were pleased to hear he had noticed the price should have been $ 600 lower and proceed to knock our agreed number down! I was very pleased by the honesty and teamwork at Bill Pierre Ford.

I brought a 2014 Volkswagen Passat and it was a pleasant experience compared to my previous car shopping. Michael Finch helped me to find the car I am looking for and rest of the process went pretty smooth. Car’s been driving great so far

My 97′ Ford Taurus tanked. My credit is not so hot, and I just got my dream job; needles to say I was scrambling to get a car to get to training. The salesman (Erik) locked in on my desperation and convinced me that a truck that cost 15,500 dollars was the only thing available to me, and that I had to get it because there was nothing else on the lot that would fit my credit.
That was an outright lie. Luckily the universe threw me a lifeline. the paperwork got messed up and I was able to back out at the last minute. But not before they managed to find a way to keep my $ 500 down payment, and claim that I dented the truck. Which magically showed up when the same salesman who screwed me over, drove the truck across the lot. I’m pretty sure he stopped and kicked it.
Being in sales my whole life, I can tell you that these jerks are the reason why all people hate salesmen. They are untrustworthy, unethical, and uninterested in the customer. Do not buy from these crooks. They give all salespeople a bad name. Worst car dealership ever.
