Ray came to our house after we found a hole in the foundation. He did a thorough inspection of our crawl space and attic.
We had done major rodent repairs a few years ago with a different company and, to his credit, he was complimentary about the work. Not all technicians are.
He is knowledgable, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I would give him a 100% recommendation.

Ray and his crew stand out in their job performance well above other contractors participating in the remodel of my home. The main task was to replace old insulation due to a recent water leak and dirty condition, and the process of how they would accomplish it was clearly communicated. They exhibited respectfulness to my personal property to prevent damage and took precise measures to contain insulation particles upon removal. Ray and his crew did an excellent job of sanitizing the area to kill mold & mildew growth and replacing the vapor barrier in the crawl space. It is difficult to find words to express my appreciation of their attentiveness to their work and courteousness during all interactions.

Ray was absolutely fantastic in getting our crawlspace rodent damage cleaned up and access points sealed off, which needed to be done in a timely manner for a real estate transaction. He came out right away to give us a quote, which was a great price, lower than the «big guys,» and his crew was extremely professional in getting the job done quickly with minimal disturbance to our household. Ray came and followed up a few days later, taking photos to prove that everything had been cleaned and restored, and he even provided a 60 day guarantee on the work. If I ever need this type of service again, I would not hesitate to call Ray again, and I highly recommend him and his crew!

We have hired Ray/Diversified Restoration Services numerous times in the past 4 years to work both on our rental properties and our primary residence. His experience and knowledge about crawl spaces AND mold have resulted in him being our primary contact when we have concerns about these issues. Ray and his crew even worked over a 3-day holiday weekend in the dead of winter to get the crawl space in one of our rentals finished so our new tenant could move in. He patiently answers any questions we have after his initial assessment, his estimates are detailed, his crew is friendly and professional and his followup is great. I cannot give enough stars for Ray and his crew.
First off, I called him with a very short timeline to clean the attic in one of our rentals properties. He was very responsive, and worked us into his busy schedule. That in itself is priceless… I appreciate a business owner that goes above and beyond in a crisis.
Second, he came out, did a very quick assessment, gave a bid, and was clear and precise as to what needed to be done. No BS. Straight to the nitty gritty, and full disclosure of costs.
Third, the crew came out and got the job done, as expected. There were a few developments along the way which were clearly communicated as they went.
I highly suggest this company and crew. We have several rental properties in Seattle, and believe me… it is hard to find a reliable, prompt, and honest crew like this. I will absolutely use them again!
