Jiffy Lube

Came in for a routine oil change and headlight replacement, was greeted by a super friendly staff right off the bat. I know they are required to push some products on me but they were very no pressure about it. Had some free coffee and chilled out. They were super quick and filled the wiper fluid for free. Totally going to come here again.

This is my go-​to spot for oil changes. Always fast, honest, and friendly. They take the time to explain what I really need and why, and don’t pressure me to buy extra. Today, Ron went out of his way to help me with additional car problems above and beyond what Jiffy Lubes typically do. Made my morning much easier! Thank you, Ron!

I’ve been doing a lot of «big girl» things lately, including getting my oil changed. This Jiffy Lube location greeted me with a friendly and speedy staff. Ron was my point person. He walked me through the process, didn’t pressure sell me anything I didn’t need and he honored an outdated coupon I found online. I was in and out in twenty minutes. Ron even walked me to my car and sent me off with a, «come back any time for your free top-​offs!» and a smile.
Open until 7pm. No appointment necessary.

Very quick! I was in and out in less than half an hour for my oil change. Prices pretty average, friendly service.

Friendly enough, but incredibly inefficient. Definitely one of the most disorganized Jiffy Lubes I’ve ever been to.

Allen and they guys working today were great. Fast, well priced and not pushing anything extra on you. Communicated well what the car needed and how to take care of it at a reasonable price. These guys have lots of experience and know what they’re talking about. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks, guys!

Possibly because they’re busy, but on three occasions they’ve been very slow to greet me as I pull up (5 – 10 minutes pass before they approach). They don’t push services other than the signature oil change I ask for, and they run through what my car might need/​has had done quickly. Standard service, standard prices. Neither bad nor exceptional.

They say they are open until 7 pm but when I showed up at 6:45 they sent me away. I have been there a dozen times and never had a good experience. They are not friendly and don’t seem to care about my business. I live close by but really need to find another option.

Second time going to this location and this place is wonderful! Headed in for a turn signal out and an oil change. The woman who helped me was kind enough to let me know that I still had time before I needed an oil change, and the fix of my tail light was 15 minutes tops! They will vacuum your floors and top off your oils anytime, and as a team I found them very personable.
Even if I have to wait 30 minutes (like Terra K.) I will be back!

This is my favorite place to get my tire pressure checked and adjusted. I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore but still return for the friendly service and great job they do. Easy access from I5 and 99 alike. Rarely a wait and I like how they treat me. I can’t leave my vehicle because my 4 yr old twins are difficult to contain and will become very upset if I step outside the vehicle myself, the people at this business are always accommodating of this which is very important to me. Also, for those who can leave their vehicles, lots of good bites just a few steps away. Thanks for keeping my vehicle safe, in a way that is convenient for me and my precious cargo!

Excellent service. Really informative and fast. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and was done in 30 mins. No pushy up-​sells.

The service was really quick and the men were suggestive but not aggressive. All I wanted was an oil change, and that’s all I left with.

This was my first time visiting this Jiffy Lube but I will definitely be coming back. The customer service was fantastic! They are highly recommended by this Unilocaler! I even tried to give them extra money for going the extra mile for me and my 2010 Volkswagen but they refused to take it, telling me that it was their pleasure. Other service shops could learn a lesson here. Say word!

30 minute wait just to check my tire pressure? I understand that there are other cars that need service but checking my tire pressure would take 5 minutes! Not planning on coming to this location again.

Went to the location near Uvillage and even though they had more cars lined up to be serviced I had my tire pressure checked within 10 minutes and their customer service was much more appreciated.

I went there a week ago and not only did i need an oil change but i had some other troubles with my car and they were very helpful and attentional. I will definitely be getting my oil changed there again.

These guys are thieves I got my oil changed here and they stole a 3d movie I just rented and shoved the empty case under my passenger seat. When I went back to the store to speak to the manager he was very defensive of his employees and told me he doesn’t higher thieves. It was only a $ 30 dollar loss on my part but I felt the need to let people know to not leave things out when your getting your oil changed here.

Prompt service at the right time. Cassidy was awesome! Needed a quick change of power steering fluid. In and out in no time and always good to have friendly customer service.

The guys (and gal) who work here are exceptional. They always remember me when I arrive and have my info set up in the computer before I even get out of the car. (How is that even possible when I come here maybe twice a year??) They are fast, friendly, efficient, and can explain everything about my car that I ask them about. I’ve heard bad things about most Jiffy Lubes but the people that work at this one are flat out amazing.
They always give recommendations about what my car may need but never try to sell me on anything. I have never had an issue with my car after an oil change and I’ve been going here for 3 years.

–Arrived at 8:59am. Only one car in front of me. «Awesome!» I think to myself. «I’ll be in and out of here in no time.»
–9:00am. I am escorted to the waiting area and told that they will be with me in a moment.
–9:15am. I finish cruising the web on my phone.
–9:16am. I decide to close my eyes for a moment whilst awaiting to be approached about the service my car requires this morning.
–9:45am. I open my eyes due to my phone vibrating in my pocket. It’s my girlfriend texting me. I reply.
–9:46am. I realize that I fell asleep in the waiting area, yet no one has approached me yet pertaining my car.
–9:58am. I am finally approached. Thinking that I would be simply paying them for their services, I am brought to the sad and infuriatingly realization that they, in fact, had not even touched my car yet.
–9:59am. The employee tries to feed me some bullshit excuse of why no one has even looked at my car, but I don’t swallow it. In stead I spit it back in their face.
–10:00am. I tell them they have simply wasted an hour of my time and that it’s completely unacceptable. They try to feed me the same bullshit again. I cut him off fast. «Give me my goddamn keys!» I say with spite. He looks around not even knowing where my keys are.
–10:02am. The dipshit of an employee spots them. «Oh. There they are. They’re on top of your car.» On top of my car? He then walked away.
–10:03am. I grab my keys and leave.
I will NEVER step foot in this Jiffy Lube again.
