Jiffy Lube

I’ve had two separate horrible experiences here. First they didn’t put the oil cap on correctly after an oil change and all my oil spilled out while my car was parked at work. Once I got into my car I had to immediately park it and get it towed to my house. I went in the next day and they did give me free oil to replace it and I had to put the oil back in. Luckily I was in a situation where I could get my car towed when I found out but it could have been way worse.
For some reason I decided to go back and when they checked my tire air pressure they must have not put the caps on correctly so again after I park my car to go to work and get into my car I have two flat tires. I was lucky that I had someone else in the car that helped me pumped the tires but I could have been in a bad situation again.
This is unacceptable. I recommend going somewhere where they focus on doing a quality job over trying to be as quick and cheap as possible.
They have, however, been very nice to me. Hence the two stars instead of one.

I had my car die in the U village parking lot this weekend. I was able to get it jump started and made my way to the nearest car maintenance location. Ok, Jiffy lube will do. When I got there I was greeted quickly and asked to pull my car in behind the one currently in the doc. I explained my situation without turning my car off asking if I could use their location to jump my car again should it need it.
Tyler said that ordinarily that wouldn’t be ok since everyone was currently working but he said he would be happy to help. Somehow he managed to test my battery, determine that it was the problem, and jump start my car to get it going again. He checked an noted that the battery I needed wasn’t in stock so he ordered it and it arrived 2 days later. I went in today to have it replaced and he was so nice, remembered me from before, and was done in less than 15 min. He even gave me a discount using a current code that I wouldn’t have known anything about.
I was blown away at how what is usually a horrible struggle was virtually painless. Tyler is awesome and I truly recommend this place.

Ive come here for my last two oil changes. Both times there is a big sign that says oil changes start at $ 29 but every time I ring up its at least $ 50. Even after evading their wiley extra feature de-​luxe oil pitches. This absolutely infuriates me but the truth is the service is phenomenal and I’m just in it for the complimentary floor carpet vacuuming. I don’t even follow the recommended mileage frequency, I peel the sticker off my windshield soon as I drive out the parking lot. I’ll be back when my car’s floor is filthy again (6 months to a year depending on use)
A++ would oil change again. Their waiting room coffee’s not bad.

I like this location’s Jiffy Lube because the service here is always nice, friendly and quick. I don’t have to make an appointment or anything, I just drive up, check in and head to U Village to wait for the oil change to be done. The employees there don’t really try to sell me any excess products that I’m not interested in; once I voice that I don’t need the extra frills that come in certain packages, they stop pushing it. They’re also great at checking your tire pressure for you if that’s all you need help with!
One star knocked off because the last time I dropped by I didn’t get a phone call from them (I usually get one to let me know my car is ready) and because I didn’t get the sticker that goes on my window to let me know when I last got my oil changed and at what mileage my car was at when I left. I didn’t notice until I was already on the freeway heading home. But really, great place for an oil change: go shopping or grab a bite to eat so while waiting! Kills time a lot faster than sitting in the waiting room.

Couldn’t be more happier with this location: I’ve been there several times and I keep going back due to the non pressure employees such as Dakota. He was honest straight forward and gave great advice. I value my business dealings by spending my $ where employees give great services and honest feedback. Dakota is just that! I was a little skeptical going here at first. Reviews were ok, looked so so when I arrived, and I have never been to a jiffy lube before. I am pleasantly surprised! Staff was quick and polite, they talked me through everything they were doing, and had a rather nice waiting room.

Ok so all I can say is I have always had issue with oil changes. No matyer where I go. This time I chose to come here to jiffy lube. Let me tell you Shreck and Kate are great. Never made me feel stupid or like I wasnt wanted. Great customer service. I will alway come to this jiffy lube for my oil changed. Thank Shreck and Kate.

I usually dread getting my oil changed cause it’s just waiting around for so long. but this location makes it tolerable!!! Dakota was funny and friendly, got me discounts I didn’t even know existed and the rest of the staff was extremely helpful and informative. they made sure to know that whenever I needed anything I could stop by, no problem. thank you Dakota for making me laugh and thank you jiffy lube for being awesome!

Waiting area isn’t the nicest (compared to grease monkey), but the service is top-​notch, seriously. Went in for an oil change, but they let me know that I wasn’t due for another 2,000 miles & instead topped my liquids off for free before sending me off. Who does that? Very informative & awesome as always

So we got here in time for a change, but there was another client in the bay. It didn’t look good. The other guy finished at closing time, but Dakota — who is totally beyond amazing and awesome — recognized our plight: We desperately needed the oil change and, given our crazy work schedules, were never going to get here before closing.
The staff here is just fabulous. I can’t say enough good things. Thanks to everyone working tonight because you SAVED US!

In and out fairly quickly. They were very friendly, though spoke quickly so it was hard to pick up on what they were saying (native English speaker btw)

Another positive experience at the U-​Village Jiffy Lube which was quick and informative about the state of my vehicle. Shreck (hopefully spelled correctly!) was out front ready to help as soon as I pulled into the driveway. He followed up with a rundown of all the essentials about my truck (fluids, electronics, etc). He also provided suggestions about additional products and services that would help and didn’t suggest anything that wouldn’t be necessary. See you guys again in 3000 miles. Thanks!

Was greeted immediately by a technician who kindly introduced himself and had me pull my Subaru right up to one of the bay’s for an oil change. Yay for good timing! They weren’t extremely busy as I had anticipated. Within a couple minutes an engaging customer service representative efficiently gathered my information and I was taken care of. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and some friendly banter with another technician who was in and out of the lobby as I waited. Before I knew it, my car was ready to go.
Previously I have had horrible luck with cars and all other car-​related interactions. I just purchased this Subaru last Saturday and so far it seems good luck is on my side. If this experience is any indication of future experiences with Jiffy Lube and its employees, there is no question I will be back.

Today, I made my first visit to a Jiffy Lube. Everyone here was super friendly and helpful. My car was vacuumed and inspected as expected. They even installed windshield wipers for me (that I had purchased at another store) just to be nice. I will definitely be back

I visited this Jiffy Lube last week and they cracked my oil pan. Why did you have to use a torque wrench? Is a ratchet really too difficult? My car hadn’t had oil put into it since it was changed 7,000 miles prior, and it was only a half quart low when I brought it in because I have a leaky seal inside my distributor, which drips oil. Then I get an oil changed here and the Jiffy Lube tech informs me he «noticed» a crack on my oil pan (didn’t bother to mention it was cracked ON the drain plug, the only thing on the whole car I actually needed them to touch). He «courteously» applied a bit of epoxy to the crack, really to try and fix his mistake. But no, I have driven the car only 180 miles since I visited Jiffy Lube and my engine is already almost completely out of oil, nothing shows up on the dipstick and it makes a huge mess wherever I park. It will cost me hundreds of dollars to buy a new oil pan and have it replaced. Thanks a lot Jiffy Lube, I can definitely afford that.
TL;DR: If you go here, expect to have your car destroyed in a timely 20 minutes.

Super great service here. I must admit I was not expecting this from a pull in a lube-​it-​up type of joint. While the waiting room could use some love, the staff was awesome!!! I’ll go back in between major services for my regular oil changes for sure.

I guess I’m not the U district demo because the woman was pretty condescending to me.
I used to love going to Jiffy Lube when I lived on the Eastside but this Saturday morning visit, I will never subject myself to this again.
Was even given the sticker for the oil change to «put on yourself», no vacuuming and made to feel like I was a sore on humanity by daring to ask why the low tire pressure light was on. At this point, I was the only person there (the other customer before me had left) so it wasn’t because they were busy.
Now I know why they call it Iffy lube
It’s ashamed because the other jiffy lubes have been great at other locations. This one is absolutely awful

Wanted to give a shout-​out to the crew at this Jiffy Lube. Especially Stacy. I made it very clear exactly what I wanted, and she explained costs, did not recommend anything extra and helped me find the best discount. The crew is fast, professional and courteous.
It’s spendy but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Thanks, U Village Jiffy Lube!

Well, I’ve given it a fair shot, have had 3 oil changes there. Each time I leave feeling disappointed. They always try to get me to add on a BUNCH of different things that I don’t need! They try to sell it based on how quick they can get it done. Yes, I get it… it’s in a «jiffy». But saying it’ll be $ 120 for a service that you boast about performing in only 15 minutes or less makes me question the quality of your work. That’s literally $ 8 a minute and it’s the most absurd thing I’ve ever heard. I would rather pay someone to take their time and do their job well instead of taking all walk-​ins and performing mediocre work. Also, people seem to forget that those who are in a big hurry to get the job done and move on to the next don’t have time to answer your questions thoroughly or concern themselves with doing a great job.
I’ve found a nice, local, non-​chain garage that will be performing my oil changes & general maintenance from now on, and I suggest everyone do the same.

It’s a Jiffy Lube… If you’ve been to one you’ve been to most. This particular one wins for fastest turn around time from pulling into the lot to leaving– after saying «No, I really dont need to spend an extra $ 30 on synthetic oil, but yes, you can change my air filter and a couple lights for me too, cause I’m too lazy to do either myself», I got a drink at Starbucks, peeked into Sephora, checked a couple voicemails, and came back in about 15 minutes and everything was ready for me. I do like that they didn’t try to up sell me a bunch of synthetic oil/​services I didn’t need– I’ve gotten that at some other oil changing places, and I really dislike having to shoot people down.
Super solid.
