Nice people, quick service, good price. Free coffee and doughnuts are a nice touch too. No complaints!

I usually go to Jiffy Lube and was tired of their slow, expensive and pushy services. I decided to try out Grease Monkey for an oil change, and I was very happy! Not only were they super fast (only 20 minutes for everything, and no delay in getting me started!), but honest and trustworthy. They did not try and push any extra sales or upgrades on me, unlike the pushy people at Jiffy Lube, and they were extremely cheerful and fun to work with. Plus, they really do have donuts and snacks in their waiting room! I will definitely take my cars here for all future oil changes and checkups.

Came here on a Sunday when I didn’t think I could find anywhere else to get my brakes replaced.
I just bought a used vehicle and the brakes were so bad the pads actually had fallen out and it was metal on metal, the car was to the point where I couldn’t stop it and needed it fixed asap for safety.
The mechanic said to bring it in, to my dismay I needed a new caliper which was not available on a Sunday. They were still nice enough to let me keep the car there overnight.
The price was fair for the effort they put in and I was really impressed with how hard they tried to get the issue fixed in a timely manner.
Nice waiting area and honest and friendly service.
*Came back after brake light came on, the sensor was damaged after installation. They replaced it since error in installation, very satisfied.

This is a great place to get your oil change. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They are also quick and what I like the most is they don’t try and push you for extra services like jiffy lube.

Best oil change ever. Seriously. Fast. Efficient. Respectful. Heck even friendly. The whole thing probably took about 15 – 20 minutes AND they vacuumed my car. The price wasn’t a gouge either. All in all I’d definitely return.

In length: My wife went in with our two-​year old child to get an oil change that appeared online to be $ 24.99. She came back with a $ 200 bill for a variety of services I felt were unnecessary. I called them to express my displeasure with the bait and switch. Syd was very professional as I essentially accused his team of taking advantage of the customer. Without going into specifics, Syd more than rectified the situation. I am very grateful for his approach to problem resolution.
Their prices are clearly posted on the sign in the store. The waiting room is very clean and the workers are professional. I recommend that consumers become aware that many cars will require oil that is far more expensive than the $ 24.99 option. Also, be prepared for the mechanics to find elements of the car for which they recommend additional servicing. Thus, before you take your car in here, I think it is important to be informed about what maintenance your car likely needs and the prices for this maintenance. That way you can spend what you feel comfortable with on the maintenance you believe you should have.
Summary: I would recommend Grease Monkey for their customer service, professionalism, and reasonable price provided you are informed about the actual prices and what services you need.

After years of going to various Jiffy Lubes simply out of proximity, and always being irritated by long wait times and constant up selling, I decided to give Grease Monkey a shot. These guys are great. Speedy service (I was in and out in 20 minutes) and super friendly, well beyond courteous. Bonus: a clean waiting area stocked with donuts, cookies, coffee, and a cooler of assorted drinks. They also left candy on my seat, vaccumed, and washed my windows (totally unexpected since it was pouring). Don’t forget your Unilocal discount for checking in!

Best oil change experience EVER! On a cold day in December, I needed an oil change and had a coupon for Grease Monkey. I pulled up and got immediate and fast service. All the Grease Monkey guys were friendly, fast, and efficient. When my truck was done, Sidney (the manager) gave me a quick overview and recommended a couple extra services. But, there was no pressure to do anything then and there, which I appreciated! This will be my go-​to oil change spot from now on.
SOME ADDED PERKS!
–Doughnuts, cookies, and a wide variety of beverages in the waiting room (Pop/​soda, Gatorade, water bottles, coffee, etc). Also, TV so I could watch the news while I was waiting.
–They left candy and a litter bag on my car seat! A nice added touch.
Go to Grease Monkey today! Beats Jiffy Lube, in my opinion.

In short: I regret to go here on a Saturday morning and shocked that the shady behavior still exists these days. Take my advice with a pinch of salt, only come here if you know what you’re doing.
I went here for an oil change and a general inspection. I’ve always got service for my car in Bellevue at Auto Dynamix and totally satisfied but since I’m in the area I thought I gave this shop a try.
The overall service is good and the staffs seem professional. I’m unsatisfied not because of the quality of service but because of the dishonesty between people.
When I dropped my car here, they took a look and told me that one of the headlights was out. It was working fine just *a few hours* before. I don’t believe the headlight can go out in such a coincidence and I believe it has been broken intentionally to incur charges. I did not agree to do the replacement.
From what I’ve experienced, I will not return and recommend against this service.

I usually take my car to the dealer but on my way out of town my oil and tire pressure lights came one. I pulled into Grease Monkey and I am so glad I did. These guys are awesome. They fixed both issues for free.
I am actually finishing this review a few weeks late and since have been in for low tire pressure again. My husband and I will be bringing our cars here. Friendly service from Terrance, Sid, and Kyle are fantastic!

So legit. In and out in less than 30 minutes, free sweet snacks, coffee and tiny bottles of water. Really straightforward, extremely helpful service. And they leave you a surprise on your seat JUST ‘CAUSE. Good humans making a mundane adulting task all the more enjoyable. A+

They put a smile on my face each time I go and they are studs. I trust these guys, they know what’s up, and they aren’t trying to rip me off. Awesome. Plus they are a fantastic price… Breakfast included!

This is the kind of place that makes one write a Unilocal review for the first time. Maybe it’s the mission of the company, maybe it’s the workers at this very location, but I have received above and beyond service every single time.
I will bypass all of the explicit reasons for which I return time and time again for any type of service or advice on car maintenance, and tell you what happened when I sent my girlfriend there for the first time. She not only received all of the same type of service I now come to expect at Grease Monkey, but they went, yet again, above and beyond to ensure her safety when an unruly and inebriated young man stopped in to use the phone. This person put my girlfriend and others in an uncomfortable situation (to say the least), and the employees handled the situation with professionalism, compassion, and stewardship.
This place deserves your business for many reasons: 1) Professional car service 2) Friendly employees 3) Nice facilities (clean, waiting room beverages/​snacks, T.V.)

Outstanding service, and a very friendly staff. I was given a choice of oil types and a (correct) recommendation if I wanted it. No sketchy upsells, no doubletalk, and a great attitude.
It’s a law of the universe that NOBODY gets 100% positive reviews on Unilocal.Everybody makes mistakes, and more importantly there are always a couple of Those People in any group of customers — they’re those easy to spot one star reviews in a sea of 5 star reviews.
These guys are getting my good review, and plenty of others, because they’re a good business with ethical employees. I love that I don’t have to dread the «Jiffy Lube» treatment any more to get my oil changed. I’d pay more to get this level of service, but I don’t have to!

I’ve been here once before for an oil change. They were quick and efficient. I’ll be back for my next one!

I concur with the positive comments below. I seen the great reviews and drove past multiple places to change my oil from downtown.
Friendly, free coffee, doughnuts, Gatorade, etc and nice waiting room.
Floor vacuumed, Windows cleaned, and candy in the front seat.
No pressure from upwelling just letting me know what may need work on my car, what I would expect should happen when I take it in for work.
Something even feel out of my car and I called and they formally greeted me — icing on the cake.
I found my spot for the foreseeable future.

I’m usually apprehensive to take my car to quick service places (I have had some negative experiences in the past) but I didn’t have time to schedule a service at a dealership before my travels.
I came in on a Saturday afternoon and I was in and out within 15 minutes for an oil change. I expected it to be busy but they had my car in and out in no time. The people working there were incredibly polite, and answered some car-​related questions that didn’t have anything to do with my oil change. No upselling or pressure to spend more. Very reasonably priced. The waiting room area was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of refreshments (though they were too quick for me to even finish my drink!). I definitely plan on coming here in the future.

Okay literally the first thing I did when I walked in the door coming home from my oil change was to open up Unilocal to leave these guys an awesome review. In fact, I’m surprised I didn’t write one last time I came in here! I’m not exaggerating when I say that I’m fairly certain that the guys working at this Grease Monkey are the friendliest people in Seattle. They greeted me by name as I pulled up, and every interaction with them after that was beyond pleasant. The truck I brought in was my dad’s, and I don’t know much about cars, but they took the time to walk me through everything they did and what they recommended needed attention. I never felt pressured, just thoroughly well-​informed.
Included with the oil change I got was a interior vacuum, window cleaning, lubrication of whatever makes the truck awkwardly squeak every time I drive… Not to mention that they did all of this in probably 15 minutes or less. I was amazed. Honestly, I kind of wished they took longer so that I could just spend more time in their super friendly presence.

Great and honest service. My car was serviced by Terran (I believe) who is very genuine and sincere. He recommended a couple of services for my car but wasn’t pushy at all, even when I declined them for this visit. I’m definitely coming back. I went to Jiffy Lube in Downtown Seattle last time and got my air filters replaced but they did such a poor job that the filter cover just came apart a few days later. The car was nicely cleaned after the service. Oh they have free mini bar with cookies and sodas too. Love this place!
