Super annoyed that a $ 10 burger doesn’t come with fries. I got a burger and a milkshake for $ 18, plus a tip. Way too expensive, and I can make a better milkshake at home for a quarter of the price. I will never come here again.

Pricey. I got a burger and a shake, and that came out to $ 17. Imagine my surprise to find out that fries don’t come with the burger, so the meal feels incomplete. But I can’t imagine I would have been south of a twenty-spot if I HAD gotten fries. The burger was OK, and the shake was good(which is why it’s 2 stars, and not one), but the price was ridiculous. For the quality of this meal, it should be $ 10. WITH fries. There are much better options close by. I will be going to Saley’s from here on out.

If I could rate a zero, I would. For the price? Unreal! $ 13 after tax and a poor excuse of a tip for a burger with no fries, a structure where they tell you to seat yourself and never actually get help because nobody remembers that you walked in and sat yourself… Maybe change the policy? For a place that looks and feels like a fast food restaurant, with service worse than one, and prices that reflect a gourmet burger place, this place really just does not make any sense. Also, if you are dying for a burger and this is your only option, make sure to grab quite a few napkins to sop up all of the grease from the burger that you just ordered.

Two milk shakes and large fries please! Can you ever go wrong with that order? Nope. The dirty part comes later. Dipping them together. ;) This was a post Emerald city comicon stop. Not a terrible decision either. We could’ve done that at a Micky d’s, sure! But that butterfinger milkshake was worth it. The fries were crispy and they delivered on smiles. Sorry, nothing on the rest of the food from me. The place was packed with fellow nerds cosplaying it up so it was a grand old time. Tables were clean and the service was fast. Can’t complain there.

Don’t bother. Waitresses are rude and judgemental. Food is better at Westlake Mall for your burgers. Burgers are small and fries are soggy. Seats are ripped in various booths. This place doesn’t even ask how you want your burger as opposed to other Johnny rockets. Pricey and not worth your money. Fire your waitresses who have no concept of customer service. Don’t come during the lunch time as you’ll definitely be waited upon the two girls with the attitude who’ll just throw your bill at you and walk away like you were scum.

I’d been wanting to try this place for a long time and my girlfriend had tried them previously back in Florida. Was honestly not worth the wait. Burgers and whatnot do not come with fries. Those are side orders which at least they give you a decent amount to share with the table. But the price of a burger is already the same as other local places that already include fries/sides. I ordered a double for my burger and it was okay. Unfortunately it was so greasy that I ended up using a big pile of napkins by the end of my meal. Plus the burger wasn’t even that big for the price they charged. Overall the food was bland. No seasoning, especially on the fries. Definitely wasn’t worth it. Decent atmosphere, a throwback to old fashioned diners. Just don’t expect to get great food at great prices.

The burgers here are good, and rather filling. The biggest pet peeve i have is everything is a-la-carte. Your burger, which costs $ 9-$ 12, does NOT come with fries. Fries are extra! Isn’t Burger and Fries a package deal? Well I got some loaded tater tots, which were good, but that and a double burger was $ 20! Probably won’t be back because its just too expensive. I can get a gourmet burger that comes WITH fries right across the way for about $ 12 – 13. The food is decent, but not $ 20 per person worth.

Went here with a friend before a movie. Loved the diner ambiance. My friend and I got seated at the bar area– we could watch our food being made which was fun to see. I was feeling pretty hungry, but health conscious, so I ordered their chicken, guacamole, bacon burger. WASTHEBESTCHICKENBURGER I’ve ever had. Presentation of the burger was exceptional as well. Looked the same or even better than the menu photo. Every bite had a perfect balance of spicy, salty, & sweet. Fresh lettuce and veggies were used. In looking at the past Unilocal reviews(from over a year ago) I see that they’ve really stepped up their burger game. Good Job Johnny! I’ll be back for sure!

Great place to eat and go with friends or family, got the double smokehouse burger, and bbq chicken sandwich, both are very very good would highly recommend. Customer service not so much my server lady was kind of rude, and not friendly only came to check on me once at the end, and I had to walk to the register to pay. I thought this was a restaurant? Apparently they do not have full service. 4 or 5 star burger joint but customer service should very much be improved. Not satisfied at all this time.

Wasn’t impressed with the food, at all. We left with stomach aches. The service was so-so. Definitely the worst pick of food places to go here. I would say the most kid friendly, but next time we will make sure to go to the Mexican joint across the way instead of sitting in this little dumpy«burger» place.

I came here to get something to eat as my boyfriend and I were waiting to watch a movie at the theater just next door. It was pretty interesting to see where this Johnny Rockets was located. Forgive me as I am not a Seattlite. We ordered two burgers, fries, onion rings, a vanilla milkshake, and a bottle of water. All of that came to about $ 35 which blew my mind. The food was good, but $ 35?! Yikes! Would I come back? Yep!

Our server was really sweet, but that’s as good as this place gets. I ordered an Irish pub burger and they forgot the lettuce and tomatoes. They were out of a lot of things, including the pretzel bun this was meant to be on. The cheese is probably those prepackaged craft cheese slices. The burger as a whole was dry. The mushrooms were watery and bland. I also got the chili cheese fries which were actually alright. My boyfriend got the patty melt. He said the bread was gross, the crust was dry. I can’t believe I paid $ 18 for this meal. Not a fan of this place. I commend the photographer for how amazing(s)he made the food look for the menus.

I like this place. The food is not memorable but the service was good and adequate. To be a Johnny Rockets in this area which is always busy, they have kept their cool really well. The food is bland and doesn’t have flavor. Surroundings are clean, staff seems to be on point. Food is just bland… Looks good but bland lol. I would comeback the next time bc who doesn’t like burgers. I bet today was just rough for them.

dinner: food: the burger doesnt look like the picture at all. yes i know that is never the case. but this was one of those great examples of expectations vs reality pictures. it was palatable to eat, but i felt i was compelled to eat it because i paid so much for it. ***1/5 service: took forever to get service even though we were pretty close to the front counter next to the register. another server filled up our waters a few times so that was nice. ***3/5 value: for the price i paid, i rather go to a fast food joint and get a whole meal with change leftover. i dont mind paying money for good food. there are plenty of other choices to spend your dollars.***1/5

This place is conveniently located next to the movie theater. Good place to go if you decide to grab a bite of food without spending a fortune inside the theater. I am used to going to Johnny Rockets in SoCal, the birthplace of the restaurant franchise. That said, I had my standards set high when I came here last night. I ordered a Route 66 and it was way too greasy. Also the portion size felt kinda small with very little amount of grilled mushrooms but tons of onions– good thing I had gum for after the meal. I liked the open atmosphere where you can see your food being made. Also, the waitress was very friendly and provided great service. Unfortunately this is one of the restaurants that doesn’t participate in the Johnny Rockets«Movie and a Meal Deal» — discounted movie tickets with purchase of entrée & soda. Would’ve been a good match considering the restaurant is next to AMC& Regal is not far away.

It’s really sad that the food at this location is so terrible because I lived in Arizona for years and the Johnny Rockets out there are delicious! I was craving a grilled cheese sandwich and figured Johnny Rockets would be the best place. The service was friendly and prompt. No complaints with the service. I ended up ordering a tuna melt with a side of onion rings to go. My food was ready in like 5 mins(very fast) and I proceeded to walk back to work. When I opened up my container the food looked unappetizing, but sometimes looks can be deceiving. The onion rings were average… ate them with ketchup and it was fine. I took one bite of the tuna melt and was beyond disappointed. The tuna lacked flavor, didn’t have much cheese, the bread was quite thick, and the sandwich wasn’t really grilled. Basically it wasn’t really a tuna melt lol. I didn’t have the condiments around to doctor this up, so I ended up throwing it in the trash. I’ve been to this location before… maybe a year ago… but couldn’t remember what I ordered… however, I did remember not being impressed. If you’re hungry, save yourself the disappointment(and money) and don’t eat here.

Slow service, melted shake, eventually had to wave somebody down just to get the bill. Waited even longer and eventually made exact change and walked out. Had better service at Dennys from horrible waiters. Overpriced and abysmal quality. Never going back to a Johnny rocket.
