Three times I came into this store to upgrade to my phone on the iPhone forever plan. Should be easy, right? That’s what they told me when I upgraded plans last year. I waited over 30 minutes each time behind one customer. The first time, one employee fussed around for bit and told me to come back when the manager was in. The second time I had to wait an hour to talk to the manager, and after he did some sleuthing and got my new phone upgrade ready, then he told me it would be an additional 40 minutes to transfer data to my new phone. At that point I had to leave to pick up my kids(that’s on me, I guess) and said I would be back. Third time, after waiting 40 minutes behind one customer, the gal said she couldn’t do anything for me because I was not the account holder, even though the manager had approved it two days earlier, I have all the passcodes, and my transaction would make no monetary difference to the plan. As soon as I left I called the Sprint hotline and they said it should be no problem to upgrade, and they were mystified as to why I was turned away. Avoid this store like the plague.

Sprint is a SCAM! Do Not Go to Sprint and fall for ALL of their false promises. We are currently in contact with the Attorney General for Consumer Protections, the BBB, and a private attorney, making preparations for a class action law suit. Here Is Why We were promised a smaller bill than we had with ATT, which was around $ 170 a month for two phones. We were handed a tablet and told that it was part of the incentive program to get us to switch providers. Also promised a $ 15 dollar discount per month, per phone, for the life of the contract. All that we had to do was pay $ 523 cancellation fee to cancel our service with ATT. Then after jumping through a couple hoops, sprint would reimburse us the cancellation fee(we would just have to wait a week or two for it to process). First Off! We never saw our reimbursement for the ATT cancelation fee. After not hearing any thing from sprint or seeing our reimbursement credit card in the mail I called sprint. «Sir you were denied the reimbursement, because we signed you up for a 12GB plan and you have to have a 20GB plan to qualify»(NEVERSPECIFIEDANYWHERE, ORMENTIONEDBYTHESPRINTPERSONNEL when THEYPRINTEDTHECONTRACTANDMADETHISFALSEPROMISE) Our monthly bill was over $ 200 a month. And when I called to inquire about why our bill was so high, sprint said that they are unable to honor the $ 15 per phone discount we were promised upon signing our contract. The day after signing our contract with sprint and being handed a new tablet. The personnel at sprint called and said that they had made a mistake, and that we had to return the tablet immediately. So we drove the twenty minutes to return their tablet to them. So, $ 30 a month x 24 months = $ 720 + $ 523 cancelation fee =($ 1,243 and a tablet) that’s what we’re out all together. And we’re stuck with the worse cellular service I have ever experienced(worse than prepaid) for still more than what our monthly bill was for exceptional service with ATT, for the next 2 years!!! RUN! RUN! RUN! Dear Lord Do NOT make the same mistake we made. ITS A NIGHTMARE!!!
