A few months ago someone sent me a box of delicious cookies from Thumbprints (Everything was delicious but the salted caramel shortbread oh SWEET FANCY MOSES), and so when I had a special occasion come up recently that I wanted some celebratory desserts for, Thumbprints came to mind. I reallllly wanted those salted caramel shortbreads but the weather was too warm to ship them to southern California. No matter! Maggie was an absolute gem to work with and helped me come up with meaningful and pretty cookies to go with my theme. I used them in goodie bags and they were a HUGE hit. They came out even better than expected. And the best part was that they didn’t just look beautiful & thematic, but they were delicious too. I find it so disappointing when a beautiful dessert doesn’t taste as good as it looks. Not at all the case here. Honestly, my only mistake was not ordering more. (If you’re a sugar cookie fan, the custom sugar cookies are a must. Soft with just the right amount of crumb. Royal icing that doesn’t break your teeth. They are perfect.)
Shipping was fast, everything arrived completely intact thanks to the careful packaging, and most importantly it was all prompt and delicious. I predict I will now be looking for any excuse to create custom cookies.

Ok, seriously go to the website right now and sign up for the cookie subscription. I got my first month’s box today and the cookies are delicious! I was skeptical about the spritz with apricot in the middle because I am not fan of apricot but these cookies are my 2^nd favorite behind the awesome espresso shortbread. Yum!
I am also in the process of ordering cookies for my son’s 5^th birthday and the ladies have been very helpful with suggestions. Excellent customer service!

A wonderful place to order from! I needed a last minute gift idea for my mom’s birthday/Mother’s Day and Maggie from Thumbprints was so helpful. She consulted about what to order for my mom and judging by all the raving from mom when she got the box, we chose correctly! Shipping was prompt and we had just the right level of communication.
I also just signed up for a cookie subscription box that they now offer. Haven’t gotten it yet, but I can’t wait to try the treats myself!

I recently ordered my first dessert from Thumbprints. I was hosting a party and our guests all had strict dietary restrictions. The Thumbprints team was super helpful and responsive! They gave me several great options that fit my budget and the final product (a gorgeous pear tart) was AMAZING! They also brought me a little thank-​you box with some red wine brownies and I couldn’t stop eating them. I’ve already told my husband where to shop next Valentine’s Day! :)
