I was visting in Sedona over the weekend, and after passing it so many times, I insisted on going there. I’m a huge pizza fan, and I must say their pizza was very delicious. The service from our waiter was just as great. Our group decided on the Au Savage Pollo e Pesto, and the Bruschetta trio. I would say that both pizzas were fantastic; however, I would have preferred them to be a little crispier. I think that the middle of the pizzas was too soft. The brushetta trio was perfect. For desert we ordered cannolis and the salted caramel gelato. Again, awesome!

Let me just start with the dessert. The citrus cheese cake was amazing. Rob was equally amazed with the flourless chocolate cake and Rob said he is never putting flour in his cake again. He says flourless more like no flour can’t miss. We had as our meal bufalita pizza pie and two Caesar salads. I loved both but would particularly recommend the Caesar salad. Do not leave without one. A heads up to our waiter Chris who was equally amazing and helpful and he created the concept of pressed tea. Jamie said and I quote«Genius».

They burned the pizza. When I brought it to their attention, they didn’t offer a new pizza or a discount, only to cut off the burned part. They said that was normal because of their type of oven. It was very pricey too.

A little pricey but they make fantastic pizza(GF!) and salads. It gets crowded easily, but the service was good.

Stopped for a quick lunch and sat on the pleasant patio, a little to much road noise but nice day so was ok. We all opted for their salad choices so did not get a chance to try the pizza, if anything like the salad it’s great! I had a mezzo portion of the extremo salad and it was very good, almost like an antipasto. My crew each got something different and they were all very good.

Had a late lunch for four. We ordered two pizzas. One was half margherita and half spicy sausage and prosciutto. The second pizza cheese only for our two sons. We ate every piece of both pies! Good quality hot and fast wood fire baked pizza with fresh ingredients and different sauce options. Service was good too. Prices fair for better ingredients. I recommend this place.

Really delicious thin crust pizza with a variety of types to choose from. I’ve tried the Pepperoni Pizza and the Funghi Decadente. I like that you can get the classic flavors as well as more inventive ones. Also tried two salads: Chicken Caesar and the Exotica Beet, which I found to be the standout and super addicting! I see many more Pisa Lisa Pizzas in my future. I’d also like to try the gelato and see how it compares to what I’d gotten accustomed to while I was living in Argentina.

After a long time finally I enjoyed a slice of good pizza. I actually had way more than one slice :) I was visiting Sedona with my fiancé and we were looking for a fun and casual place to end our day with some good food and drinks. The pizza was yummy. The crust was one of the best one I’ve ever had. They have a lot of vegetarian options as well as good options for meet lovers on the menu. The desert was amazing. It was something creamy with pesto flavor on the bottom and chocolate on the top. Unfortunately can’t remember the name. The size of pizzas are big enough for two people. We ordered 2 pizzas for 3 of us and it was more than enough. The prices are a little bit higher than other pizza places but it’s totally worth it. I just wish they had more beer on draft. The beer selection was limited. Overall experience was very positive. Will definitely go back next time I’ll visit Sedona.

Ate here while on vacation. The service was great. Our waiter even gave us great advice on where to hike. The pizza was great. We ordered the margarita, meat(I think it was called un sausage), and da herbie. If I lived here I’d be here all the time.

Just picked up a pie from Pisa Lisa again! We chose the Funghi Decadante with sausage added. Best pizza ever! I also took some gelato to-go and it was amazing!

The pizza my wife and I shared was done with two topping choices split down the middle. They will do that if the two choices aren’t too different from each other. The crust was thin in the middle with the edges crusty and chewy like I like. I would prefer a little more crust thickness. The topping I chose has eggplant which I had experienced and loved in Italy. My wife chose the margharita topping on her half. The greek salad was good. The pizza was a little on the oily side but the flavor was excellent! If I could combine this place’s toppings on the pizza crust from Picazzo’s down the street, I’d say you’d have a fantastic pizza! Both places have good pizza! I also had to try their gelato to finish off the meal. Their chocolate gelato flips between dark and dutch chocolate. This time it was the later so I wasn’t able to try their dark chocolate gelato. I found the gelato I had to be more like ice cream. Gelato is supposed to be made without air to give it a more dense bold flavor profile. This to me tasted like ice cream. It was good ice cream but not good gelato.

Ate here at least 3 times during our 6-day stay in Sedona. Excellent pizza, rivaled pizza we had in Florence, Italy(at least the pizza margherita). Interesting and high quality salads. Shannon, our server, was outstanding and got to know us by name during our stay. Gelato is delicious and, of course, we had to get one every night– pistachio, banana cream, and coconut lemongrass flavors were all delish. Red rock views from patio. Definitely will be back.

The pizza in this place is very good. The Cesar salad with chicken was really just average after I was assured by the waiter that all of Lisa’s salads are«amazing». Be careful here, they have pizza’s listed under red and white, meaning with tomato sauce or without. However, one of the more popular pies that we specifically ordered under«red» comes without sauce. This is very confusing and really put a damper on our experience. The pizza was still good, but not what we thought we were getting. After eating a slice, I asked for red sauce, and was told they were going to have to go next door to get it since they ran out? Running out of red sauce at a pizza place? OK, figured I would wait. After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to eat anyway as I was hungry and the pizza was getting cold. So, I have no idea what their traditional red sauce pizzas are like, I can only imagine they are good based on the reviews and recommendations I got to come here. I will say that after that disappointing interaction, the manager did offer my wife and I some free gellato. She took him up on it, I was not in the mood for desert. If you guys at Pizza Lisa are reading this, please put the red sauce pizzas under red or explain to the customers that some pizzas under red are without sauce. Otherwise, good food overall.

Preeeettttttttyyyyy good! I started with a beer and my girlfriend grabbed a pizza. I was hesitant on grabbing my own pie but once I had a slice of hers I had to get myself one. It was cooked perfectly. The only thing I would have liked more, was if they had some more cheese on the margarita! Other than that, no gripes! I was a fan.

We enjoyed a simple dinner at Pisa Lisa. Nice place, full of life, and people of all ages. Warning, as you are seated, you are walked past the house made Gelato Bar — oh my the pleasantries. I guess this serves as a fare reminder to save some room for a treat. Wisely, I heeded the warning. Good selection of wines and beer, including local micro brew, always a good measure. We shared a salad, the Exotica Beet with greens, roasted beets, almonds, goat cheese and a light vinaigrette dressing(very tasty and light). Main course, a thin crust built for two. The Pollo e Pesto — grilled chicken, tomato, basil, red onion, pesto sauce and mozzarella. Delicious! However, I found the crust a little too thin, which became too limp and soggy to handle. Otherwise, very good and simple. Dessert? Yes, a sweet space was set aside, and a Carmel Gelato was devoured with delight.

Great pizza with a view. We ordered«Da Herbie,» which was packed with flavor from the sausage and caramelized onions, and the margarita, which was simple yet flavorful from the generous portion of basil. The crust was crispy and had just the right amount of «burnt» parts to add some depth of flavor. Each pizza was 14″, which is a bit too large for 1 person but a tad small for 2 hungry people. If you sit on the patio, you can also enjoy the view of the nearby mountains. Service was«ok»(waitress seemed indifferent) but the food was good enough to overcome the service.

The pizza was okay. Hard to give it a proper review since they 1. Messed up our order, and 2. It was given to us cold. The service though was laughably awful. We called for a pickup order. The girl who answered the phone didn’t know anything about the menu. We asked for a pizza straight off the menu and she said she didn’t know what that was… so we described it to her and she still couldn’t figure it out. We finally just listed every ingredient. She told us to come pick up the pizza in 40 minutes. Fine. Now here is the real mess. On arrival(40 minutes later), there were about 4 groups of people waiting to be seated. The hostesses & manager were straight up IGNORING people who walked in. Purposefully not making eye contact. When I finally got them to acknowledge me, she said«oh, I think your pizza is ready.» Clearly it was ready. Clearly it had been ready for probably 20+ minutes because it was completely cold. Oh, and the order was incorrect. We ate the cold pizza because, honestly, it was better than having to go back into that s*** show of a restaurant.

Thin crust, freshly-made pizza! We had the vegan pizza with eggplant, artichoke, and arugula and added goat cheese. The goat cheese was a great topping! It wasn’t greasy and it was made to perfection. I wouldn’t change a thing! They also have a huge TV in the middle of the restaurant. Friendly staff and you can see the selection of the gelato bar! I definitely recommend this place for thin-crust pizza lovers!
