If I could give them 0 stars I would. We don’t have many restaurant choices on the east side of knoxville so we keep going back to Outback thinking the experience will get better. The service is so awful. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve been sat and no one has come to the table. Last night was the final straw. I’ve been sick all night and morning. I’m convinced I had raw chicken. My friend was served completely RAW pork. It looked like seared tuna it was so raw. He has been sick too. Although the manager adjusted their bill, he didn’t seem too concerned. Outback seriously needs to evaluate this restaurant because it is giving the brand a bad name. Don’t go eat here unless you would like to spend your night on the toilet.

Never ate at an Outback before… and my mom wanted to go… she loves the blooming onion… she ordered coconut prawns and broccoli… for her lunch… And I had a grilled chicken salad… the salad was fresh… but Damn the dressing was the best blue cheese ever… I drank it up… haha…I asked for extra they delivered… mom enjoyed… and had to get a doggie box… Service was outstanding… TN…folks are awesome… next time will have to try their ribeye…

I was eating by myself and I could not of had better service from my waiter, Nick. I had the ribeye which was cooked exactly the way I like it. I had the blue cheese pecans chop salad which was wonderful. I had the Aussie fries but I didn’t eat any because I had more than enough food. And yes I will be going back again.

Don’t go here unless your not hungry and like to spend $. I went here several months ago and made the mistake of giving it one more shot last week and it was the same thing. They charge a fortune and you get tiny servings. I was ready to hit a drive thru when I left, spent $ 25 on my meal alone and was still hungry.

When we go to the outback for dinner one expects a certain level of service. This evening we went there no wait. This should have made me aware of what to expect. Our server was Sarah she was less than enthusiastic she took our order cheese fries were great plates arrived after we requested them. As each entrée arrived each was missing items. I like ice with my tea as most people do, perhaps the are attempting to start a new trend. We will never be back. Avoid this one, Krystal’s would have been better. Rude lack luster performances by all

Was seated promptly… very friendly hostess. It all went downhill from there, though. Our waitress, Stephanie, was incredibly slow and inattentive. It took her almost 15 minutes to get our drink orders, at which time she pressured us to order everything at once(meal, appetizer, and drinks). This was a smart decision in retrospect, though, because it took an incredibly long time for the food to come out. Stephanie brought our bill to the table minutes after the food arrived– it was the only moment of the evening where she showed any sort of efficiency or urgency. And to top it off, she brought back the bill without even saying thank you. One extra star for the food, which was decent, although I did have very bad heartburn afterwards.

This is an awesome outback!!! Always consistent with great service and great food! Would not dare visit another! The bartender Jesse is amazing and the big boss Charles is a true asset to this brand! Rare to find in this day!

Debated on eating here because of previous reviews. Our wait was very short. Waiter was okay. Food was also okay. Just mediocre experience.

I have never met such a rude hostess. My family was waiting for 20 minutes on her good faith promise we would get a table and next thing I knew everyone had a table pager. When I asked her why, she told me if I wasn’t happy to leave. There are hundreds of places to eat in Sevierville. .please don’t choose this place. PS I LOVE outback just not this one. Rudest staff EVER.

We ate here today. The servers from our waitress was absolutely horrible. We were sitting right by front door and could not get any service. We had flag down the manager or another waitress for refills, bread, a plate, etc. Our waitress was higher then a kite. I love Outback but the service here was horrible.

Got in to Pigeon Forge late and decided to stop here. We walked in 45 minutes before closing and I was honestly expecting to feel rushed to order, eat, and leave but nope not one bit. All the food was great! Hubby got the Porter House and it was a little more under cooked than he would have liked but said it was still good and the seasoning was amazing. My quesadillas we so good too and we just as good reheated in the microwave the next day. Very clean and nice staff!

Stopped in for lunch and saw a sign near the front door prohibiting patrons from carrying weapons. I have a State — issued permit to carry a weapon and will not spend my money at a restaurant that thinks their sign will prevent criminals from entering their establishment with guns. Sadly; I used to like Outback. No more. There are other places to spend my money.

My family and I dined here for dinner 37 days ago on Sunday, May 25th around 7pm. Our server was Gary and overall, he did a great job. It is hard writing reviews when a consumer has been in the restaurant industry, due to certain expectations are asked to be met. This night was fairly busy, so I will not fault them on the time, this is anticipated. However, whoever works in the kitchen really needs to be retrained on the grill. My wife ordered the firecracker grilled salmon, which is $ 15. We are not picky and I hate complaining in restaurants, as I know so many people do, trying to get something for free. In this case, her salmon and the rice she ordered was just showered in salt, this much sodium is enough to give anyone hypertension. I tried her food just to be sure, and it was ridiculous. The problem usually is when people work in the kitchen, they get used to foods being so salty and all that flavor, after a while they can adjusted to it and forget that others are now, so some cooks tend to put more salt/seasoning on food than necessary and of course, as the older people get, their taste buds decrease so they tend to use much more salt, otherwise they cannot taste it. Sorry if I use too many analogies, but that is how I see it. Our blooming onion was okay; of course this is not something one should eat more than once a year, after all it is 1,948 calories. Again, very salty(the entire thing is 4085mg of sodium) and this is extremely high in fat. The whole onion contains 48g of saturated fat(240% of daily value) and it has a lot of cholesterol with 149mg(50% of daily value). If you or anyone in your family has cardiovascular disease(heart attack, stroke or high cholesterol), stay away from the blooming onion. When you compare the calories to the fat, 74% of all the calories are fat. Ouch! On a positive note, my wife and I shared a watermelon hunch punch, it was very refreshing. It didn’t have much rum, maybe half a jigger but was good and was nicely presented. I ordered the 20oz porterhouse steak, yes it is a lot of meat, of course keep in mind about 25% of it is bone, 30% fat and the other 45% is meat. So after I cut off all the fat, there is not much left to eat. However, the steak was cooked at the right temperature of medium rare and was not overbearing of seasoning. Though, the side of broccoli that came with it was extremely salty, why does broccoli need salt anyway? Just steam them or blanch them quickly, that is it. Even though my wife’s firecracker grilled salmon entrée was unbearable to eat, it was not taken off, even though we spoke to the manager. If you are visiting the Smokey Mountains area or just live in this area. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. Experiences like this, is the exact reason why I cook myself. I know exactly what is and is not in my food. [Review #157]

I was extremely disappointed with my meal. I am used to the consistency that Outback provides while traveling and this one failed to hit the mark. Alice Springs chicken was subpar, fatty and rubbery. The bloomin onion was over cooked and even the server mentioned it looked over cooked. Won’t be back to this one.

Service was great! The food was great too. We were reluctant to eat here because of its low Unilocal rating which at the time was 2 ½ stars, glad we took the chance as we were very pleased.

Very good! Host was a little bit dry and unwelcoming but it was the best service we received in Tennessee. Food was quick and we were a very large group(almost 30) and everyone got their food on time and it was delicious. I had the filet and lobster tail which was great!

This is the worst Outback I have been to, but then It’s been a while since I’ve been to Outback. Located at the corner of a shopping center just down the road from the outlet malls, it’s in a prime tourist location. Parking is plentiful and easy here. Four of us came here for a Sunday lunch. Our menu selections: the classic bloomin onion, 2 victoria’s filets, and two ribeyes. Salads and baked/sweet potatoes were our side choices. Steaks were all ordered medium. The bloomin onion was classic. Food took a long time to come out and the restaurant was not full. The two Victoria’s filets were cooked perfectly but under seasoned so were bland. The two ribeyes were so well done they were nearly inedible– in fact my hubby left half his on the plate which is crazy for him! By the time the waiter came back around to check on us and we were able to complain about the ribeyes, we had been there over an hour. The manager came over and tried to convince us to let them refire steaks for us, but honestly we didn’t want to wait anymore and we HATE wasting food. We had come to the area to go shopping at the Outlets and didn’t intend for lunch to drag out for an hour and a half. They did comp dessert for us, which was nice. So they did compensate us. But the table behind us also complained about their steaks as well, so this was not a one time mistake this day. It’s unacceptable for a steakhouse to not be able to cook steaks appropriately. Under seasoned/poorly flavored, and not cooked appropriately. My recommendation: Go somewhere else.
