7-Eleven

The staff has the most patience out of any of the stores I visit while walking down Ventura. They helped me more than they’ll ever know, and always treat me with the same courtesy if I go in a suite and tie, or in a torn up t shirt with baggy shorts on.
To the 3 – 4 people who helped me, I believe you know who you are, I can not thank you enough for the life changing customer care you gave me. Thank you thank you thank you.

On Jan 9^th 2016 at 3:55 pm I visited this store. Customer service could be improved. Bought ice cream and needed plastic spoon. Asked one rep where the spoons are he didnt say anything and ignored me, I asked again and he just pointed to the entrance of the store. I walked to the area looked around didnt see anything so I asked again got ignored again so I asked the only other person working there and he pointed me in completely opposite direction. I am walking all over the entire store now 10 mins of my time wasted. Seems like once they had my money they didnt want to be bothered anymore. So I immediately made this review.

This place is always happening!
We all know parking in LA is awful, but this is by far theeee worst!
You got SKILLZ if you can back out of your spot without hitting something…
You can pretty much bet, that someone will always be outside the door asking for your change.
Othwerise, they have a really great selection, and you can basically find anything here to satisfy your any craving, from alcohol, to junk food, to healthy snacks, and more!

It seems mostly dirty, but I guess I wouldn’t expect anything differently.
A bag of chips are $ 4.29 — no real sales ever going on… but eh.
Probably will be back as it’s the most convenient stop on that side of town after work before hitting to roads back to the westside.

parking is the worst. tight in the lot, nowhere on the street.
