Ralph’s grocery stores are always such a joy, friendly staff who like, Trudy, in the service deli went far and beyond to help us find what products we were in search of… She also, had even qualities that Ralph’s hopefully recognizes and appreciates this bright, warm and caring person to represent Ralph’s.
Once again, thank you to Ralph’s and Trudy for your great customer service, along with everything else.

Terrible service. I called today and it took several minutes for anyone to answer. Then I asked for the kosher deli department and they placed me on hold for at least 7 – 10 minutes. I called back and talked to someone in the meat department, who told me that department was closed! For a store that claims to be the jewel in the crown of the Ralphs chain, their customer service is still awful. A suggestion: study how the Wegmans chain (Rochester, NY) is run.

Best Ralph’s ever. The place is ginormous and kept very clean. The Deli counter has some of the nicest supermarket workers I’ve ever met. They’re always smiling, friendly, and very generous with tasting portions.

I really love this market, it is leaps and bounds above the selection & service at the Ralph’s on Burbank & Van Nuys.
The cheese department is amazing and the manager Kat is super knowledgable. She knows more about cheese than anyone I know and she goes above and beyond where customer service is concerned.
Service deli is ALWAYS packed so make that your first stop. Love the all natural selection of meats they have (nitrate free). They also will slice to your specifications (shaved, thin or thick).
They have a great kosher selection. Rows of dry goods and a fresh bakery & deli.
The best organic selection of any conventional grocery store I have been in!
The only thing they truly lack is a robust organic produce selection, but that’s a good reason to frequent my local farmers market!

Since the renovation, this Ralphs has undergone a metamorphosis into a super Ralphs. This place has everything you typically need, and then some, when shopping at a grocery store. Starbucks inside? Check. Pharmacy? Check. Well stocked deli with a variety of ready-​to-​eat options? Check. Kosher section (not that I’ve ever used it, but still)? Check. The list goes on…
This store really has it all. Their staff is great, and they always have an ample amount of cashiers on duty; the true test of a grocery store’s quality. The parking is split on two levels, in a covered attached structure, accessible from every adjacent street.

This is one of those fancier Ralph’s that started popping out all over the place in recent years.
There is ample parking in the covered parking lot which can come in handy during El Niño season. You can take the elevator up to the supermarket above the parking.
The interior is very clean and there is a wide variety of cheese available, some are very good and they even carry Epoisse!
The lines usually move pretty quick and the staff are friendly.
We used to visit this place because my sister used to live nearby, but that is no longer the case. This is much better than your average Ralph’s.

Ralphs — Luxury Edition! Love this beautiful store — it’s like the love child of a Ralphs and Whole Foods… but without all the headaches of the Sherman Oaks WF location. Lots of organic produce, fresh sushi, delicious salad bar, huge olive bar, large Kosher selection, very friendly & helpful staff, an extensive high-​quality meat section, Starbucks conveniently inside, best floral department, easy parking… and to top it off I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes at check-​out even during peak hours. Dreamy…

Loove their ready made food selection! you must try the chicken sushi — it’s unlike anything I’ve ever had and best of all, no fish if you’re not in the mood! it really fills you up and it’s a great quick snack on the go or to take for lunch. It’s also exclusive to this Ralph’s only!
They have a starbucks inside, a salad bar, an olive bar, deli sandwiches with boar’s head meat selections, a large cheese section with all kinds from different places, and of course, a sushi bar. They also have ready made food like beef, chicken, mac n cheese, soups, sushi bowls… I mean, this place has it all!
After you peruse their food section you can do your groceries. They carry brands from all kinds ranging from your typical name brand to their own store brand. The produce section is exceptional and the quality is great! I’ve never had a bad experience here, food and otherwise. Customer service is top notch and they go above and beyond to help you out!

This is the best Ralph’s I’ve ever been to! It’s got everything. When my friend and I were trying to find another Ralph’s because the one near us sucked, was dirty and had a very small produce section, I choose this location because it had higher stars than the others. The bad reviews must be from the previous location that was torn down, because this place is amazing!
I have to admit, I like floofy ritzy areas where you see a lot of business men, rich housewives and hipsters. It’s honestly one my guilty pleasures to frequent areas like that because you just get a better, cleaner and overall nicer experience where I feel like my money is well spent. I wouldn’t say this Ralph’s is like that, but it’s as close to that as a Ralph’s is going to get. And the area it’s in is definitely very nice.
Big bonus, the parking garage is not that packed and there were plenty of spaces, which means I could park my hearse there no problem!
The lines are not long and there seems to be a lot of cashiers open at once. I have only gone during the day though. Although one of the baggers/​cart collectors did hit on me a little in the elevator. Did I mention they have glass elevators? Totally cool!
The one thing I really have to emphasize is their sushi kiosk. I rode 15 miles today on my bike for this sushi, because it is so damn good! It’s so fresh and very tasty, velvety and they give you a lot for the price. It is far superior than some sushi restaurants I have gone to, even. You can have them made to order if you don’t find anything you like in their giant selection. I special order a rainbow roll, which is really only tuna and salmon which are my favs, no avocado and it’s STUFFED with either tuna or salmon, not that crabmeat mix! It’s so delicious! If you like sushi I highly recommend trying it. I know people can be nervous about supermarket sushi but trust me when I tell you it’s worth it!

I thoroughly enjoy going to this grocery shop after I exercise! Not only is it a grocery, it also has a create-​your-​own sushi bar and a Starbucks inside of it. This Ralph’s isn’t like most Ralph’s because this one in particular actually emphasizes fresh and organic produce while still having grocery store favorites and necessities. I am so happy that I am moving closer to this location because now I get to shop here more often.
Also, special shout out to the sushi bar for creating an ahi tuna and salmon bowl made specially for me! Makes me wanna come back for more :)

The air temperature in this ralphs is perfect.
They always have the ripest avocados.
All of the other patrons here at this location are always smiling.
Wine is 30% off if you buy enough.
There is a Starbucks inside and they have Oprah’s Chai Latte.
The pharmacy is open late.
