This is definitely one of the best Panda Express locations. Everyone who works there makes you feel welcome, especially the two girls that work there in the evening. They are always super sweet and greet you with a smile.

Okay, so it turns out people aren’t exaggeration about there being no food available when you arrive close to closing. I came in for a second visit tonight about 45 minutes before closing(after my recent great experience) and found that they almost no food available. No chow mein and only broccoli beef and egg rolls for entrée choices. Wow. I realize they need to wind down a bit before closing but to have almost zero food 45 minutes before closing is just ridiculous. So much for the 5 star review. I hope they get this worked out. Tonight I left empty handed after making a special trip over to satisfy my Panda craving. Oh well. 3 stars, but only for being awesome last time.

Panda express is hot plate food that is only good when it’s busy. I usually like it, but this store needs to bring back black pepper chicken.

Don’t bother coming here within an hour of their set time to close. They’re ALWAYS out of everything and won’t make anything for you even if you ask. Customer satisfaction is not in their vocabulary. During their normal hours, the food is what you’d expect from your average panda… greasy, sitting out for an hour and yet… delicious. The reason I’m giving 1 star is because the parking sucks, the service is terrible and as mentioned above, there is absolutely no point in coming here within an hour of their closing time.

Hey, I know it’s not cool to like chain food, and frankly, I didn’t like Panda Express when I first went there. But I’m going to be honest here – what’s not to like about Panda Express now? If you want delicious, even healthy(depending on what you choose), Asian food at reasonable prices, then it’s hard to do better than Panda Express. Items like their«green bean chicken» are really good – lots of beans, good chicken, nothing fried. Their teriyaki chicken breast is just that – a chicken breast – nothing else other than additional teriyaki sauce. I often get just the green bean and teriyaki chickens with rice and there’s a delicious, nutritious meal for around $ 7 — actually, for me it’s two meals because it’s a huge portion. Yes, they have their deep fried specialties like the orange chicken, and no, I’m not immune to their charms, but their other chicken dishes are so good you can bypass sweet, fried nuggets… The restaurant is clean, the food is fresh, the service(at least at this location, every time I’ve ever been there) has been not just good, but actually friendly. If you’re hungry for something Asian, want something good, inexpensive and fast – Panda Express can deliver all three.

I get in this store at 8:30pm the place was not crowded because the dinner rush was over I order 2 kind of chicken cangpao and orange chicken and white rice . Normally I love to eat at Panda Express but this evening the food at this location was terrible. The food was completely dry and not taste as usual. I didn’t even recognize it as Panda Express food. When I complained to the cashier woman she ignore me and then became rude and say«I’m sorry I can’t do nothing« This place is not recommend One star only because there is no zero

There hours say closes 10PM… I get here at 9:55PM and they already packed everything and closed… the workers don’t care about the business at all and every time I’ve been there I’ve had to wait atleast 10 minutes because they are always out of food. If there isn’t a panda near you other this one then I guess it’s fine to go here. I suggest going to any other panda than this one. The food is amazing(when it’s in stock) the service and lack of care kills it

I have nothing against this particular location; my complaint is against Panda Express generally. After my experience, I sent an email to the general offices and never got a response. According to their website, they were open on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. I called at 9:45 a.m. and got a recording that said they were not open. Today, 9÷25÷14, I called the general headquarters and spoke to the person who answered the telephone. What I was told was very unsatisfactory and I will not be frequenting this chain again. I was told entrée sized portions were extra small(about 3 tablespoons) and that was normal. That the individual size of rice was a side dish and much larger than the entrees. In essence, we screw the public and so what. She did say she was going to pass on my complaint to the district manager and some other manager. I doubt that anything will be done or accomplished as th is is their practice and they stand by it. That’s their privilege; mine is to let everyone know what a rip-off they are and not to frequent their chain in the future.

I don’t know why others keep saying about bad customer service. I have been visiting this place for many times and always having the best service with smile, may be it depends. More than anything, food is super great like orange chicken, chicken terriyaki, angus beef, etc

This is not a review about the food, but the customer service. I really needed to use the restroom and I know some places have the rule«Restrooms for customers only» and I totally respect that. I knew Panda Express had a restroom for not only customers, but for non paying customers as well. Any who, I walked in and I immediately got the cold shoulder from the crew. The man at the counter didn’t even make eye contact with me as I asked him if I could use the restroom. He said someone was probably in the restroom because there was no key around. Okay, well I waited by the restroom for 5 minutes and no one came out(or maybe it was a really long number two). I went back up to the counter and spoke with a woman this time, and she was so rude!!! I told her I needed to use the restroom, and I waited for 5 minutes by the restroom. She continued to argue with me, and all she said was«don’t know what to tell you, I guess someone really has to go». After that, I just left. The thing that bothered me was the attitude and lack of customer service they had. I didn’t care that I had to use the restroom, it wasn’t about that. The manager really needs to send his crew to a customer service class, or something because they are incredibly rude. Paying customer, or not you don’t need to be a d*ck about things. I definitely will NOT be eating at that Panda Express anytime in the near future, that’s for sure.

Customer service is really getting bad in this city. Asked to use the restroom before ordering — didn’t want to leave my food sitting out unwatched after ordering — and got a horrible attitude trip. Rude served with a side of stupid. Try being less of a toilet cop and your customers may be happier.

i never seek out a panda inn, someone wants to go there and i tag along. then i partake in some of their stir-fried salt bomb and wonder why. it seems like a smaller panda than some. staff was sociable enough, offered us free samples, but every panda has at least one person you can’t understand so here they have a nice latin girl who doesn’t move her lips and speaks too fast. i have no idea what she’s saying but at least she’s friendly. pricey for what you get. two chicken eggrolls and one«large» side was nearly $ 8. a more authentic and worthwhile asian indulgence next time would be the lily pad thai spa and massage next door.

I have to say I’m a fan of Panda Express. They(well, Panda Inn anyway) invented Orange Chicken and you really can’t beat theirs. I’ve been to Panda Express restaurants all over California and the food is consistent and always delicious. My son and I are sad that they discontinued the BBQ pork, but I can understand why. It was the most labor intensive of the entrees, requiring the workers to select a piece of pork and cut it for each order. Regarding THIS Panda Express, I will say, parking is not really convenient. There’s a lot in the back that isn’t marked so I’m not sure if it’s for Panda Express or the other businesses. If you’re coming Eastbound on Ventura, you have to drive past the restaurant and back track. I have always managed to find metered parking, but still, not the greatest situation. At other Panda Express restaurants, they have the most delicious brewed iced tea. At this one, your only choices are what comes out of the Pepsi fountain or bottled drinks. If you’re an iced tea drinker, you may want to go to a different Panda Express. The bathroom is not great. They keep it locked and you have to get a key from the cashier. The bathroom is graffiti ridden and dingy.

This review is based on take out as the bf brings Panda Express home once in a while. First of all, it’s Americanized Chinese food and fast casual. Basically a scoop and serve food place. Food overall does taste good and has decent flavor. If not, I just add the soy sauce to liven it up. I don’t mind eating there yet wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.
