Not good cleaners have gotten my stuff back just as dirty on the collar line as I left it… Not impressed for the money I pay

Can I give 0 stars? This place is horrible! Terrible customer service! I amor in to inquire price on a specific item and how much it would cost to get the job done. Mind you I was very nice because I believe in being nice so I get great service but this guy who looked like he was the one in charge was so nasty I would not given him my business even if it were a good quote, and I sure wont give him business with those kinds of prices! $ 35 to dry clean a simple dress!!! Mind you I only paid $ 15 for it! Hahahah this guy should treat his customers better! Not nice karma is reall darling!!!

I’ve been going to Pristine for about 9 months now and like their level of service and the quality of their dry cleaning. Although the prices are probabaly almost that of Fazio prices, I don’t believe I’d get the same great personal attention at Fazio. Once when I was in a jam and needed my clothes, owner Jay Jr personally delivered my clothes and didn’t even bother to ask for payment, telling me I could take care of it when I next came in. Would Fazio do me the same kinda solid? Doubt it. I call ahead when I’m a few mintues away just so that I can have my clothes ready when I get there and they are always happy to do me that favor. When I’ve brought suit jackets or ties with stains they’ve brilliantly eradicated the stains while maintaining the integrity of the material. I will continue to use Pristine for my dry cleaning. I bring in 30 to 40 pieces per month.

They did a good job with the dry cleaning, but was it better than other dry cleaners in the area? No
Why the 2 stars? Their prices.
When I dropped off my items, the woman said to pay later, I asked for a price list, it was a little expensive, but I really needed to get it over with so I didn’t mind. However, when I picked my order up I realized that it was a lot more expensive than I expected and there was nothing for the same price listed on the price list.
My average cost per item was $ 12. Every item I had dropped off was a few dollars more than the price on the price list. The employee began making excuses for each item saying one was «designer and designer costs more».
There are many other dry cleaners that do a great job for a reasonable price under $ 4/​item.
So for those of you that still want to give it a try…
Make sure you ask about the prices ahead of time.

Although their pressing occasionally left a bit to be desired, I never had any significant problems with Pristine Cleaners, until they lost the tuxedo shirt that had been tailored for me in Hong Kong. After contacting my tailor and finding it would cost me $ 115 to have a new one made and mailed to me, the owner at Pristine flatly refused to help out in any way; he didn’t even offer to give me any free service.
In fact, even though I had never before seen the shirt whose tag number matched that on my receipt, he insisted that his establishment couldn’t possibly have made an error, and that if I had given them a tuxedo shirt to clean, it would have been noted as such in their computer system.
Now, something like this is unlikely to happen to you; but if it does, don’t count on their understanding and helpfulness.

I have been a regular here for over two years. I drop off dry cleaning often while out walking my dogs and they love them. The staff is friendly and there is NEVER a wait. I’m a Navy vet and picky about my dry cleaning; these folks are the best. All my items are always perfectly pressed and have NO smell. I have also taken items in for alteration that I thought were beyond repair but when I picked them up, looked like new! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
