a lot of you people don’t make sense your rating it low because of the parking arrangement? they don’t control the landlord does which is why they have a parking attendant. so if you have a problem with the parking-lot not being clean or the parking arrangements maybe you all should gain some common sense and contact the landlord. My experience is always great when i come here my favorite flavor is pistachio!

So after dissing Menchies pretty hard with my dissapointment in their yogurt selection flavors, and taste of their yogurts. I have to come over here and write a review. A. Yogurtland is open excessively late by the standards of any frozen yogurt shop. B. The flavors are actually very very good, with the exception of 1, which I haven’t seen for a while so I can’t remember its name… but man I tasted it and nearly ralphed. C. They have a decent array of toppings to add to the yogurt, but lets be honest. The yogurt its self is so good, who wants to spoil it… MYWIFE! D. They offer free purified water with fresh fruit fusion in it… okay the fruit fusion is an over statement, since its just usually 1 or 2 strawberries lol. But, at least they offer it self service. E. I swear I saw Merlin eating here once or twice…(Okay now Merlin is far from who you probably are thinking of… He’s a wizard of fixing your computers… and yes his real name is Merlin) Awesome service to top it off. This is a 5 star from me.

The first time I went I fell in love with how many different flavors it had to offer(it was my first time ;))Yogurt is the new rave vs Ice Cream nowadays. I noticed it was definitely clean and the fruit and toppings bar was very well maintained. Even my kids loves this place, its their favorite time after long weekend. I love this place, especially the vanilla tart and cheesecake flavor. Oh yes I almost forgot! Parking can be a hassle… it’s quite busy but well worth it.

What isn’t there to like, customer service is great, it’s always clean, and FroYo is the best. Plus if you get the Yogurt Land App you get a bunch of free yogurt all the time and can pay w your phone.

The store does not stay open as late as the posted hours. Beware if you think you can go for a late night yogurt, they close it down whenever they feel like it.

Went here with my sister later at night for our sweet craving. To our surprise, there were slot of people and front parking lot was jammed so you would have to park in the back. In my opinion the plaza was not well kept as it should with over flowing trash bins. but Yogurtland itself was fair. They had a lot of selection for toppings so I can’t really complain. The mango yogurt was my favorite !!

The yogurt was good. The toppings were good. It’s yogurtland. There really isn’t a lot to say about it. The whipped cream was nasty. The place was clean.

I must say kudos to the entire team at this particular location. It was very busy on 9÷26÷2015 at around 9 pm and the store was very well maintained! The machines were full, drip trays were clean and presentable, toppings were either full or partially full, topping labels were set accordingly to the topping presented. I wish I could have remembered the other two associates but along with Susan N. they were all on top of the stores presentation. Susan even engaged in a brief conversation with my group, since I had surprised them with their first trip to a froyo shop with the Yogurtland Giant collectible spoons. Thank you Sherman Oaks! You guys are amazing and made me visit very pleasant.

Great flavors and toppings. The quality of the yogurt is rich and tasty. I’ll definitely be going back. You may miss it at night because the lights are out for the sign. Yogurtland management: fix it!

Always clean, always great customer service but almost all of the fruits today(ex. The pineapple, bananas, and watermelons looked extremely dry and like they had been sitting there for a while, definitely not fresh.

Very good froyo location, lots of flavors n a friendly staff. The parking lot leaves much to be desired but that’s no surprise, it’s the valley after all.

This Yogurtland is DEFINITELY popular. Sometimes when I go the workers are definitely swamped and don’t really have a chance to restock the yogurt as fast as possible.(probably the only downfall). The workers are very nice and sweet. They even let my dog come in when it was super windy out.(Like the only time when it was.) He just sat there and didn’t bother anyone and I promptly checked out of Yogurtland. The major things that hold this back from 5 stars is the parking situation. What gives anyways?! Also being too dang popular. There’s not enough yogurt to go around somedays!(mainly parking~ SORRYGUYS!)

This Yogurtland is the best! Why? Because the employees are always nice & they have the best flavors. Every time I go to this Yogurtland the place is always clean. & I’ve been to many Yogurtlands & this one is the best one so far.

Love this Yogurtland! They always have the coconut flavor and I just cannot do without the coconut! Parking lot stinks btw… super congested and people just do not know how to drive around Van Nuys but it is totally worth going there. The people behind the registers are always nice and the yogurt is off the hook. The young padawans and I go about once a week and end up with over 40 oz each! ahhhh.

4 stars only because the parking lot sucks!!! But honestly 5 stars for the service. Service is amazing. They all greet you when you walk in and Citalay was great.(I could be spelling her name a little wrong) However she was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. AA+ I love all the toppings in there. They have all types of fruit, all types of chocolate candy, nuts and syrups to put on your yogurt. Even a cute green or pink spoon to go with it! All the food looked fresh and restocked and when I went it wasn’t too busy! Sometimes it gets busy in there

This place is ALWAYS busy!!! I love yogurtland but honestly this place needs to relocate to an area where there is more parking available. The parking lots are so small and for a plaza with so many stores, additional parking needs to be available.

I love Yogurtland! This location is pretty consistent with most of their other locations. Great yogurt, great variety of flavors and toppings. I like that this one even has the more«asian» flavors like taro and green tea! :) They also have seasonal flavors every so often which are really great. The only thing that’s keeping me from giving this Yogurtland 5 stars is because the parking situation is kinda annoying. They have this weird parking lot where there are only 10 spots in the front of the building, and it shares the lot with at least 3 – 4 other businesses so you can imagine how it would get filled up quickly. In addition to this front lot, there is a back lot that is monitored by a security woman who just sits outside… and observes the traffic. The spots are tandem parking so it gets really annoying parking back there, but 90% of the time you won’t be able to find parking in the front lot so you’ll have to park in the back. I think the monitor lady is there to remember which people park where so in case somebody needs to get out, she can go find the person that’s blocking them in one of the 4 – 5 stores located in the building. Kinda weird setup…
