Subway

I came in around 11:00 am ordered my sandwich. Clerk asks me what bread I want, guess what, not available. So I pick another, guess what, not available. Apparently the bread wasn’t ready yet. I have experienced this issue at this location in the past. So moving along clerk asks me what stuff I want on my sandwich… I get to the pickles, the staple of every deli sandwich in my opinion. Guess what, there out. Keep in mind it’s 11am. The friendly clerk did inform me though more pickles would be in the next day… hold my sandwich to the next day? If I could make a suggestion, go to the store and buy an emergency supply of pickles, right… I hope they can figure out the bread issue, seems to be a regular problem here, and get some pickles… lol

I was not impressed by this subway. The employees seemed to be doing the best they could but there is no doubt they need to be trained better! It took over 25 minutes to receive our 7 sandwiches. Not only were they incredibly slow, but they were out of both regular Italian and Italian herb and cheese bread! We were ordering our sandwiches at 5:30 p.m. and to be out of two bread options at dinner time is ridiculous. I ended up choosing wheat bread and was very unsatisfied at the stale taste. I had to ask four times to receive more lettuce on my sandwich and even then it barely covered the bread. The sandwich was one of the worst I have had and I will not be eating there anytime soon.

The staff there was extremely nice and attentive. They’re the reason I’m writing a review. Wish they had name tags on so I could give them some Unilocal recognition. But if they read this, it was the staff on shift, May 1^st, 2016 at 11am-​ish. Smiles on their faces the whole time. I immediately judge an establishment based on staffs greetings, especially when I’m out of town. Of course, my sandwich was not mind blowingly amazing, but it tastes exactly how I expected it to, which is always good!

It only takes one to ruin it for everyone. I’ve ordered sandwiches from this Subway before and service was average. But today I received the rudest service imaginable. This guy clearly didn’t want to be working there … and shouldn’t be. So, I went one freeway exit to Cameron Park and got the usual excellent, friendly, Subway service.

My favorite Subway around here! Love the staff!!! Ingredients are always fresh!

The employees and the Assistant Manager, Andrew, really are the nicest, most courteous and helpful people! I can’t say enough about them… my daughter lost her beloved toy at their restaurant and the staff went above and beyond to help return it to her. Thank you so much!
