These people NEVER ever have had my order correct or ready for the time promised. I have given them 3 chances over the past year. Unprofessional and unapologetic about each instance too. Never again. The one in North Plainfield is way better.

So delicious! Wow! Just ordered for the first time. The farfalle tetrazzini with chicken is the best I have ever had! The chicken is grilled well and not dried out at the same time. I actually planned on tossing the chicken as chicken from restaurants that deliver pizza and pasta is usually rubbery and almost fake tasting. Anyways best chicken so flavorful. I also ordered pasta alla stefano. I totally recommend over the other pizza restaurants in the surrounding Shorewood area!

I’ve only ever ordered take out or delivery from here, so I can’t confirm or refute what others are saying about their timeliness. I will say that it does take between 30 – 40 minutes for our usual order to be prepared. I’ve had there pizza countless times, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. It always tastes great, and it’s always satisfying! Back in the day, before we grew up, me and my big bro used to get the lumberjack(a giant pizza) and eat it in one sitting. Unless you’ve got a big belly and some time on your hands, I wouldn’t suggest you try that! I’ve had better pizza, but Fat Ricky’s is definitely a legit option if you’re in the Shorewood/Plainfield area.

They need one responsible adult working at this location. This is the third time we have ordered and the 2nd time we have had an excuse as to why our order was not ready and both times we waited a half an hour for our food. Apparently it was the printers fault for not printing out the orders… right. I will definitely not order from here again… Beware very poor customer service!

Great pizza! Love the old world deep dish. So filling! Takes a long time to deliver but worth the wait. I ordered the gluten free pizza my last visit. The crust was a little dry and I got sick-but that’s the risk you run when it’s not made in a designated gf facility.

food is decent I never had the time issues others have had. HOWEVER my issue is my former roommate who rarely used a debit card went in and someone had to take it to the back to scan it. okay? two days later after not using it after and watching her accounts carefully it was found that someone had stolen her debit card info. Okay whatever I thought may or may not be related. Then I used my dh card there over the phone about a year later his is never used just gas once every two weeks at the same station. guess what 24hrs later we get alerts from the bank from someone trying to use his card. Then just used cash when I ordered over the course of about a year maybe 4visits. Now last week(why I did it idk) I used my card over the phone thinking ehh first and second issues were 2−3years earlier and may not actually be related. GUESS what 36hrs later someone is using my debit card. Now we just won’t be going back at all.

Was really disappointed in this location. I use to live in Orland Park and the Fat Ricky’s in Tinley Park was a weekly staple for me. I was excited to learn there was one out this way but my experience was less than desirable. For starters it took almost an hour and a half for my food to arrive and it was a Tuesday night. Once it did the garlic bread was burnt and the pizza was barely warm. Just goes to show that you can’t trust a name, all depends on the owners and staff at each location.

We got the flyer in the mail and pizza looked incredible! Pizza looked super cheesy, so we decided to order from this place since it’s close to our house and we love pizza! When we got the pizza, it was still hot BUT the pizza was super dry! Not cheesy what so ever! It looked like a cardboard pizza or like a cheap frozen pizza that you left in the oven for far too long. CAN I GIVE0STARSPLEASE!!! This place has the worst manager on the planet! When you have an issue and you try to explain your situation, what poor service you have received to that point, to him(which he responds to in broken English) he says YOU are being rude to HIM!!! What exasperatingly POOR service and management. He spoke over me while I was trying to explain my service issues. All the while my pizza order took over 20 minutes to make(as I kept explaining my order for fear of getting food poisoning from them) and I had to round out the call by explaining to him that he needs to separate himself from someone’s complaint of poor service and not take it personally and tell THEM that THEY are being rude to HIM!!! How immature and soooo unprofessional! I mean seriously???

I’m always skeptical about places with deep dish or(stuffed pie), but the first time I had theirs I was very happy, and impressed. Their thin crust BBQ pizza is also really good. I have only had one bad run in these people forgot my two lieter or something, but regardless the deep dish really is worth it.

Update to my previous review. Tonight they sponsored my kids school program where my family purchased a cheese pizza. It was great, big triangle slices, not overly greasy, and nice they support the local schools. Good deal, good pizza tonight.

Ok, the pizza is good(most of the time) they can’t seem to get anything else right. Worst beef sandwich in the Joliet area. Meat was thick and tough as leather. They got my order wrong(not the first time) onion rings were overdone and on the burnt side. If you want a decent pizza make the call but for anything else find a different place.

Ordered a small Original Old World Deep Dish Pan Pizza with Spinach. The four-star review is for the crust alone. I really loved the flaky, buttery, chewy crust. It tasted like it had beer in it(my favorite type of crust). The rest was just okay. The sauce was slightly sweet for my taste and the spinach was a sin against humanity. It think it was frozen spinach: the color was the ugliest color for spinach I have ever seen, and it was way too salty. It was also very pricy for a small, I think it was $ 16 or so. If I ever go back, it will be for a plain old-fashioned cheese pizza(if the crust is the same crust).
