Papa John’s Pizza

We ordered pizza for delivery for the first time from this location. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, it was good. The crust perfectly cooked and the toppings adequate. (I say adequate because you can never have enough pizza toppings, especially the cheese!) We also ordered garlic knots and dessert. The food was good.
Delivery time was reasonable.
The website was having technical issues, so we had to place the order over the phone. The «order taker» would not give us the «SUPERBOWL50» deal over the phone, but offered a discount. When the food arrived we noticed the pricing was not what we were told and we were missing the additional dipping sauces we ordered. I called the manager to let him know the issue. I am super impressed by how well the manager handled the situation, he apologized, explained the proper protocol, stated how he would handle the situation internally and train the employees AND comped our meal. Wow! That’s customer service at its best and as a result I gave the extra star and will go back!

Ordered a pizza online and the only thing good was it was delivered on time. I also submitted a complaint through their corporate website (incident number PJIA-​A5E3PJ) and as of this date haven’t heard from anyone! Worse pizza I have ever had!

This is in regards to last night’s horrible service. I use the online ordering system because I get Papa John’s emails every day, and the specials are for ONLINE ONLY. I also get Papa Rewards which means every 25 points gets me a free pizza right? WRONG! This is misleading, because that «free pizza» can never be used with any other offer which is pretty much all the time. Why have this, when I can never use it? So last night I decided to place two separate orders so that I could at least use my «free pizza» before it expired. I placed the order around 4pm. Did a future order for 7:30pm. Not only were both pizzas extremely late (which I fail to understand why a future order needs to be late ever…), but I got two pizzas by two different drivers… both of them VERY late, and one of the younger drivers gave me a lot of attitude when I refused the order. So to re-​cap. Two orders, two drivers, both late… bad attitude. The older driver was very polite… I wish he was running the place. He called his GM and offered to give us the pizza for free. Now why does the driver have to do the GM’s work? The GM should have called me, but he never did. We refused. We are not trying to get deals or free food, we just want a no hassle service. I would pay $ 100 if we could just avoid the hassles. What he told us was that this GM is not «tech savy» and has problems with the online ordering service. Really? Wow! Too bad all the good deals are for ONLINE ONLY! This is the third issue I have had in the span of about 4 months, and frankly I am through. Every time, the issue is with the online ordering feature. I mean, if you can’t get this right, why advertise it?! I am emailing this NOT TO GET ANY MORE COUPONS OR FREE FOOD. I just want you to know that you lost an entire family that used to spend about $ 20-​$ 30 a week because this location cannot seem to get it together. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME, DO NOT CONTACT ME, I AM DONE! AND I will be posting several articles on social media about this because this place ruined my dinner, THEY EARNED THAT. Just thought you should know. You have one service, one product, and you can’t ever get it right. Also, this location is about 10 minutes away tops. Why is it always LATE?! 14 years of service ruined in 4 months. Sad.

Pizza took 90 minutes after promising 45. Pizza was burnt and yet arrived cold. Horrible! The customer service was non existence. They used to be better than Domino’s for cheap pizza but no longer. Will never order from here again!

papa johns always has great deals goin on so i decided 2 get the 2 3-​topping large pizzas 4 $ 19.99! isnt that a great deal?! had 2 meet with friends so why not share?! great tastin pizza 4 a low price! what more can u ask 4?
