Bought a vapor kit about a week ago and asked if they had replacement coils. I was told no but they would be getting them in. Went today and asked about the coils and was told no, the guy said that the kit was new! This is not true because I having been looking at this tank for over two months ! I got upset and asked the guy how could they sell these with out having the accessories! He threw my tank on the counter and told me that he was not going to speak to me because of the way that I spoke to him and I must talk to the manger ! I have never experienced such rude and nasty customer service like that in my life! That will be the last time that I will go in there!

I went there on March 11^th, 2015. This place is AWFUL. Don’t get fooled by all the products. They are way overpriced. You can fine the same products online for cheaper or at other tobacco shops in Rockville & Silver Spring. The guy behind the counter barely spoke English and didn’t even know what he was selling. AWFUL PLACE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do NOT go here

I had been looking for a simple corncob pipe for a while. J Cigar carried a few different varieties, and I bought the biggest one even though it was $ 16 (overpriced). They also had many cigars, glass pipes, hookah supplies, and tobaccos for all of them. They even sold e-​cigarettes.
The guy behind the counter didn’t know if they sold corncob pipes when I asked him, and then when he asked the owner, the owner proceeded to yell at him in what I assume was Arabic for what seemed like a minute. But he finally found them, good thing, because it was getting awkward for us non-​Arabic speakers.
I might go back for some tobacco just because it is in the mall.

I came in for incense. The lady was really nice and had no hassles. Will go back for more.

bought a replacement pipe for my hookah… the guy working there of course guaranteed it would fit. i get home and of course he was wrong it didnt fit. i went to return it with the receipt… they made me wait till they helped 3 other customers since i was returning and not spending more money. then they refused to reimburse me the difference price since the replacement was cheaper… fine so i bought more hookah supplies… then they tried to charge me for the difference even though they owed me money.
then they pretended to «loose my receipt»
so i get home with the 2^nd hookah pipe replacement and guess what? it doesnt work… it has a hole in it… a brand new hookah pipe has a hole in it??? wtffffffffffff i hate this place!
fyi the lady who works there looks like harry potter… kinda weird… made me uncomfortable!
never again!
