White Oak Tobacco

Today was my first time ever going to this store. I was in the market for a Pax vaporizer. The guy working there knew a lot about all of his products, he was also very friendly. He made sure that everything worked right with my Pax before I left. I know I will be back at the store very soon for all my smoking needs. They everything from Hugh glass bongs to different kinds of smoking papers.

Love love love this place. I am never disappointed when I go. Recently bought a very small hookah online (Amazon) thinking let’s try it. It was so hard to keep the heat from burning the shisha and the quick lights were going out very fast (2 in an hour).
My first visit I was a little overwhelmed and just bought the coco charcoals and stuck them somewhere in my house.
Today I figured I would just get a bigger tray and bigger bowl for my small hookah. Not to mention an additional hose. Well people were coming and going and I was all confused. The lady was like why don’t you just buy a bigger hookah??? Duh
Not what I had gone in for but it made sense. Looked at a larger Mya hookah with a cage. How perfect was that. My small one seemed like a fire hazard with the short hose and small tray leaving ashes going everywhere.
At this point I have the new larger hookah at the register (larger bowl, tray and bigger longer hose). Grab some more shisha and out the door. Did buy some more coco charcoals not really sure they were the ones I had bought before.
Cleaned it and prepared my hookah. Coals took literally 7 mins. Started with one coal not a lot of smoke a lot of pull from me though. Added another coal… We have a winner!!!
This made my weekend. My little hookah will be used only when traveling. Oh the coco coals are awesome!!! Burnt my finger thinking because it was black that it was not lit.
This place has all you need and more. Great quality of items with a large selection. Really good customer service. They seem to know their regulars.

Went here yesterday and the guy was really friendly and helpful. I had no clue what I was walking into and decided that I wanted to buy a hookah for my home. He answered all my questions and I didn’t get the feeling that he was trying to swindle me. Will def go back for my refills on hookah and accessories. Prices are not too bad.

Went here at 11:30 AM – sign said they opened at 11 AM. They were closed.
Nobody answers the phone here, regardless of what time you call.
Drove by the other day, saw they were open, and randomly stopped in. In appeared as if they had just suffered some sort of flood damage — cardboard covered the floor.
Products are quite expensive in comparison to other shops of the same nature. If you really don’t want to deal with the parking headache of driving to another shop in downtown Silver Spring or DC, then this place will do the trick. Otherwise, go elsewhere.
