Pizza Boli’s

Ordering was a little intensive online. We had everything exact but food arrived 15 min later than estimated and even their site said our food was delivered not on the way but delivered 10 min before it arrived prompting us to call to find out where it was. 10 min later it arrived. AND it was wrong. My sandwich had American cheese even though their ticket and my email confirmation stated provolone. Pizza did not have lite sauce. Tried them few months ago and was not impressed and guess what I still am not impressed. THAT’S IT FOR ME. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME.

I love the wings at the place, pizza and other stuff is alright. However the 2 stars come from one delivery guy who insists on tipping himself, I have to fight with him to get my change back when I pay cash, so much that I resorted to using CCs to avoid having to haggle with him! Pretty rude, considering he is delivering less than a mile away + I don’t mind giving a tip just don’t force my hand!

Place sucks! Family and I ordered delivery, when it came the pizza crust on the bottom was burnt. We called them and they apologized and said we could keep the burnt one and that they would make a new one right away. Driver came back after 20 min, but charged us again for the new pie. Called his manager and he said he already apologized and that he thought it was common sense that a new pizza would cost the same amount. That asshole said we were trying to get free pizza and then he hung up!
Papa John’s has better service. They left out an ingredient and I live close by so I offered to bring it back so they could add it. Instead they offered to make my next order free. If Papa John’s gives out a pie because they missed out 1 ingredient then there is no excuse.

I will not be returning! I made a delivery order and when it arrived to my job, the order was completely wrong. I called back to advise them that the order was wrong and the man on the phone stated, «the order was not made wrong! I made that order and I am telling you that it was not made wrong. I’m sorry but there’s nothing that we can do about it». After a couple minutes of arguing, another man answered the phone and apologized for his coworker’s behavior.
I then asked for the manager and he stated «he is not here, we will give him a call so that you can get your money back.»
This happened a week ago and I still haven’t received a call back! I will not return to this place! MOST of their staff is rude and they do not care about customer service.

BEWARE!!!
This location is very dishonest. They secretly add a $ 1 «convenience fee» for even cash sales.
Pizza was below average and soggy.

Crab Pizza?! Caribbean Wings?! Pints of Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream delivered right to your door?!! Oh yes, oh, yes.
Love the variety, from your standard pizza & wings, to subs, lasagna, and desserts. What’s more, the delivery is lightning fast. We always call in our order and haven’t had any major problems. Convenient, reliable, and delicious.
Pro tip: if you get the crab pizza, order it with extra crab. Costs a bit more, but it’s so worth it.

I’ve ordered from here twice and both times they have screwed up the order. When we called to request the order be fixed and exchanged for what we actually ordered, they argued with us stating that the person who made it says he made it correct. Finally got him to agree to exchange incorrect pizza for a new one, but will never order from them again. Food isn’t that great to begin with and the aggravation definitely not worth it.

This Pizza Boli’s has gotten progressively worse in service. 3 out of our past 4 orders have been messed up. Twice, they have taken a rude attitude with me when I call to have the order corrected.
For yesterday’s order, I was promised a $ 5 credit after they had messed up the last order. The delivery guy showed up with an extra Dr. Pepper, no credit on the order.
Bad service. Inconsistent food. Worst of all, LIARS.

I use to order Pizza Boli’s steak & cheese and Italian subs from the Landover MD location quite often. However, when I moved to Silver Spring, out of habit I ordered my favorite subs and was totally turned off. Unlike the landover location the sub bread was very soggy and the sandwich was messy. I gave this location several times thinking it was just a bad day to order, but every time I got my order it was the same. Their pizza is just ok, nothing special when compared to Pizza Hut, Papa Johns or Domino’s.

I have been a fan of Pizza Boli’s for years, ordering them regularly in the District and NoVa. i recently moved to Maryland, and looking for a pizza fix, I found the closest Boli’s to my new place. Little did I know…
My first order was made using a special: 1 pizza, a 2 liter drink, and 1 cinnamon sticks for X price. All 3 parts of that order had problems with them:
1. The cinnamon sticks were burnt
2. The pizza was thin crust rather than hand-​tossed
3. The pizza sauce was bitter
4. They delivered me the wrong drink.
The drink was what prompted me to call (I had informed the delivery driver of the error, and they said the fruit punch was all they had, nevermind that I ordered iced tea). I was told by the person at the counter that the reason they didn’t call me to let me know they were out of iced tea was because they were «too busy.» Really? I’m paying for this food, guys.
I ended up speaking to the manager, who at first wanted to give me $ 5 off my next purchase. After saying that I wouldn’t waste my time coming there again, he credited back $ 5 to my current card charge for this order.
From the outside looking in, I wouldn’t say that the problem here is customer service, bur rather that they just don’t run a tight ship. I’m not sure that I’ll be giving them my money again, given that all 3 parts of my order had problems.

Two and a half stars, I like them more than the other chains. Healthy amount of cheese, not too excessive on crust thickness, fair ratio of toppings worked in, acceptable amount of grease. Six slices per extra large pizza. Sausage is a winner, but pepperoni and mushroom were passable.

Everything tasted amazing. I loved the pizza with green peppers onions and extra cheese. Extra cheese meant extra cheese. No fountain drinks tho, not a fan of drinking drinks without ice but that’s just how they roll lol. Fries with their ranch was good too.

Was visiting from Texas and wanted a pizza joint that we don’t have so his was the closest option. I was pleasantly surprised and would return any day. I had a cheese pizza and a chicken Parmesan sub and both were delicious.

I have been getting pizza here for over a decade. Best of the chains in my opinion. Great pizza with a fresh sauce and chewy crust. Usually fresh veggie toppings. Salads, stromboli and calzones are good but I can’t testify to other menu items. A dining room is available but its old and tired. Usually quick delivery and easy take out. Its located in a small strip of stores on Old Columbia just south of Fairland.

i’ve had no roach problems, this pizza is cheap and well-​made. Online ordering is easy. Way better than Pizza Hut and the like.

Cockroach anyone? I ordered 20 pizzas for a work meeting… wow, nasty… people found a COCKROACH in it! When I called to complain, the guy didn’t understand what I was complaining about, then tried to have another pizza brought out! As if I would EVER eat from this roach motel again! NASTY!

I got the mealbuster pizza. It tasted very good, but the toppings slid off very easily. My wife has a cheesesteak and enjoyed it.
