As far as Chuck E. Cheese’s go, this one was better than most. Crowded, yes, but on a Saturday chock full of birthday parties, it was to be expected. What I liked about this location was that there was a toddler area toward the front of the building, away from all the craziness of the games for the older kids, the kitchen, and the cafeteria. I also appreciated the hand stamping by the staff at the entrance(i.e. parents and kids all get the same number on their hands that is then checked with a black light on the way out to make sure kids aren’t leaving with adults they shouldn’t). The pizza was surprisingly good(and I only tried the cheese). I am sure it is full of just fat and sugar and carbs, of course, so that is why I liked it, but do have a slice or two if you are there and can afford the added calories for the afternoon. Staff for the birthday party we attended was courteous and kind, even with the hectic atmosphere. The kids love it. The parents bear with it. Definitely not a miss.

I’m a bit appalled reading some of the reviews that just popped up to the side of my screen! Yikes. Mouse running around, poor customer service, poor hygiene of the kitchen crew… I don’t usually quote, but this is coming from another review, «way too many foreign, undisciplined children screaming like banshees.» You’re in the DC Metro, and it’s a diverse area. There are people here from all sorts of background and culture. Some people are different from you. And that’s just it. Learn to embrace it! Kids have different personalities. Some are loud and some aren’t. Chuck E. Cheese’s is the equivalent of an adult casino or I don’t know… some place where adults go nuts to unwind. Kids come here to go bananas and play. If you can’t handle loud kids then perhaps Chuck E. Cheese’s isn’t the place for you. Anyway — on to my actual review. I went this past weekend, and it seemed the place was overcrowded. There may have been several private parties. The line to redeem the tokens for a prize was far too long. Overall, it was just like any other Chuck E. Cheese’s. Going to Chuck E. Cheese’s, my family and I go just for the sake of the games and kids play area. We don’t eat in. The pizza that they serve literally reminds me of the elementary school pizza that schools serve for Friday lunch. It’s pretty greasy, and I have no desire to taste it. It was extremely warm inside, but that’s probably because it was way too crowded inside. And I’m glad I personally didn’t see any mouse running around!

Celebrated my 6 year old’s birthday here and everyone loved it! Tiffany and Arianna made sure we had everything we needed. 9 kiddos and 6 adults played games, had pizza and Chuck himself sang happy birthday to all the birthday kids. It’s loud and chaotic, as any kids place should be. Very reasonable price was icing on the cake.

What. The. Cuss! This is hell on earth. Clean«restaurant», but poor customer service and way too many foreign, undisciplined children screaming like banshees. I am completely unable to can!

Came here with my brother and nephew. I really don’t know how to feel. The kids here are bad as hell… not all but most. The service to redeem a price took too long. Someone didn’t greet us for like 5 mins. Ended up giving our tickets to one of the bad ass kids that was reaching over my 3 year old nephew playing his game. Wont be back unless Im paid to go. lol

Do NOT go here!!! I literally just left a hour ago… My family and I were sitting down eating when a BABYMOUSE ran across the floor!!! I recorded it! Another employee saw the baby mouse and flipped out herself. When I asked a young gentlemen for my money back he had the nerve to ask why with his arms folded and an attitude. I said we sitting down eating and a baby mouse runs across the floor that’s trifling as shit! He said he’ll see what he can do. Never came back to us or anything! That’s ok I will def be making a call! Save your money tho. I never did like this location

My nieces 7th birthday was celebrated last week. Our pizza and wings came almost an hour late. I saw the people cutting the pizza. THEYHADNOGLOVES! I swore I saw a couple of the workers scratch their weenies and two of the workers actually scratch each other’s weenies in front of the CHILDRENDAMMIT. There were curly ass pubes on the toilets looking like a wildebeest sat it’s fat ass on a toilet. I’m not going back its atrocious

We had our son’s 6th birthday party here and they did a fantastic job. I called to reserve the party 3 weeks in advance and I had everything finalized within 5 minutes over the phone. Everytime I called back with questions, they were super helpful. We were greeted so nicely at the door and the birthday boy was immediately given special treatment. Our persoanl host, Jennifer, was very helpful and very attentive! They allowed us to use our own table cloth and paper products to go with his theme. The birthday show was awesome and the kids loved it! I highly recommend this location!

This is my go-to C.E.C. location. It’s conveniently located in a shopping center with a decent array of stores, so I can make a trip out of it to run errands and have some fun time with the kid. Parking, as a result, is widely available, though the spaces immediately in front of C.E.C. are usually taken. This location is a bit older, so it’s not as bright and shiny as some others I’ve seen. The staff make up for that, though. They’re usually super-friendly and attentive. I’ve only had one instance where the front hostess was zoned out. My child is older now, but when she was younger, I loved that the toddler area was completely set aside from the main area. I was able to avoid the big kids running down the smaller ones and ti was just less chaotic overall. The party area is pretty well maintained. I recently spent time here for back to back parties and was pleased to see how clean the area managed to remain before, during, and after multiple parties were happening. Some of the video games need some TLC. Almost every time I go, at least 2 – 4 games are out of order. To their credit, it’s not always the same games, but it’s still pretty annoying. The biggest downside, to me, is that they still have the climbing tubes here. I’ve spoken to managers who have noted that C.E.C. is phasing them out because they’re a safety and hygienic liability. I’m so glad to hear that these no longer be around!

Came here for a kid’s b-day party awhile back. This location is really in desperate need of a makeover. looking a little run down, in my opinion. I don’t have kids; however, I totally get the appeal of this place. Back when I was a kid, I had my b-day here too. BIG Kudos to the staff for having the patience to deal with screaming kids all day :-) I couldn’t do it. They could also add more video games. It didn’t seem like the selection was that great. But, I’m sure the kids didn’t notice. everyone seemed to be having a fun time.

WONDERFUL staff. Fairly low-rent area and the place is older but clean and a fun place for the kiddos.
