great food, nice staff, it was a nice change for the area.

A Father’s Day to remember forever! We waited an hour to be seated outside with coffee and a beautiful waterfall feature. The view, outstanding. It was so busy. The staff was gracious and accommodating. When we finally got sat… they made sure we had a mimosa and whatever we wanted in hand literally the moment we sat down. Our experience was magical. The service, the dining area, the view, the fresh squeezed juices… the Food!!! I bought my daughter a little Narwhal lip gloss from the cute little lobby store and they let me put it on the bill. This made our Fathers Day weekend. It was a very special time. We will take the ferry again and again from Seattle to experience this hidden gem. I wish I could give 20,000 stars. This place is magical!!! Truly!!! I can’t explain how amazing it is… trust me. Come experience it for yourselves! Every detail. We can’t wait to come back.

Went with my wife for our fourth visit today, and I’m convinced that you can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. I got the Mexican omelette, which comes with a sour cream sauce on top. It was the best omelette I have ever tasted, the sour cream sauce was light and put a great exclamation point on the meal. Also I don’t know what kind of wizards they have back there in the kitchen, but their omelettes are super fluffy. Like physics-defying levels of fluffy. My wife got cherry crêpes, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Service was as usual perfect. It seems like every time we go we get Rynnah as our server, and as usual she is super on top of her game. She is very knowledgeable of the menu, extremely attentive(even despite how insanely busy the place was) and she was super friendly. My wife and I will go nowhere else for breakfast now, keep up the amazing work!

The food I ate was tastey and filling. My wife and I enjoyed eating here. The people are friendly, and food service is outstanding. We ordered and got our food within 10 – 15 min. I recommend eating here. :)

This restaurant is a family favorite. I have yet to have a dish that I didn’t love. Not only is the food amazing, but the view and service is top-notch. For the price of food, the portions are huge. We always have leftovers for later. Its also kid friendly.

Food &Service Terrific! Restroom attention really lacking! Used it twice, at noon, even soap dispenser was out,! Really need a designated manager to pay attention, hostess said she was to busy at that time!

This business knows how to treat its customers and has a deep passion for customers service. The owner is quick to answer concerns and does everything to make it right. The food is good and the atmosphere makes you feel like mom is in the kitchen cooking.

Their food is definitely the main attraction here of course. Very tasty, but some of their prices can be a little more on the higher side than other similar restaurants. But that comes with going to family owned businesses rather than large chains. Because of the family owned atmosphere, the staff just seem a little more interested in making the experience good. They’re friendly, and prompt with their work and the kitchen staff do great work. The wait time can be a little longer depending on when you go there, but I feel that’s due to the local popularity. I’d go again, probably not often to the larger prices, but worth more than one visit.

Pros: great food. Good prices. Excellent and friendly customer service@ Cons: It can often be a long wait to be seated, and most of the seating to wait is outside and uncovered … in Washington … where it’s raining more often than not. The wait is worth it, but I’d like to be comfortably out of the rain while waiting. :)

It gets 5 stars for quality of food and service. Charish was great as a server. She had great suggestions which happened to be exactly what I was looking for in the way she described each plate. I am not in Bremerton often but I can say being from the San Francisco bay area the differences in quality is definitely noticeable. This place fits the standard of what I think food should be.

4 stars compared to cafes everywhere, 5 stars for the dale! Best in town for sure. Our server Rynnah was great, the WAs were attentive and they handled the mother’s day rush well. Prices were right on for the quantity of the main dishes, although they don’t come with sides(bacon cost $ 6 for four pieces). The food even came out in a timely manner.

Not impressed with this place based on what I was expecting. We’ve been a couple times now for breakfast and it’s always the same: super long wait, just ok food, and good staff. It’s not bad, but not great. I had head about the«½ lb bacon plate» and they sure talk it up on the menu as a giant stack. We ordered the plate as a side with breakfast and it was 4 average(size and taste) pieces of bacon… not what you’d expect for $ 6 – 7. The food is decent but nothing incredible. They do have some pretty good buttermilk pancakes. Everything else has been just, meh. My wife isn’t the biggest pancake fan(about 75% of the breakfast menu), so I doubt we’ll make it back very often. This would be a 2 star review in many towns, but Silverdale is just really lacking in breakfast spots, so I give it a 3. The wait staff has always been very friendly and good at refilling coffee which is probably their biggest plus. If you’re after a glorified Perkins/Sheri’s that is lacking parking, busier, and more expensive for barely better food then this is the spot for you.

First off the view from The Oak Table is beautiful. Overlooking the town of silverdale and then off to the right you can see Mt. Rainier. Then walking up to the double doors you can already smell the sweet aroma of pancakes. Which makes you even hungrier. The staff there is great. Very friendly and personable. Reading the menu makes you want everything. I chose the 49ers pancakes and my husband got the meat platter. Both were delicious and more then we can eat. Very big portions and very good coffee to top it off. I can’t wait to eat here again.

Ummmm wow! The eggs benedict was the best thing I’ve ever tasted. The potato pancake was so good I want more. The server who took care of us was so sweet but I forgot her name. They seemed well organized even when it was packed full of people. There was a wait about 30 minutes to get a table but I totally can see why now. I’m definitely coming back soon!

I had heard a lot about this place and decided to take my grandparents here for breakfast while they were in town. There was a 15 – 20 minute wait when we got there, but after we ate, I didn’t even care because the food was SO worth it! I started with a pomegranate mimosa(delicious) and then ordered the pancake meal with an upgrade to the apple and cinnamon pancakes. It came with an apple syrup, an egg, bacon, and a couple slices of fresh fruit. Everything was so fresh and didn’t taste frozen or from a box. You can tell that this is a high quality place. I’m not a pancake person, but those were the best pancakes I’ve had in my life. I’ll definitely order them again. As for the décor, it was very lovely. Eclectic little pieces and paintings were hung on thr walls and added a nice touch. The restaurant is placed on a hill overlooking Silverdale and it’s a beautiful view. The building is absolutely gorgeous with a fountain out front and a large wooden door leading inside. The workers are all dressed very nicely and all had smiles on their faces. This was a 10/10, a definite hit on the nail for me, and I’m looking forward to returning soon with my husband!

Originally my mouth, mind, and body was ready for grits, butter and sugar(it’s a down South thang). However, this place don’t serve grits so let’s discuss all that they did have to offer. Great service: it started with a 30 min wait outside, that wasn’t really bad or long, except for the fact once again I’m a Texas kinda girl, it’s warm this time of the year, was so happy for my sweater that kept me warm. The customer service was WONDERFUL, I mean staff was on it. Seating was spacious and even with a packed house conversation amongst the tables was very comfortable and cozy, with noise reduction. Our waitress Helen was over the top friendly and very comforting, she was soooooo attentive, which was truly appreciated. Plate size and portion size was just enough, our order was prepared just as asked, I love pancakes with pecans mixed in the batter, can you believe the chef gave me a healthy portion, by healthy I mean he wasn’t stingy at all, he/she even placed a few on top, it was to die 4! I wasn’t a big fan of the eggs, I ordered scrambled with cheese blended in, which came unscrambled with cheese on top, the eggs tasted powder or liquid instead of regular carton eggs which provided a false taste of chicken eggs. Bacon however was thick crispy and super delicious. I’m a coffee drinker and a mug collector, so I traded the original itsy bitsy normal size mug, for one of there personal collective mug that was on sell for $ 16(don’t judge me, I like mugs). Speaking of coffee, staff makes sure you never see the bottom of your beverage cups, they come around constantly with refills in hand. All the way until the very last bite of food to paying the bill, the staff provided excellent service!

Food was good but service really sucked this time. Just wanted some water and has to ask three different people. I think they need to hire more people soon.

I received a call from my auntie who was the recipient of the gift certificate. You can read the story of the gift certificate in my previous review. The GC was for 2 meals. She expected to be charged for the most expensive meals out of the 4 – 5 meals they had, but she told me they charged her for the least expensive ones! She told me they had an excellent evening and the food as always was great! She told me to make sure and say thank you to the owners for the great service and great food!!! Thanks for being so rad Oak Table!

This place is fantastic. We’ve been away for almost three years and came back to have breakfast at the best place in Kitsap. Ross and his staff are amazing and the food is spectacular. The wait is long because so many people want to eat here, so if you want excellent you may have to wait for a while. Someone recently posted about this place not offering a military discount. My thoughts, as an active duty service member myself, are that we shouldn’t feel entitled doing so gives the rest of us a bad name. Ross and his family support the military 110% and he doesn’t need to show that through a military discount. You also get what you pay for here — great food and great service will cost more, period. If I wanted cheap food at nowhere near the quality I’d head to Denny’s or IHOP. Go here if you want a great breakfast and excellent service. Thanks to Ross and his staff for making us feel so welcome on our visit back and thank you for supporting the troops!
