This is a new business located next to Snap Fitness in the Silverthorne Pavillions area. I took my son there on Saturday as he loves going to the surplus stores in Denver. I was happy to hear we had one in Summit. He is hoping to get a job here down the road. The guy working behind the counter was very helpful about our questions and spoke with my son about knives and guns. I believe education in the key to respecting weapons. We purchased some MRE’s and a knife for my son. We also ordered a cover in the color my son wanted.
They have BDU’s, jackets, shirts, covers, MRE’s, raingear, flags, knives, ammo, lots of outdoor type gear. They are working to have more inventory in the near future but there is a lot of good stuff and my son was happy to see they had the Confederate flag as it is part of his family’s history. I was very pleased with our experience and the good conversations we had with the gentleman. We will be coming in frequently.
