Service is excellent. Whoever their supplier is needs to be fired. I bought 8 regular wings. What a joke. ¼ breasts. Chicken wings from a cornish game hen? Gimme a break. 40 years i’ve been loving KFC. Not so much anymore. I have photos but I cannot upload them for some reason. 2 hours later: Owner contacted me. This is highly respectful and considerate. I believe he truly cares.

We’ve tasted no return to the great products KFC once served like they are now claiming in their TV ads and store banners, but slowly improving. Chick a Filet will annihilate this chain if they don’t get back to the original recipes and methods. Expensive but good service and a clean store. The once fantastic boneless — skinless menu is gone. No more. The outstanding Corn on the Cob gone too.

All I wanted was the spicy chicken and so I went through the drive thru and ordered turn out when you say new hot spicy wings it means hot wing and you can’t get the new wings with a go cup. I learned that after I went to the drive thru and then proceeded to go inside an tell them they messed my order with the go cup I supposedly order with hot wings. Waited in the lobby for five minutes until someone said they be right with you. Waited the two minutes later they come and I let them know they messed my order they asked for a receipt as if I was trying to get free food or something. With the cup in hand they still asked for a receipt. So I go to my car and turn out they didn’t give me a copy of my receipt. I go back and then and other gentlemen come up and I tell him my problem turn out his ego was more important than the customer. Didn’t let me speak or explain my issue. Told me I couldn’t get the new hot wings in the order. He could save me the trouble and said through the drive thru that is not possible because new hot wing doesn’t ring a bell. In his minds it means hot wings. Even as I explained to him and he kept talking over me and didn’t even listen. All I needed to know the first time is sir that can’t be done and I would of order the new hot chicken inside. But no they had me go on a scavenger hunt looking a receipt I never got in the first place and then to not even be listened to. I understand this is fast food but clearly their is no respect for the customer and to in their eyes your trying to get free food. Even though you have the go cup hot as a oven in your hand clearly full but you know just try to scam you when I say my order was messed up. If the drive thru person wasn’t in such hurry he would actually be able to listen to the order correctly. FYI the go cups if you order them with popcorn chickens you get like five pieces and on the side of the popcorn chicken their this big potato wedge at the bottom making it seem you got a handful.

Tonight’s visit was a fail. Things seemed so unorganized before we were helped, a customer had to follow up on their order, they had been waiting close to 20 minutes and it appeared that the staff completely forgot about his order. Then it came time for us to place our order. We first asked about the Thanksgiving turkey feast as we were interested in placing an order. There were no order forms available. They couldn’t even tell me when the order cut off date was. Then we placed our to go order. We ordered 20 hot wings, fresh as always, and a 7 piece bucket dark meat mixed extra crispy and original. When we came home, much to our surprise, we had pieces of chicken breast in our bucket — they ignored our request for dark meat only. I also had confirmed before we left if the hot wings were dropped fresh as we requested and we were assured that they were. As we took bite of the hot wings, we found the breaded skin to be hard to chew, dry as if they had been sitting out for a long time but the chicken meat inside was still a bit red/pink — undercooked. Is KFC trying to make us sick!?! I am very disappointed after this visit and I am not sure we will be back very soon.

I’d like to update my review at KFC. Today I ordered it and the service was quick but the chicken was super fresh tasting this time. The skin was crunchy and not stale. I’m satisfied.

I stopped in here while working in the area on a Sunday. This is one of the cleanest KFC’s I’ve been too. The food was fresh and came-out quickly. Just make sure that if you want butter(or whatever that stuff is) you ask for it as they don’t seem to include it unless you request it.

Gotta give at least a 5 star review to Ryan who took my order inside the restaurant. Very pleasant and efficient. Also, very honest. I thought I had given Ryan the exact monetary amount but I included an extra $ 10. It was very obvious that I thought the transaction was completed and did not suspect anything was amiss. When he handed me back the $ 10 bill I was so pleasantly shocked. Regarding the dining area the tables were wiped down and the floor swept. As for the bathroom there is no commment on that because I try to avoid public restrooms as much as possible. Oh yes, the food was ready before I finished this review so they were fast. Food quality is what you would expect at a fast food place.

A Fairness Update: The wife and I were in the mood for that guilty pleasure known laughingly as Kentucky Fried Colonel. That’s right, KFC’s original recipe chicken, with those killer biscuits, green beans, potato wedges, and that yummy coleslaw; the works. This place did not dissapoint! Quick, accurate, service at the drive-thru, which is amazingly fast almost every time we visit. This is a good KFC to be sure, so don’t be afraid to try them.

This is directed at KFC as a whole not this particular location. Our son loves KFC and so we wanted to get him a gift card for Xmas; however, they told us they only sell them online. O-O really?! Spent our money on gift cards at McDonald’s, Del Taco and Carl’s instead.

I’m not expecting gourmet at KFC but I am expecting edible. Chicken was way overcooked and extremely thin for chicken tender pieces. The mac & cheese was oversalted. The only store I gave was for the friendly service. However if I cannot eat my food it’s not worth my visit or money. If I didn’t have a baby in my car I would have taken it back to show them how terrible the food quality is.

I Went through the drive thru and the guy talked me into getting their«special of the day» which were 3 hot wings for a dollar at least that’s what I understood after having the guy repeat it a few times, I said ok, they charged me $ 2 and when I mentioned it he said«no, I said $ 1.99, I told him no you said one dollar he said no I didn’t» first off, the guy barely spoke any English, maybe he did say it but I could barely understand what he was saying, so I left, didn’t want to argue over a dollar, but when I got home I realized I had been robbed! I got the driest, most raggedy ass wings I’ve ever seen, they were a little bigger than a quarter! They were dry and rubbery and $ 2 is not a lot of money but it was $ 2 too much to pay for those crappy, nasty wings!!! They tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp all day and that’s why it was the«special of the day» they were desperately trying to get rid of them! After eating one I didn’t want to get sick so I threw the other wings in the trash! Never going back to this place ever again!

Why don’t you guys ever have drink carriers? I went the other day and had ordered 4 drinks in the drive thru and the guy tells me they don’t have any carriers right now. That’s funny, because you didn’t have any a month ago when my stepdad went either. I had to keep repeating things in the drive thru. I couldn’t read the drink selection, and the whole menu isn’t listed. Twice I said I wanted a Pepsi and when I got to the window to pay they asked me AGAIN what my drink was. As far as where to put the 4 drinks I ordered when I was told at the window they had no carriers, well, I was lucky that 2 fit in my door and the others went in my cup holders. Oh and FYI-lemonade is 99 cents extra. Circled the building to leave the lot and almost got backed into by another car. Got home and needed someone else to come out and help with the drinks, gave out everyone’s orders only to discover they didn’t give us napkins either.

Worst service ever. went around dinner time to get a family meal during the week wanted to order crispy chicken so after I paid one of the Cooks tells the cashier we are out of crispy chicken waiting time is 20 min. So we had to wait 20 min other customers were upset too and to top it off they ran out of reg Pepsi in a 2 litter bottle. Wtf this should not happen you just lost a loyal customer. You suck

Bought a family meal to go. Opened the bucket at home to find STALED, extremely GREASY, and probably days old chicken re-fried in a failed attempt to crisp them back up. Was sick to my stomach looking at them. Will never return to this place again.

Ordered 3 piece meal, extra crispy dark, with sides at the drive thru. Brought it home and immediately was disappointed. The 3 pieces of chicken had been fried or under heat lamps for so long that the coating was a chocolate brown color. As I bit into a thigh the meat was so overcooked, it was mushy, There was no «butter» packet or honey for the biscuit so I ate it dry. What a shame! KFC has done it so well for so many years and now I will have to find another fried chicken restaurant.

Worst KFC I have ever been to. Drive thru menu is way too small, good luck trying to place a order unless you have memorized the inside menu. Every time I have tried to order at the drive thru I get some girl who can hardly speak english. Got so frustrated last time I drove right past the window and crossed the street to Jack in the Box despite my craving for fried chicken. Next time Im going to Popeyes.

Just went through the drive thru and tried redeeming the free go cup when checking in on Unilocal.Handed the girl my phone as it said to show an employee for redemption. She then informed us that because the coupon«wasn’t in the system» she couldn’t honor it! Really??? A Unilocal coupon for that specific location and it can’t be redeemed! So ridiculous!
