Slowest Taco Bell ever, they move like they’re getting paid by the hour. Stingy in order also. Wish there was another Taco Bell close by so I can avoid this one

Sat in drive thrufor 15 minutes because they only took cash. They placed a sign on the ordering speaker not visible prior to entrance. Horrible.

Update. Still no call from a manager. Asked an employee and they could not give me a number. Said I have to call the number on their receipt… which is to that location, which… CANNOTHELPME… Horrible.

Don’t be fooled by the cute exterior, this is the dirtiest Taco Bell I’ve seen in years. The tabletops, floors and drink area were gross. On the positive side, the cashier got our order right and the food came out quickly and correctly. There are so many better options nearby! I suggest you either use the drive through or just keep driving.

Review based on drive thru The good: the location is clean and the décor is updated. The bad: the service. The servers forgot to give me utensils and they did not have napkins so they gave me paper towels. Also, I asked for mild sauce but the gave me(all) hot sauce packets instead. I ordered the cantina power bowl(steak) & when I opened my order, I had such a sparse serving of steak. It was such a disappointment!

This Taco Bell is aweeeesoome. You can actually understand them through the speaker, they always get my order right and for some reason it’s always so good and fresh with the perfect proportions. Greeaaaat Taco Bell.

Worst TB ever. Drove thru took 25 minutes for 4 tacos! Disorganized, unprofessional, and rude!!! Go elsewhere or to Del Taco next door!

Not a bad looking Taco bell, but have you ever heard being on the wrong side of the tracks in Simi? This place is on the wrong side. It’s sketchy looking outside, with a few cracky looking people. The food was acceptable for a Fast Food place, sometimes you just don’t have a choice.

I ordered a number one and got rotten food. Beans were 3 days old. I took 3 bites and began to be sick and notice the taste was very bad. I complained to the staff and they didn’t care. I was upset. I called Taco Bell and complained. They said sorry and offered me free food. I refused even that. I was sick that night and had food poison. I will never eat Taco Bell again for lack of care from the staff. Del taco here I come.

Nice Taco Bell location. Clean and modern. Employees were friendly and responsive. Food is typical Taco Bell. Plenty of parking.

So I’ve been seeing the new«Gourmet» menu on commercials for Taco Bell recently. Today I decided that my buddy and I would discover how they were today. We pulled into their parking lot to get food. It was kinda chaotic and hectic. Cars going in the drive through were blocking the entry further into the parking lot. «Well that’s poor planning.» I thought as we managed to squeeze past the drive through traffic, and pulled into a spot. We walked into the place and I walked up to the register, and ordered 2 chicken gourmet burritos, 2 Doritos shelled tacos and two iced teas. Total came up to $ 17 bucks. He gave me a pair of cups and pointed to the soda machine. I scanned it and only saw that nestea raspberry sweetened crappy ice tea. I waited until the string of customers finished ordering, and asked the guy at the register if he had regular iced tea. He nodded and took my cups in the back to fill them. He returned a few moments later with a pair of iced teas looking cold and refreshingly delicious. After a few minutes, another guy called our number, and we brought it back to the table to eat. We unwrapped everything and I composed my photo for Unilocal. The dorito-shelled taco was in a taco shield. Since I don’t like eating wrapped food, I pulled it out of the taco shield and dug in. The Doritos shell was dusty like a Doritos chip. The nacho-cheesy goodness of the Doritos shell mixed with the flavors of meat, cheese, sour cream and veggies, adding an extra flavor that made me quite happy. Although since I neglected to use the taco shield, meat and cheese and sour cream dropped out the other end of the taco onto my unwrapped burrito. I walked up to the sauce table, and grabbed a spork to clean off the felled taco meat. I found it quaint that a company still used sporks. I wondered how long it had been since I actually had seen a spork. And how long it had been since I used a spork. Now I’m wondering how many times I can put the word spork in my review.
Spork, spork, spork, spork! After clearing off the fallen meat and eating it, I picked up the gourmet burrito. Designed and engineered with love by the great Chef Lorena Garcia. Crafted in haste by some teenager making minimum wage in the back of the restaurant. As we ate, my buddy recognized the chef and talked about her career.(He watches that food network stuff.) The Gourmet burrito was tasty. The flavors from the pieces of corn, the guacamole and the black beans were quite prominent and flavorful. It was actually almost on par with a freebirds, chipoltle or Qdoba burrito. Good job Taco Bell. I’m quite impressed.

2 Stars Service was decent and the place looked nice from the outside, but that damn drive thru is made for cars like mini coopers and vw bugs… esp. the exit. I was all good, but since they’re open late night, I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of people swiped the wall on their way out after a late night of working/partying.

Their nachos are better than Del Taco because their chips are crispier. I also like their new fresco(fresca?) bean burrito even though it is sort of high in sodium. One time we asked if they could substitute the meat in the tacos with beans and they said no. It might not have been this exact Taco Bell, but I think it was. Something about how they might burn themselves.
