Rudolfo’s has probably the best pizza in Skillman, not that there are a lot of choices.
The best things to get here are probably the stuffed pizzas (cheesesteak, veggie) or other specialty pizza like baked zita or the legendary mashed potato and bacon pizza. That said, the plain neopolitan and margherita pizzas are also very good. They also have the standard pizzeria’s selection of hot and cold sandwiches as well as pasta. If you’re in the neighborhood and hungry for a slice, check this place out.

My rule of thumb is to be weary of pizzerias that serve by the slice. This one is an exception-​the pizza, whether by the slice or by the pie-​is very good and so are their other foods such as sandwiches.

Very good pizza and strombolis with very reasonable prices. service is great. I eat here fairly often so the back room activity no longer makes me raise an eyebrow

Short of a trip to the Naples region in Italy, I have never had a better pizza than at Rodolfos.
I first ate there almost 40 years ago, and a week ago took a several hundred mile detour to be able to have dinner, and then lunch the next day at Rodolfos.
My favorite is classic Neapolitan round pizza with mushroom topping. But at Rodolfos, you can’t go wrong.

Gotta love Rodolfo’s. Good pizza, and pretty good Italian food for a reasonable price. Real friendly guy has been running the place for ages, and that always adds to any restaurant.

Went recently again for my first «sit-​down» dinner there in ages… ordered the cheese tortellini alfredo and it was OUTSTANDING! So fresh and delish. I’ll be back for more, when I’m not ordering out.
